Personality: Fleur's personality is very much like that of a spoiled little princess. She can be cruel, childish and petty, especially when she doesn't get her way, but otherwise acts dignified in most situations. She generally gives off an air of superiority to those around her and it's definitely on purpose. Those she doesn't look down on, she's jealous of. And chief among these is Noira Blackwing. She knows Noira is stronger than her and is extremely jealous of her for it using any opportunity she has to one-up her. She loves being complimented even though she won't act like it and sometimes people can influence her without her realizing it simply by playing to her ego. In some ways she can be naive (But you probably shouldn't tell her this) about her own importance or place in the world and can get her feelings hurt if someone presses the right buttons.
History: Fleur was born into rich nobility during the Enlightenment period when high culture, nobility and classic art were at their height. For years she grew up used to being pampered and told that she was above everyone else; an elite class who were naturally superior to the commoners. This illusion was all shattered one day when the commoners of their country rebelled, killing nobles and burning down their property as they swept the landscape. Her parents were planning to take her and escape to a more stable, neighboring country when their mansion was surrounded by angry peasants who immediately set fire to the house and surrounding property without giving anyone a chance to escape or ask for mercy. Fleur's parents died in the fire along with her servants and all her possessions, leaving a young girl in tattered clothes all alone for the merciless crowd to find as they looted the remains of the building. They recognized who she was immediately set on her, beating her and taking everything that remained, even the clothes on her back.
Once they had left, Fleur was forced to walk to town in shame and beg for food and clothing. Knowing who she was, most of the commoners either ignored her, mocked her or hurt her, telling her she deserved this fate. After two days a woman finally had enough pity to give Fleur tattered rags to wear and cover herself with as well as some food and water. When the townsfolk found out that someone had helped her, they beat her until she told them everything she knew about the woman, whom they found and beat severely as well. The woman never came near her after that. For several months Fleur begged in the town, only getting scraps of food and clothing from the trash or whatever the townsfolk threw out to the dogs. Many times the townsfolk would make her say humiliating things about herself or her family before giving her anything as a way to have fun.Over the months Fleur's hatred of the commoners grew and rather than breaking her of her feeling of superiority, their treatment made her cling to it all the harder as her only sense of security. After a few days of no food, Fleur became desperate enough to try her luck wandering the country side. It was at this point that she encountered her first kishin egg. Fortunately it was distracted in killing some wandering peasants and Fleur was able to hide before it noticed her. She watched in fascination as it slaughtered the helpless commoners, wishing that she had such power. Then she could show them who the true scum were.
It was then that Fleur decided that she would do whatever the monster had done to become a kishin egg and have the strength to take vengeance on those who had hurt and humiliated her. For days she followed the kishin egg, watching carefully and from a safe distance as it killed people and ate their souls. Sometimes in it's fury the kishin egg would kill too many people for it to eat all their souls and just like she had with food in the town, Fleur waited until the kishin egg had gone and ate whatever souls were left over. After another several months of this, Fleur had finally collected enough souls to become her own kishin egg. From there Fleur went on a rampage, returning first to the town that had tortured her and killed her family and hunting down every single resident, personally killing them and eating their souls, making their deaths more or less painful depending on how badly they'd treated her while she was there. Now she was the one with the power; the one who was truly superior. She exercised this power ceaselessly as she hunted down anyone she could find, consuming their souls regardless of who they were. After almost two full years of this, Fleur had finally consumed enough human souls to become a full kishin.
However, this did not stop her killing of humans. She continued her killing spree out of simple hatred for the inferior commoners around her who had caused the death of her family and ruined her life. Finally she drew the attention of the DWMA who sent some of their best WeaponMeisters on a mission to bring her down. They almost succeeded but for Noira Blackwing, who intervened at just the right moment to save Fleur from being killed. After wiping out the remaining WeaponMeisters, Noira offered Fleur a deal: join her or be left on her own to deal with the next DWMA attack. Realizing she had no choice, she was once again forced to admit that someone was superior to her, even though she never had to do so outright. Since being sealed, she has worked for Noira in every capacity, carrying out her objectives with brutal force. However, Fleur does one day hope to surpass even Noira and reclaim what she believes to be her rightful spot as the strongest kishin of them all. And then Noira will serve her.

Type of Madness: The Madness of Vanity. Fleur's madness mostly stems from her self-obsession in her social status and independence often at the expense of others feelings and opinions. This particular kind of madness exudes itself as a very faint red aura that surrounds Fleur when she raises her resonance force to a high level (such as in an intense battle). Once this madness begins to resonate from her, Fleur is able to ignore any mind-controlling or suggestive spells including those that would cause her to feel fear or intimidation.
----Abilities and Techniques Information----
Crystal Strike
- Fleur's crystals flip horizontally and can fire beams of madness towards an opponent. Each beam is the color of the crystal that fired it. They can be fired one at a time, all at once or in rapid succession. (This attack is stronger in her 2nd form and final form)
Crystal Shield
- Fleur folds her wings in front of her, causing the crystals to come together and give off a kaleidoscope of light that forms itself into an ever-shifting shield able to reflect most projectile attacks. (This attack is stronger in her 2nd form and final form)
Vampiric Physique
- Fleur is able to attack with her fangs and claws she grows in her second form. (This attack can be used in 2nd form and final form, it is stronger in her final form)
Crystal Barrage
- Fleur can shift her crystals horizontally and fire them directly off her wings towards her opponent. As soon as they leave her wings they regrow, allowing Fleur to fire literal barrages of missiles towards her opponent. These missiles cause an explosion of madness on contact. (This attack is stronger in her 2nd form and final form)
Self Elevation
- With her crystals pointed downwards, Fleur can charge up the energy within them to lift her quickly upwards like multiple jet engines. The crystals will glow and the invisible force from their lift will cause the same effect as a helicopter has when it's about to take off: waves of wind and resonance force will push away from her, slowing down on-coming opponents and often forcing people to look away. Fleur can hover with this ability or quickly shoot upwards, pulling off quick and dynamic acrobatics in the air much like a fighter plane. She can also travel great distances in a quick amount of time. While active, the power coming from the crystals gives off the high-pitched wining of a jet engine about to take off though it is not nearly as loud.
Crystal Fragmentation
- After firing her crystals towards an opponent Fleur can cause them to detonate in mid-air. This will send razor sharp shards of crystal flying in every direction. While the fragments of crystal won't hurt her they will slice up and cause damage to anyone else in the general area, friend or foe. (This attack is stronger in her 2nd and final form.)
Nobless Oblige
- Fleur's crystals coalesce into clawed gauntlets around each of her hands. These gauntlets are almost impossible to break and cause serious damage with each hit. In addition, explosions of madness follow in an arc after each of her swipes.
Crystal Reign
- Fleur's crystals launch themselves high into the air and exploded causing an extended rain of razor-sharp, razor-thin crystal fragments to rain down on the battlefield. Contact with even one of these fragments can lacerate an opponent. The fragments cannot hurt Fleur. This is Fleur's ultimate attack. (This attack can only be used in her final form)

Other:
-Fleur has never really liked dolls despite the stereotype. Her father would often give them to her as presents and she would pretend to like them for his sake but in truth she has no desire to own any
-The chair in Fleur's image is actually the chair her father used to sit in when they lived in their mansion. She hopes to one day restore it and sit in it herself as she is in the image
-Fleur really doesn't like eating souls and will only do so to become stronger. When she does eat them she never does it in public and is very picky about which ones she's willing to eat
-Fleur likes keeping a very tidy room and will clean it herself at least once a day if she's home
-Despite what her initial demeanor might imply, Fleur can actually have a foul mouth when she gets angry
