Cardio:

Always remember rule number 1. Cardio. Seeing how we have a gym at our disposal, there's really no reason to not keep yourself in top condition, especially during times like this. You need to do a minimum of 300 words among all steps to claim the rewards.

Step 1: Warm up
It's always important to warm up before you exercise. You wouldn't want to pull a muscle, after all.
Roll 1d4
1. Ouch! Seems like you might have overdone it a bit. -3 to your work out roll.
2-3. You've warmed up adequately. Time to get to work. No modifier.
4. You've done an excellent job. Your body is perfectly primed for what's ahead. +3 to your work out roll.

Step 2: Working out
Roll 1d20 and choose a cardio exercise of your choice. Running, jump rope, ect, ect. Then RP it out according to your dice results. Add or subtract whatever modifiers you might have had from the previous step.
1-5: You tried to work out, but you ended up hurting yourself more than anything else. + 0 Bars.
6 -15: You get a decent workout. Not amazing, but it's still something to help keep you in shape. +2 bars
16-20: Great job! You feel invigorated and strong for this vigorous workout. +4 Bars.

He was pissed. It wasn't that anyone had angered him. That required socializing. No, it was the reminder that he was powerless. He was one man, one boy in a sea of chaos. He couldn't protect those who mattered most; his brother, his best friend, his father. For all he knew, they were dead. Devoured or even corrupted into a walking corpse. He couldn't control it. He couldn't save them. He was stuck, literally, behind bars.

His aggression frequently built up when he allowed these thoughts to torment him, so working out seemed the natural remedy. He needed an outlet, and he wasn't about to start a fight to fix it. Maybe in the past, but not now, not when strength was the most important. He couldn't survive with a broken bone, he just knew it.

He might as well start warming up. Luckily for him, he was in the right mindset. He warmed up adequately, and then turned to the next task; working out.

He had overestimated himself.

The warm up had been easy, but once he set himself to start the actual activity – running – he lost his cool. The familiar faces pounded in his head, flickering in with each inhale and out with an exhale. The panic surged, coiling within his chest before seizing around his heart, violently squeezing. He couldn't do this. Not today. His feet only served to remind him, scrambling over the ground and sending him tumbling, shoulder smashing into the floor. He grit his teeth, hands flying up to cradle the injured shoulder as his legs curled into himself.

He couldn't save anyone.
