Racial features: Vanna's horns are on the long side but still with in normal chimera range, the base of the horns is black and fades into gold. Wing color is also the same way, starting out a charcoal color and fading to gold. Tail spikes would be black color, perhaps light gold scales on his tail and possibly on his wrists or anywhere the Artist thinks would be good?
Clothing Style: Vanna tends to wear black, dark charcoal and golds in a sort of a classy steam punk like fashion. However he definitely dresses to please, even if that is just himself
His tops normally consist of a dark gray shirt underneath a black vest with gold accents, a chain that connects from a breast pocket down to his belt loop. However as long as its classy Steam punk style with a vest I am totally fine with what ever the artist wants to do with his clothing. Accessories: Other than gold hoop earrings, anything steam punk related like chains and pocket watches. He's based after a Steam punk Victorian vampire.
Positive traits Intelligent Vanna loves reading any material he can get his hands on, whether it be science, medical, mythological in nature. Thus he has a lot of knowledge that he's read and learned over the years, although this knowledge is not always relevant to every day life. As he was slightly mischievous as a child he often used his intelligence to be a great problem solver, especially when trying to pull his pranks. It was his quick thinking when he enviably got caught that lead him out of worse punishments. Vanna likes retaining information because likes having all the answers, he likes giving the answers to other people and if he doesn't know the answer to something he'll often go out and research it until finds it or has absolutely has no other option but to admit defeat such as his friends realize he's being too stubborn and drag him away.
Eccentric Vanna is...if you could only use one word to summarize him eccentric. He'll do what ever he wants when he wants such as: dressing up half in your pajamas and talking to your self out loud, he'll do it. He also tend to eat weird combinations of food such as fried shrimp and ranch. This extends to almost flip flops in his personality. One day he'll be the perfect gentleman helping the elderly cross the street, the other times he'll be the devil. As long as he can be free and be himself then he's completely happy.
Proper- Vanna to those that he's comfortable around is proper, polite and tries to hold himself to a gentlemanly standard. He respects those that have gained his trust and governments that he feel he can fit in with. He believes that you should always carry yourself to be the better person and he figures its a way to show respect. However like mentioned this is only to his friends, any one he's not loyal too Vanna will be rude, short and slightly sadistic. He also isn't perfect so if you push his buttons enough the proper aspects of his personality will fall to the side.
Negative traits
Possessive- Vanna is extremely possessive and at times to the point of jealousy. If it’s his he’s keeping it to pretty much the end of time. If Vanna lets you borrow something it’s a miracle. This of course leads to his friends as well, he deeply cherishes the few he’s made and he always wants to be around them and to know how they’re doing and how they’re feeling. He does however know that its uncomfortable for some people and he tries not to be overbearing and restrictive, however his mood will falter a bit if he’s left behind and when they go off with other friends. He normally solves this by just retreating into his dorm room.
Blunt- Vanna is quite known to be as blunt as all get out. He says what he wants and doesn't bother to soften anything he has to say, this is especially true for those he doesn't like. While he's secretive himself, He likes honesty in others when they're talking to him and believes he should treat others in the same way. He knows that while they may be offended at the moment they'll appreciate not being lied to later... hopefully. This isn't to say if it will help him Vanna wont lie or sugar coat his words to get a desired affect, but if left in a default setting you can expect him to say what is on his mind.
Manipulative- As mentioned before this bluntness doesn't always apply to those that Vanna doesn't like. Vanna most of the time is plain out manipulative. Partially this comes about because he has a deep hatred of losing and will succeed almost with any means necessarily. He wont cheat, but anything past cheating is far game. Since he refuses to show his real self to most people, he knows how to read others, mold himself to an image that will disarm them and use this advantage to get what he wants. General Personality Vanna for the most part is a charming laid back individual who tends to take things as they come. He’s the perfect older brother to his younger siblings and often the first impression of him leans towards he’s almost the model of a perfect gentleman. Under the right circumstances he’s helpful, kind, and has a well of patience as you work through things. He has a love for exploring life and can be a bit of a dare devil if he so chooses… which of course can lead him to be reckless.
