Cardio:
Always remember rule number 1. Cardio. Seeing how we have a gym at our disposal, there's really no reason to not keep yourself in top condition, especially during times like this. You need to do a minimum of 300 words among all steps to claim the rewards.
Step 1: Warm up It's always important to warm up before you exercise. You wouldn't want to pull a muscle, after all. Roll 1d4 1. Ouch! Seems like you might have overdone it a bit. -3 to your work out roll. 2-3. You've warmed up adequately. Time to get to work. No modifier. 4. You've done an excellent job. Your body is perfectly primed for what's ahead. +3 to your work out roll.
Step 2: Working out Roll 1d20 and choose a cardio exercise of your choice. Running, jump rope, ect, ect. Then RP it out according to your dice results. Add or subtract whatever modifiers you might have had from the previous step. 1-5: You tried to work out, but you ended up hurting yourself more than anything else. + 0 Bars. 6 -15: You get a decent workout. Not amazing, but it's still something to help keep you in shape. +2 bars 16-20: Great job! You feel invigorated and strong for this vigorous workout. +4 Bars.

Diana liked warming up to work out. It was relaxing to her in a way, and took her mind off of the more stressful things going on around her. While she had never been a star athlete while in school or anything, she had at least been on a few teams here and there. Besides, one had to stay in shape if one wanted to be able to run away from authorities like she had before day zero. Now instead of running from authorities she would just be running from zombies instead. Not too much different depending on how slow they were. Really the only bad thing about working out in the prison was that there was no privacy. Outside of the prison she could work out in her own home or go to a twenty four hour gym when no one else was around to get the exercise she needed. Now she had to share and there was definitely no being modest about anything. Shaking that thought away, she began her routine stretching.

It looked like her stretching and warmup had worked in her favor after all. She felt good running around the gym. Her legs were stretched just enough to go full out without overworking to the point of where she would be sore. It had been a little while since she had worked out last so she did feel the burn in her lungs quite a bit, but she had to push through it. The zombies weren't going to stop to let her catch her breath so neither should she. She had to get better. She needed to get stronger and faster, and hopefully if she kept at it she could fight to defend her life and any others if she got to the point of trusting anyone else around her.
