Personality:
Neutral to the bone, Oliver focus is to live his own life, meet his own goals, most which deal with science in some form of the other and well, saying he is morally ambiguous is not far off. Is he getting paid? Is he getting a chance to do what he wants to do? Are they ******** with his Cottonee? Well okay then, don’t care. Life is decent food, his Pokémon, a place to stay, and his works. Specially the last one. Good Evil? Things just are.
Pokemon are ehh, there. Oliver isn’t going to get into the argument of intelligence and rights etc, his are smart. Doesn’t mean that he can’t use them for gathering cell cultures and making s**t explode. They have emotions and they certainly have thoughts and desires, he can’t talk to his but he knows. But, if he doesn’t own it, it not his business to care or to worry about wild pokemon. Or what other people do with their pokemon.
Introvert, Oliver can do without people, loud noises, crowds, and well small talk. He hates small talk talk, anything dealing with celebrity gossip, gossip in general, and trends. Ugh. It is tiring and draining and he's going to find a secure place to curl up with Corri and relax because of all the stupidity people put him through. Or take a long drive on his motorcycle at high speeds, it also a good way to relax.
A tad selfish, Oliver certainly doesn't have a problem telling people no. Sometimes has trouble telling his pokemon no, but people? Nope. Most of the time he has a valid reason, but sometimes and to some people it just flat out, no, get out of my face.