However there is also the flip side of the coin. Vanna is often rather blunt, especially when talking to those he is most comfortable around. He tends to hold anything personal about him, such as history to the grave. He has a bit of a temper, which luckily is kept under a very tight leash, but when it does come out he can grow cold, cruel and a bit sadistic. This does sometimes leak out into his normal personality as if you interest him he'll tease and torment you just to pull out interesting reactions. All in all Vanna is constantly changing how he greets the day depending on how he wants to spend that day.
Likes Boys- What do you mean this cant be a like?. While not your most normal like, Vanna likes dealing with the male side of the world. Too many girls growing up, and having to deal with a matriarchal to the extreme family, he's often uneasy at first when it comes to girls. Besides boys are cute and its easier to fluster them. This isn't to say he doesn't have close relationships with girls, just that if given a choice he'd gravitate towards the boys
Storms- He loves bad weather to almost a fault. For one its also a lot more fun to fly in a storm, at least for him. He likes the charged wet feeling in the earth. If its storming expect him to be somewhere outside enjoying it, just sitting out in the rain, feeling the wind on his face,
Abel- While his friend will obviously maim him for this answer, Vanna loves hanging around the boy. He's funny, slightly unpredictable, and makes the best reactions when Vanna teases him. He knows that he should probably leave Abel alone, after all he doesn't want to cross into the territory of bullying Abel but... the male makes him smile and laugh and not just the fake laugh he gives other people. It also doesn't hurt that Vanna thinks he's gorgeous... shh
dislikes Losing- Vanna hates losing. Its part of his competitive nature. However he uses any loss to drive him to do better, to make sure that it doesn't stay as a loss for long. this doesn't always end up working because if he has a list of failures his temper will start to fray and he'll get rather explosive especially left to his own devices.
Bullying- Vanna has had too much of it in his life. He's been thrown out by his family for pretty much being himself. This is lead him to hate any sort of bigotry or bullying. If for any reason you are being bullied, he's the first to step up to your defense. He hates others that prey on those weaker than them.
Tradition- This isnt to say Vanna is hates all tradition, he's perfectly fine with tradition, if its a good tradition. However it it dictates how others should be treated, or if it keeps people from being what they truly want to be, he rebels against it. He hates it with a passion and its the fastest way for him to go all hard and stiff on you.
Goals Vanna loves learning about everything because its interesting to him. Eventually he'll learn his favorite thing is to learn about how people interact, how they did in the past and how this defines them. He'd be a psychologist if he could but he knows he's way to blunt for it, thus learning mythology and customs of other races will interest him.
Darkest fears Vanna fears loosing his individuality, being forced into a mold he doesn't want. He's had to deal with a family that really didn't know how to raise boys and they tried to change him to better fit what they wanted.
Being a Chimera Vanna doesn't really associate with being a Chimera, yes he was born that way, but he has no desire to go back to his family, or to go searching out for other clans. He knows his family isn't the typical chimera family, but he's a bit afraid of finding another one just like them. He does have some chimera traits that he cant get away from, like being able to use fire based magic, and he loves flying so much he actually takes great pride in it. Also while he doesn't want to really seek out any clan after school, Vanna is very protective of those he calls his own. Life at school Vanna uses the academy as an escape, although he knows he has some major flaws. Since Vanna isn't terribly social in every day life, he tends to steer away from just interacting with everyone as a whole. Add this on to his manipulative streak and his slightly mischievous ways and unfortunately Vanna doesn't interact well with others, Coupled with the incident with his first romantic interest, Vanna develops a hard shell and purposely makes it hard to get close to him.
However, over time he'll realize he shares his love of mischief from the other geists at school, and after learning more about the different cultures he'll start to open up more and eventually the real friends he'll make will give him something to protect, and to shape up to be something they'll be proud to hang around. He'll use the Academy as the place to find a right balance and figure out who he really is inside.
Vanna fits in with his house because he loves learning about the Races in any form. If left to his own devices the first thing he does is fill his room with history books or psychology books. After noticing that family ideals don't always match up with racial ideals he decides he wants to better learn about the different races and what makes them tick, what lead them to become what they are and what causes a person to act the way they do now. Basically he just wants to learn everything he can. There is always something new to understand and to find. He'll start to treat people without latching on to old stereotypes, and start to seek out friends from all sorts of different races as a way to see into the culture better and how the race actually reacts.

