Ok, I know I'm posting this in a Buddhist guild, but I figured there'd probably be some interest in such a thing here, more so maybe than in the wider Gaia community. As most people here may or may not know, I am primarily Hindu, with Therevada influences. Therefore, I plan on starting a Hinduism/Yoga guild with a friend of mine. I was just wondering how much interest there was in such a thing in this guild, and if people thought it would be worth the two of us saving up the 20 grand.

Not only do I think it is a good idea, I'd be willing to donate and join.
I suggest you talk to Kaze about Hindu guilds, to be sure there aren't any already.

SWEET! Thanks Akinishi, we aren't really that close to having enough yet (I've got barely over 3 grand, and I'm not sure exactly how much my friend has at this point), so any donations you are able to make would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Akinishi, we aren't really that close to having enough yet (I've got barely over 3 grand, and I'm not sure exactly how much my friend has at this point), so any donations you are able to make would be greatly appreciated. Ok, well I'm in the process of commissioning some art, so as soon as that's cleared up, I'll be free to donate.

Gohlico, I just got the trade about five minutes ago and confirmed it. I'm now up to 6,967 gold, getting closer, but still a ways to go yet. All donations are still being taken, any amount you can spare is greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone has suggestions for a name for the guild, I would appreciate those as well.

I just sold a "Mochi the Puppy" for 3525 gold, so I've got 10,524 gold, ever closer and closer we come to founding the first Hinduism guild on Gaia.

I now have 14,093 gold, almost there, but I am still taking all donations and greatly appreciate them. I am also taking any items that people are willing to give to sell for gold.
