Shang and Chaldene were finished at the hospital and it seemed another part of the plan had fallen into place. Shang was exceedingly anxious for all this as the time passed, and all he could think about was saving his little sister and how little time they had to do it. The currently had to meet Antares at the park and hope that Shang got some responses to his letters and that people would be able to help.

Currently he still felt they need for a distraction. He thought or was hoping they could get Lily out in under 30 minutes if everything went according to plan, but eyes elsewhere sounded like a good idea to him. Eyes off Lily’s room and eyes off Ian, though he would have Dessy on watch to make sure the boy wasn’t caught. They had to be so careful before the camera loop started, they couldn’t be powered up and risk being seen. Why did this all have to be so complicated? After this was all over he would be talking to his parents about the war and what it meant and about him. It would have been simpler if they accepted more readily the magical part of Lily’s life.

He walked into the park and rolled his shoulders with a resolute expression. “We’re going to make this happen,” he said.

“It will all work out.” The female voice came from the tree line not too far from where the knight was standing. A senshi in white sat on the lower branches of an old oak tree watching the night pass her by. She had been waiting for him to make an appearance for quite a while. Phact had known if she went back to her apartment, sleep would have kept her from making this meeting.

Leaning forward, the senshi of doves pushed herself off the branch and landed softly on her feet. “You made sure to get my sister out of harms way. Now we will get yours.” Phact was smiling at him, a soft lift of her lips trying to be some form of reassurance in the darkness around them. “So you tell me what I can do for you.”

Antares entered the park quietly and from a completely different direction as Shang. She silently drifted from shadow to shadow, slowly making her way closer to the two order signatures she sensed; one as familiar to her as her own and the other completely new. Soon there would be something to actually do other than plan. Something she could contribute other than lame ideas and suggestions. The young senshi wasn’t much of a planner since it took so much more patience than she had right then. She had to stifle the urge to run up to Shang and beg to set the plan into motion but she knew that regardless how much she just wanted to save Maia already there was still so much more to figure out so the rescue can go off without a hitch.

Once she reached the two Antares paused in the shadows and remained quiet as senshi in white spoke. She shifted from foot to foot before clearing her throat softly, best not to startle either of them. “Shang.” She stepped out into more light and nodded politely to the other senshi before talking to the knight again. “What still needs to be figured out?” The gold from her uniform glinting softly in the filtered light.

The time spent in Xander’s office had been well spent by Ian. The dark haired male had managed to get into the hospitals system with a fair amount of ease, it had been too easy for his liking really. As he walked along side of Xander, heading for the meeting spot, he finally spoke up. “Someone should suggest, after what we do, that they tighten their computer security. It’s far too weak for a hospital.” You’d think they would have tighter security but perhaps they figured it wasn’t something to worry about, that they should worry more about all the terrorists in the city? he hoped that wasn’t the reason for such poor network security. “I’ll be able to get in easily when the time comes. I’ll spend tonight working on the codes and things I’ll be implanting into their system.” Which might keep him up late but it wouldn’t be the first, nor the last, time he pulled a late night up working on code.

“This’ll all work out Xander, don’t worry.” He tried to assure the other as he looked around, wondering where this meeting location was, since Xander had only told him the general location.

Startled by the new voice the teenager gripped his pen, hidden in a pocket of his hoodie, before he spotted the senshi and he let out a long breath. “I feel like I should power up here. I mean both of you are.” And he felt very much like the odd one out right now.

And another senshi came out of the shadows. “Ok, now I really feel out of place.” Deciding to fix that he pulled out his pen and the words were whispered, no need for raising his voice or being dramatic, and soon he was standing there in white and blue. A senshi who had a small glow at the center of his tiara and at a spot on his chest. “That’s better.” He stated once the change from civilian to super senshi was done.

Shang looked to Ian and nodded, “yes I’m surprised since I know security can be pretty tight, but I mean they also would look pass you for all the obvious reasons likely making all this easier, which is what we need.”

He turned feeling other’s smiling as Phact dropped out of a tree with encouraging words, “Of course,” he said softly, “I would never let anything happen to her, but thank you. Currently..”