Life so far Vanna knew he was an orphan from the get go, as his family was keen to remind him when ever he got to misbehaving too badly. However his start was a bit different than others. The clan who had ended up adopting him was very female oriented tried to push him to become feminine from a very young age, which Vanna absolutely rebelled against. It was here that he grew up, with two other younger chimera sisters. It was obvious that they were treated better and Vanna was just groomed to help the clan, and listen to his sisters. It also didn't help his standing in his family that he was always getting into mischief and being told off. However He could see however that this wasn't the norm for his race, that they were a lot more accepting towards males and he just had the misfortune of landing in a very female oriented family. It was during his time as a freshling that Vanna saw his chance to escape. The youngest of his sisters disappeared and Vanna snuck out to go find her. This lead him to Asphodel fields where he saw the academy. Unfortunately he found Mai way sooner than he wanted and was forced to return back home.
He then started pleading with his guardians to let him go, lying for the first time in his life that he wanted to use it to be a better asset of the clan, but even then Vanna knew this wasn’t the life he wanted for himself. Luckily they agreed and Vanna was sent to the academy. From there he hid what clan he was from and over time grew up and fell in love with his best friend and the world around him. However his best friend only wanted to use Vanna and eventually left Vanna heart broken and a bit cynical.
Vanna spent his junior years like this until he got over it and decided that from that moment nothing was going to faze him outwardly again…. Well that was until he met Abel. Abel brings out the playful side of him and his reactions are so classic that the male cant help but tease him. Eventually Vanna realized his feelings may be shifting more than he planned and he might actually be falling for the male.
While they're wandering around the grounds, your Nightmare hears a chorus of high-pitched meows! They follow the noise, and find a litter of Vespercats in a tree. However, one of the kittens has fallen out of their nest. What does your Nightmare do?
Vanna tapped his pen on the table he was using. He was supposed to be writing some essay about the colonizing aspects of the Nezubat. Of course Vanna had put it off until the last minute, so he was sitting there on a perfectly good day reading the driest material ever. Give him ancient culture/mythology any day or hell he would even take rune reading for future telling. Any thing would be better than this. Besides he had no desire to own a nezubat so why did he… well that wasn’t entirely true. Nezubats were kind of cute, and loyal and rather intelligent and goofy like him. Maybe the essay wouldn’t be a total waste after all.
Besides the faster he could finish this, the fast he could go bother his favorite person of interest. Of course the little brat probably was procrastinating as well and would throw something at Vanna’s face when he visited. Maybe he could go to the pet store and try to get a nezubat, there had to be something that made this evil essay worthwhile. Even worse he only really needed one more paragraph before he could do the conclusion and have the minimum 6 pages the essay required.
The beam of sunlight that kept hitting his face wasn’t really helping either. With a groan he gathered up his essay supplies and started walking across the courtyard to get to one of the convenient nearby trees, hoping that it would provide enough shade and make the paper with all its whiteness bearable to look at again. However it seemed he wasn’t the only one with thoughts of shade on their minds today.
He was almost to the tree, still a good couple feet away when he heard it, the most pitiful chorus of high pitched mewls ever and it was coming from all around his destination. Frowning he looked closer at the base when he noticed the most pitiful looking vespercat ever.
Vanna tilted his head and stared down at the poor little vespercat. Considering the other source of the mewling up the tree trunks the little guy had apparently fallen out. Looking around he made sure no one was looking over in his direction, after all he did have somewhat of a reputation to uphold and if a certain one of his friends came over he’d never hear the end of it. “You know clans aren’t as cracked up as they seem to be, you sure you don’t want to stay down here little guy?” all he got was a mewl of sadness for his efforts. “Alright then, let’s get you back to your family,” stuffing the kitten in his pocket he began climbing the tree. After a couple of minutes the kitten was safely back with its family and he decided might as well do his reading up in the tree. It was comfortable enough and he didn’t want to exude the energy just quite yet to fall out or climb back down the tree.
Of course he should expected becoming a vespercat nest moments later… ah well at least they were soft and slightly warm. “Don’t tell Abel”

If you could add a general personality as well, that would be great! You also have a few issues with grammar and spelling that I'd be happy to address in private if you so wish, though the changes are very minor and won't count against you. One that I will require is that you change 'loosing' to 'losing'. ((Loose is if a shoelace is about to be untied, lose is if you aren't a winner, etc. ))
