Take the original cost of the item and divide it by its max uses. This is the cost to restock one usage.
Take this number and multiply it by the number of uses you wish to restock.

In the Pawn Shop, you can sell your item for what it's worth, and that item can be purchased by somebody else who wants it.

Scavenged Goods
At the end of every game, the merchant will loot the map of any leftover item pickups and put them up for sale in his shop.
