Areo was quite pleased with himself as of late. Mainly because he had caught the attentions of some rather interesting females. They would be a great help to him in the long run that and they kept him on his toes. Who'd of ever thought? He hadn't ever really seen himself as a "lets settle down" kind of guy, but here he was. And now he was potentially going to have three ladies.

He was feeling pretty smug about the whole thing. It just really worked out that way. They all kind of complimented each other in different ways and Hecates healing skills were GREATLY needed for Mati. Yes, he was very blessed indeed.

He was currently lounging underneath a rather poor excuse for a tree watching to see who was around the area. It was his job to keep the pridelands somewhat safe. At least scout for new members or trespassers. Though he really wasn't on the pridelands right now. Still, he wanted to see some new faces.

Buluukoza wasn't used to moving too far from her little spot in the rogue lands. She liked her home and she saw no reason to move along. It had food, water, a lovely place to sun herself and a lot of places for her to hide and keep herself safe. However, no matter how perfect the home, sometimes the itch to roam just... struck. Perhaps it wasn't the same for lions. They seemed to live in prides and live there forever.

Was it only a slither thing?

Whatever the case, the bug had bitten her and she had decided to take a look at the surrounding area, just to see what was around her. She could have gone forever without ever actually knowing. Once she's seen enough, she would head back to her home for a nice, long sleep. As she slithered along, she noticed a purple and orange lion not far ahead of her. Tilting her head, she ventured over to the male.

"Hello there!" She offered, "Do you live around here?" She had no fear of lions- they didn't usually find snakes an appealing food source.

Cocking his head he looked down at the snake and had to actually say that he had never spoken to a familiar before. "Why hello to you little one." He said in response hoping that she didn't take offense to the fact he had just called her little one. She was small. "And yes, I do." He said warmly to her question. "Where you looking for somewhere in particular?" He asked.

He glanced around and saw that she was alone and wondered if perhaps she was looking for others of her kind or or perhaps just a friendly place to call home, whether it was temporary or permanent.
