Quote from Aurora:: "I can not believe this It must be fake I mean it messes with everything we know about history," or the great one. "I some times think ancient societies put things here that did not make sense just to confuse archaeologist."
Character Appearance (Human): Aurora It is cut sloppy none of the ends line up. Since there is no longer the weight there to hold it down it sticks up in some places. The longer tips of her hair ends at her chin one of the many small reminders that her captors left her with.
Auroras Face is heart shaped with the 2 beautiful emerald green eyes that used to sparkle with Her eyes now seem to show sadness and worry and most of all confusion, though little by little hope is returning to them. Her petite nose and pink lips have changed little over her entire ordeal.
She is only 5 foot tall exactly with a slender frame being only 115 pounds. Her slightly tanned skin is from all the times she is out in the sun working on different sites in Belize River valley. Her body shows the most scars of what the kidnappers did to her, her upper arms are covered with bruises that are on her back has cuts that seemed to have almost healed them self, a much more recent cut on her shoulder blade has yet to heal and a bullet wound.
She is some times mistaken for being only 14 or 15 because of her younger look. Though she hates the fact that every one says you will appreciate it when you are older.
Character Personality: Very much confused for the most part she has retrograde amnesia. Though she is calm and happy. Aurora can get easily flustered over some thing that really confuses her. She tries to help people to the best of her ability and can become quite stubborn when like this. She will not stop at her task until it is finished or until fatigue overwhelms her and she falls asleep. Talking about the past is hard for her since it is more of a blur but she also remembers that it is painful for her in some way.
Character Background: Aurora or Aura for short, background is very much a haze to her when she arrive on the island. Though it lifts soon enough to leave only a week before arriving on the island dark but almost every thing else all clear.
Aurora has identical twin named Athena. Their parents named the two such mythological names because there father was an Art history Professor and their mother is a Archaeologist. Thought that it would be most appropriate to name there Girls after two Goddess hoping that they would be like the Gemini Twins and care for each other though out life.
The two grew up together though there was a little trouble figuring out who was who between the two of them. Many of times there parent's, teachers and almost everyone around them would mix them up. Though there are many advantages about being Identical twins. And thought there younger years Athena and Aurora took advantage of every last one of them.
When Aurora was only two her father took her and Athena out early one morning to watch the sun rise. As the 3 of them sat there on a grassy hill watching the sky change color there father explained to Aurora the reason she was named Aurora.
"Aurora the goddess of the Dawn Aurora you were born at Dawn so that is why you are named Aurora."
To sit out and watch the dawn became ritual for Aurora she would watch it with her sister every morning.
As the two got older the novelty of being identical twins started to wear off. They tried in vain to be different but it seemed fate had it that the two would always look alike. The only real differences were that aura was an inch shorter than Athena and that Athena has a scar on the bottom of her right foot from when she mistakenly steeped on some broken glass. Though apart from those differences and some other minute ones, they were mirror images of each other. Aurora grew up with her family in California where she grew up upper middle class though she always tried to help other people before her self leaving her at many times getting the short end of many deals. Athena on the other hand was a leader taking charge of situations that arise seeing a way though almost anything that came in to her way.
Athena and Aurora went there separate ways after graduating high school. Athena was at an academy for a bit, till she left to be what Aurora and her mother and father did not know. Aurora on the other hand went to a university in California were she learned and became an archaeologist major. Maya history interested her so she went to a Field school in Belize.
At that same time her sister Athena was on a mission to uncover a drug operation in Belize also.
Athena was only in her 2nd year for working for the Secret organization She was still going though training and this was her first field mission. Though it was supposed to be a simple
The two never knew that they were right next to each other until after Aurora was thought to have been killed at the hands of Athena�s enemies. Athena vowed to find her sister if she dead or alive though she has yet to find Aurora.
Though when the raid was done of the Smugglers boat there were found traces of blood and hair that was identified as Aurora's. To her every one that knew Aurora now believes she is dead.
How does your Character get to/why was your character chosen for the Island? Aurora never had the best of luck for her being an identical twin of a Secret Undercover agent and being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Both these factors came in to play as Aurora was working on a sight in Belize and came across a group of Drug smugglers. She tried to get away but they caught her. After being beaten to try to make her tell them all of what she knew there boss got one look at her and thought she was her sister. After His men had there way with her they did things to her that no one should have to go though. Aurora, the woman who used to be strong and a fearsome like a Tiger was now porcelain Doll.
Thinking that he had finally won he had the Aurora drugged though it was not really needed. He had her sent to his boat where his henchmen would do the last part of his awful plan. The Sky was dark. As the 3 henchmen left the dock on the speed boat it was not long till the rain started to pound down on them making them pull out there rain gear. Aurora had not been prepared for this type of weather since that she was only in a white button up shirt and wool Capri�s. The reason for the simple outfit was because when Aurora had been captures she had just come in from a day at the dig sight and that is what she wore while working.
The storm had gotten worse the huge waves threatened to flip the speed boat so it was decided this was the delivery point for there package. The man pulled out his Gun and Shot Aurora who was tied up so that she would not be able to escape or swim. Then she was thrown overboard in to the middle of the ocean. She was soon picked up.

Describe your ideal 100% appearance: Would most likely be Aurora covered in golden fur with a small mane around her face that was now flatter than it was originally her eyes being larger and her nose smaller and nostrils much larger than before. Her Fingers would have lengthened and grow sharp claws. Her back legs would be stronger now with more muscle. Aurora would be a bit smaller because she would be hunched over a bit. A tail that is longer then her entire body would protrude from her rear end. Her golden hair would also pushed her white hair out of the way so that her golden hair on her head would have white tips.
Why this animal/plant for your character? : Though it is a bad joke that Aura was last seen working in Belize and the Golden Lion Tamarin lives in Brazil, there are other factors also make Aura and tamarin so compatible. After all that Aurora has been though a monkey has a different life style that she would have to get used to. Also the Golden lion Tamarin are usually born as twins much like Aurora.
What do you think really makes this concept? Why you? Well other than the fact that I think Monkeys are Cute and adorable I think the thing that really makes this concept is the struggle Aura is going to have to go though with the fact that she is changing in to something different and to add to that the fact she has no memory of who she once was.
