Mikhail might just be one of the sweetest nightmares you will meet. He is the kind of fallen that starts each day with a smile, a new day means he had more of an opportunity to make new friends! The young fallen's friendly and understanding demeanor allows him to be open to any race as a friend as well as a lover in the future. He enjoys being around other just as much as he enjoys to be alone but would rather have the company. While Mikhail is a fairly happy freshling on the outside, he has a pinch of sorrow within him. His sorrow is from his desire for a family and returning to where his kind belongs, Cassiel's Watch.
On the down side to his friendly demeanor, he is bullied and picked on more often than not. Unlike most others, Mikhail passively dismisses and forgive the ones that don't treat him right. Perhaps his forgiveness is because of his insecurity; "perhaps I deserved it." However, his friendliness could come in handy if any of his friends were to see him being bullied or walked on. It is not impossible but unlikely that he will openly go ask for his friends for help with a bully. There is a breaking point though, if a nightmare brings his friends into it or even if they simply make it hard for him to preform properly in his classes will entitle him to say something to the person directly. If it persists then he will seek aid from a teacher.

gaia_starInsightful - Mikhail is quite perceptive and observant. He generally uses these to obtain more intel on a potential friend or to help retain more information on a subject. He also tends to have a deeper understanding after obtaining information faster than your average nightmare. This really helps him in school and will further help in the future when he attends Asterion University for History.
gaia_starEmpathetic - Mikhail has a deep understanding of how others feel and is able to connect and share that feeling with them. It is because of this connection that he tries to be kind and caring to others. It is his hope that they will be happy and be his friend. He also tends to have a solid consideration of others and is accepting of others.
gaia_starGenerous - This is one of Mikhail's favorite traits that he has because who wouldn't like a present here and there? However, his generosity isn't just gifts. He is highly generous to pretty much anyone and will do his best to help them with whatever they need. Money, help on homework, doing their work.. As long as it makes them happy, Makhail is almost always up to it.
gaia_starIndependent - Even though Mikhail prefers company, he doesn't need it. He has no problem with getting the stuff he needs or asking for it. He sets himself a mental schedule of what needs to be done without the help of an adult or peer; he does what he needs to do. This doesn't mean that he isn't willing to accept help.
emotion_bandaidGullible - In being kind there are some draw backs. One being that Mikhail wants to believe that all nightmares are as kind as him; even if he knows the real truth to that. If someone tells him that they forgot their lunch, Mikhail will happily give them money or maybe even his own lunch... even if they are lying. Persuasion is this fallen's biggest rival.
emotion_bandaidInsecure - Mikhail's insecurity is highly driven by his desire to be liked and loved. If he isn't certain of something, it really eats at him. The most common of his insecurities is the lack of knowing his parents, especially when he sees others with theirs while on field trips. Not knowing his family makes him insecure about his social standing as well as leaving him to wonder about what his family would have been like.. their history. This trait may be less of an issue if or when he discovers he has a sister.
emotion_bandaidPassive - This is another draw back of Mikhail's kindness. Even when treated poorly, he just accepts it. When others abuse his generous nature, he just takes it. This is mainly because he doesn't really believe that violence or negativity will help the situation; he isn't a fighter. Part of this also plays on his insecurity; the "is it my fault?.. must be." bit.
emotion_bandaidDoormat - Mikhail is the biggest doormat! His passive and generous nature play together like a fire feds on air. He will do whatever someone wants without the need of reciprocating, though it he'd gladly take it. Mikhail doesn't have a dominate demeanor in the slightest and he is very passive which makes him a perfect candidate to constantly be used. As perceptive as he is, he doesn't tend to see this misuse; though, that could easily be because he chooses not to see it.

As we all know, Mikhail loves helping others... even as a hobby! Whenever the young fallen can, he volunteers with the school to help out wherever he can. Whether it's helping with the infants or cleaning up the campus, he loves to help. Another hobby of his is singing; he loves nothing more than to sing. He isn't quite confident enough to sing to his peers but when he can, he will sing to the orphan infants at the academy or to the birds outside. Singing and volunteering are fun to Mikhail but can be tiring, so the young fallen boy has a more relaxing hobby to balance himself out: reading. Learning to read has really brighten up Mikhail's horizons and he loves it! Stories of all kind amuse and entertain him, even history books; which are actually his favorite to read. Who wouldn't like a good story to read?
Waiting in the Great Cache beside his sister, Mikhail remained dormant and waiting to live life or at least that is what his assumption is. Rather, he and his sister's stones were actually dropped off at the academy by their parents; they never came back. His sister's stone was adopted but he remained. Mikhail doesn't remember anything from when he was summoned from his crystal, just that he was summoned and given a necklace that his parents had given him. Growing up into the academy, Mihkail was more than excited to start going to school and learning all he could. He specifically remembers learning to read and write, though his writing could still use some work. Mikhail tends to want to be friends with fallen more than the other races even if he isn't prejudice of race. This is simply because he craves being part of a family, much like the ones he has heard and read about for his race. The young fallen often thinks about what his family could have been like and how they died or why they gave him up. He would touch his necklace in wonder of its purpose or if it was just something that had no actual meaning. Either way, the golden key necklace was his and it was precious to him.
As a freshling on the older side, Mikhail is a fairly happy kid. Even if he has no idea who his family is and is away from the home he craves to return to, he is grateful for the friends her does have as well as the education he is getting from the academy.
In the future, Mikhail will most likely follow his interest in history and will attend university! After he graduates from there, he dreams of taking his sister back to their homeland and start a life as a family there. He seems to think the fallen there could even help fill in the missing gaps of his life even if it's unlikely. This is if he ever finds he has a sister, if not then he will strive to return without her.

