- It seems as if the villagers now want you to collect some more eggs. Those eggs are really delicious you know, and surprisingly enough, get you into the good graces of the villagers quite fast.
- Your character is dropped off at the base of an even taller mountain The goal is to climb the mountain and get the egg. RP climbing it appropriately
- As you near the egg, whatever is following you will try to eat it. Roll 1d6 to see what it is.
1. A sand crab minipet
2. A 100 foot giant snake
3. A baby wyvern
4. A zombie deer minipet
5. A sand whale (estimated 400 feet)
6. A rolling sand lobster minipet
If by any chance a sand whale is the culprit, it automatically eats the egg and you have to try again. Otherwise, rp gathering the egg.
- Now you must carry the egg down the cliffside of the mountain. Roll 1d6 again and see what is trying to push you off the cliff aggressively.
1. A sand crab minipet
2. A 100 foot giant snake
3. A baby wyvern
4. A zombie deer minipet
5. A sand whale (estimated 400 feet)
6. A rolling sand lobster minipet
If the result is a sand lobster, you drop the egg, and have to try again.
- You finally pass the cliffs into the forest region of the mountain. Roll 1d5 to see what tries to block your way.
1. A sand crab minipet
2. A 100 foot giant snake
3. A baby wyvern
4. A zombie deer minipet
5. A sand whale (estimated 400 feet)
6. A rolling sand lobster minipet
If the result is a 100 foot giant snake, it squishes you and you have to try again.
Finally, you make you way past all of that and you get to the base camp. Oh wait, something is waiting for you at base camp! Roll 1d6 again:
1. A sand crab minipet
2. A 100 foot giant snake
3. A baby wyvern
4. A zombie deer minipet
5. A sand whale (estimated 400 feet)
6. A rolling sand lobster minipet
If a baby wyvern shows up, very mean adult wyverns land, reprimand you, and then extract the egg from you before flying away. You don't get an egg. Otherwise, success!

6. A rolling sand lobster minipet
Brenna had not been feeling up for it, and that was okay in his book. The villagers were becoming more open with their new visitors and had offered another request. This time, it was to collect more eggs from the mountain, however, it was a different mountain and, from the sounds of it, more eggs. Uru agreed, taking the villager's hand into his own as he volunteered to go as long as Brenna was looked after. She offered a weak smile from where she sat, her belly rumbling, her tail and ears down. The sooner the village gets better, perhaps she will too. She was hungry and tired, probably wasn't really enjoying herself at the moment.
Uru was dropped off at a mountain, one much taller than the one that belonged to the recently passed wyvern pair. Rolling his shoulders, he began his ascent. He had been climbing for a while when he could hear something in the distance. He paused briefly to focus his hearing. It was sound of grinding, something gliding across a rough surface... but it sounded soft and gritty. Glancing over his shoulder, the sound had stopped. Looking ahead and the sound had started again. Quickly, he climbed faster and harder until he reached the top. Glaring with a growl, he looked behind him to see the rolling sand lobster bobbing along. It's eyes fell on Uru before it rolled away.
"Annoying things, aren't they... but they're minipets." Hate them. Love them. Uru was fickle. As he turned to gather the eggs, the same damn lobster was on the nest looking back at him. IT WAS TRYING TO EAT THE EGGS!
Uru let out an intimidating roar, flailing and waving his arms, stomping and edging closer until the sand lobster fled. "Yeah, hate them."

With the egg safely in the harness to his back, he made his trek back down the slope of the mountain. Unlike the sheer cliff face, this was easier but taxing on the legs. Uru had viewed it as a resistance leg training... otherwise, the mind would get the better of him and have him collapse at some point as he neared the half way mark. However, as he was rounding a corner, something brushed past his periphery. The demon hound paused before something swept under him, pushing him down the mountain. His fingers caught to stop himself long enough to see a large snake staring back at him with flicking tongue and unblinking eyes. It moved to strike at him, but Uru escaped quickly.

He spared a brief glance over his shoulder, walking backwards until trees began to surround him. Past the cliffs, it would appear he was getting closer to the base camp as he entered the forest that surrounded the base of the mountain. He walked for about a good time before something rustled the trees to his left. Crouching low, a large sand lobster stood in his way, this one much bigger than before. For what he had seen, it was oblivious to his presence... but it was too big to fight off and trying to outrun it would risk the egg. The demon hound took the safer route. He took a detour around it.

It had taken longer than he had expected whent he base camp came into view. However, as he left his cover of the forest, he was spotted quickly by the rolling sand lobster that he had came across before. In fact, both of them; the one that attempted to eat the eggs and the one that blocked his path in the forest. Risking it, Uru made a mad sprint clutching the egg to his chest as he ran to the safety of the base camp.
Apparently the sand lobsters did not care enough to give chase.

Attempt 3 4. A zombie deer minipet Uru shooed away the zombie deer that was attempting to eat the eggs. As much sense as it would make for a zombie deer to eat eggs... the deer scampered off quietly... and rather limply with only three legs.

He couldn't blame the four hundred foot whale for pushing him down the mountain... Probably didn't even notice he was there!

Uru had an epic staredown with the snake. Growl for each hiss. Shifting to his natural state to appear bigger when it raised it's head. Uru blinked and the snake gave up, slithering off.
Eye lids. They're awesome. And hey, he got another egg!
