The prisons are one of the safest places to live in during the event; but those in charge want to keep it that way. This means making sure anyone who's lucky enough to be staying in a cell should be mentally equipped to handle what's in store for them. The first test any prison faction member has to go through is psychological testing; we're already filled with former criminals, it's too dangerous to ignore. The world outside is life-threatening enough; the last thing we need is insanity killing us from the inside, too.

These tests can be taken once daily while still in civvie stage of membership. This consists of one Rorschach test, and one simple ethics question. You can only do this test 10 times total, and you cannot pick the same Rorschach twice - nor can you pick the same ethics question twice. You're allowed to choose which ones you do, or if you'd rather roll for them, they are numbered from 1-10, simply roll 2d10. Just make sure you pick different ones each time.

You can do both in one post, or use separate posts for each - but you must have a word count of at least 100 words for each part, either way. Your internal dialogue can be as crazy or murderous as is canon for the character, but it would probably be best not to say you see yourself killing someone in the Rorschach test, if you want to move on to the next stage. (AKA, lying is OOCly totally allowed/encouraged).

What if my character sees nothing?
-This is a perfectly valid response, and yet will obviously give you issues when getting to 100 words. Thankfully, the psychologist who is administering these tests is very insistent. You are allowed to roleplay having an argument with the psychologist, whose only response to your problem is to try harder. He tells you to twist it. Turn it. Let your eyes unfocus. He will give your character every possible generic advice on how to see something, and they may still not see anything - but at least this will give you enough fodder to use for the roleplay.

Is there a right answer to the ethics questions?
-There is never a right answer for ethics questions such as these. You are an individual, and will react in different ways to different things. We will not judge or expel you for being scared. We're all scared. We will not judge or expel you for your answers if they reflect that fear. There are no right answers, but there are wrong answers. Those are the only ones we will be looking for. Answer carefully, and remember that our faction rewards respect and safety.

For a second, Isaac just stared. He wasn't a fan of this... test, but then again, he never enjoyed any form of a test. The idea he was being judged on something that wasn't even truly evidence of capability or not irritated him. How could they judge him in a controlled setting? One where someone could plan beforehand. One where someone could lie. The results from these tests could be false, and he had seen plenty of liars back in his day.

Yet, Isaac was proud of one trait he possessed; he wasn't a liar.

He was aggressive, sure. Loud mouthed, yes. Arrogant? Sometimes. But a liar he was not. So, when the picture was shown and a question asked, Isaac gave his best 'are-you-shitting-me' expression before caving in.

"It's a ladybug," He finally answered, snorting at the obscurity of his answer. What? No one said he was a deep-thinker. "It's the face of a ladybug, but, in a cartoon way. Y'know, like those cute little anime's from before.... this s**t happened. It's angry. Probably screamin' something incoherent. I dunno. My little brother used to watch those kid of shows all the time." He shrugged once more before tilting his head side to side, flashing a smile. Was he done now? Could he go?

Ah, s**t. He had to answer a question, first? Ugh. Fine.

4. Another faction member that you have not yet met is being beaten to death. How do you react?

He just stared, at first. What kind of question was that? Weren't they supposed to ask questions like 'who do you think this is' and present a picture or something? Like the s**t he did back for his ADD therapy? It took a second to get the boy to seriously consider a response. At first, he assumed it was a joke, but the face of the questioner proved otherwise.

"I'd stop them, of course." He admitted, frowning. Why wouldn't he? The other frowned and prompted for a further answer, leaving Isaac uncomfortable. They wanted a genuine answer? He'd beat the s**t out of the attacker. He was going to get docked points for this, wasn't he? Awh well, it was the truth.

"I'd attack them. The attacker, I mean. I can't just sit there as someone is bein' beaten to death. I don't care if I don't know the guy, or girl – whatever. It's just screwed up. I'd want help, so..."