Race:
Mikhail has no real issues with any race and is more than happy to be friends with whoever he can. He does, however, have more of an appeal to being around his own kind. He wants to be like an average fallen; to follow their customs and values, all of the cultural aspects of being a fallen. He loves who he is and is proud to be part of the fallen race, even if he feels like he is a failure to his kind.
Mikhail doesn't really see race as determinant on a friendship or even for more romantic reasons. He love nightmares for who they are on the inside, not the outside; skinny, fat, grimm or litch... He loves you.
Eldritch:
Mikhail loves Eldritch and all it has to offer for him, especially history! He also enjoy the divination classes and philosophy. He is happy and proud to be part of the Eldritch house. Mikhail is excited to learn what he needs to know from this house so he can become a history teacher as he dreams about. This house is certainly more suited to his needs but he would have been happy to learn in any house. Fashion or mechanics, he just really loves to learn.

Prompt One
Oh no! Your Nightmare has lost something that is very dear them! What have they lost, and how do they react?
Mikhail woke with a stretch and a yawn, sitting up tiredly and rubbing his eyes. Another day, more opportunities! He slipped out of bed and went to use the bathroom before brushing his teeth and tossing on his favorite outfit. Once he was presentable, he went to wake up his best friend. On his way to bother her, he touched his necklace... well went to touch it. His eyes widened as panic crossed his features. Where was it!? The young fallen boy hurried back to his bed and searched through it. Blankets, pillows and his stuff animal went flying everywhere but his necklace wasn't there. Trying to stay calm in his panic, he took a deep breath... several deep breaths. Tears brimmed his eyes as he mentally yelled at himself. That necklace is the only thing he owned that was possibly from his parents!
Mikhail forced himself to stop sulking to continue to look for it. He remembered hearing one of his peers give advice to a friend: retrace your steps to the last place you saw it. Genius! The fallen freshling took off to the garden, looking around as he did. He was picking berries in the garden yesterday before he went to his room, so maybe it was there. Arriving to the garden, he looked around everywhere for his necklace but it wasn't there. He even asked a few nightmares that were around if they had seen it, no luck. He wiped the tears from his green eyes, trying to remember where he was between his class and the garden. Remembering, he made his way through the garden and traced his steps to the cafeteria. He looked all around to where he had eaten his lunch but no luck. Feeling beaten down, his shoulders slumped as he dragged his feet to his classroom; he had hoped he would find it on his way there. He sat by the door and hugged his knees. How could he have lost something so important to him? How could he be so stupid? Tears rolled down his cheek till an older Chimera student knelt down to ask what was wrong. He explained to her that he had lost his necklace and described it to her. He couldn't help but smile when she smiled to him and told him that she would help him. He'd never felt so grateful.
The older chimera led him to where the lost and found was located, smiling down at him as he held her hand. He followed closely to her, calming down a bit since she had said she would help him find his beloved necklace. They stood in front of a counter but Mikhail was too short to see who the other was talking to; he didn't even think to use his wings. The older girl gently picked Mikhail up to show him a box that a teacher had set up there. He read the side of the box, 'Lost and Found'. He looked into the box and dug around a bit with the other girl. His heart skipped a beat as she pulled out his necklace from the box. He looked at the girl with admiration as he put his necklace on and hugged her tightly, "Thank you so much..." He told her as he held onto her.

Your appearance looks great! I love seeing people actually use the paper dolls. Please be aware we do not do custom outfits on Freshlings as their lineart is...literally just the sweater and pants/skirt. But once he grows to Junior, you should be good!
Your traits and general personality are fantastic! I'm excited to see him in Asterion one day!
I know it's a future plot point, but I'll be excited to see how he meets his sister and how she reacts! Otherwise, looks good too!