He stopped looking to Antares as she approached and motioned her over, trying not to shake his head at Ian as he powered up. “Okay we went to the hospital and Ian took a look at the systems. He can do what we need, but I think a distraction … further distraction is needed. It needs to be physical, or visual, but not overly destructive. Preferably on a lower floor. Antares, I need to you to be with Chaldene, so that leaves you Phact, as Ida will need to be with me and Lily.”

“Do you think you can help with a distraction,” he asked softly, “also we need to think of a distraction. I was think of maybe in some of the waiting rooms on lower floors. Not anything that would cause need to evacuate, but enough to pull people, security at least to help. You can of course bring whoever you need and trust to help.”

Phact shook her head as she saw the slender male power up in front of them. All order aligned or not, he was playing a risk. One that the senshi in white thought was very foolish. But this was not the time nor the place as Shang’s voice made her turn.

As she listened to Shang’s words, her eyes went from person to person, putting a face with the name. So they were trusting security to a man who seemed not to care about his own? Well, if Shang trusted him, so be it.

“A distraction?” Phact’s lips were curling into a smile as her hands crossed under her chest. She was leaning heavily on her left side as if in thought. “Easy enough. Personally I worry about getting too many people involved for if someone gets caught….” As her words trailed away, a single dove from the park shuffled its way towards the senshi. Kneeling down, she picked it up as it stepped into her hand. The bird acted as if it was familiar with her. “It could get messy. No one wants to deal with the police. Tell me, Chaldene, you will have all the cameras controlled?” Her eyes looked towards the one in white and blue.

Quote:
"The police can be dealt with rather simply for me atleast." Antares snickered at the worry that the white clad senshi voiced. "Something about a crying young girl always seems to send them in a tail spin." She had gotten out of quite a few tight situations by pulling the helpless little girl card, or the confused child. She knew she wasn't like that and it was rather amusing being able to pull it off if there was no other way. She eyed Phact, since it seemed that was what Shang was calling her, and figured she might be able to pull it off too. Chaldene on the other hand probably couldn't and that was one of the reasons she would be acting as his lookout/distraction.

Dropping into silence Antares watched the others, wondering what was with the pet dove, before turning her attention to the dark park. She didn't worry that Chaldene would have issues with the cameras, if Shang said he got it Antares wouldn't argue. Her eyes raked the dark looking for anything that didn't belong, movement where there shouldn't be, sounds that aren't normal. She didn't want their little pow-wow to be interrupted by civilians or negaverse. The sooner everything was hashed out the better.

“I’ll have all the cameras set on a loop, so yes. I’ll have control of them and the computers as well.” he liked the idea of having all that power, as much as he might not want to admit to it. The idea of having the power to control all those things could be, and was, a bit of a trip. “I’ll make sure nothing is caught on camera and the computers are...occupied so no one can do much with them.” he’d let files and medical stuff be done but any attempts to communicate, to get help, or to try and ferret him out - nope. He’d be doing his best to keep a tight leash on all that.

“They’ll be sufficiently occupied with what I’ve got planned.” He assured the red and white clad senshi before his attention was on Antares and he smiled. “We’ll make sure things are handled Shang.” he had a feeling this other senshi could make sure he was able to work without being interrupted or worse yet - caught. Would Shang want them all, everyone involved in this plan, to stay together so they could all head for the hospital at the same time? So no one got involved in something else on the way to the hospital? Just to assure everything went right and every player was there? He did, for a moment, wonder if he should ask about that or perhaps suggest it. He shook his head and looked back to Phact than Shang. This would work, they had enough people to help. How could they fail?

Quote:
Shang watched as the bird came to Phact and wondered briefly about it before giving Antares a look. “Do not even think about getting anywhere close to any police, I honestly don’t think anyone will be involved beyond the hospital's security. As it is if we get caught I could loose my job and my license, but it's a risk I have to take to save my sister's life. Her life is far more important.”

He sighed and rubbed his face, he was very stress and would be glad when all this was over. He really wanted to go home and try to get a goodnight’s sleep before tomorrow when all this went down. He looked to Phact, “yes Chaldene’s definitely got it covered. Do you have anything in mind for the distraction? Just remember if you have to power up in the hospital, you can’t be seen. We can’t risk the hospital thinking there is a terrorist attack on them.”

He looked worried, he was sure everything would go alright, but he couldn’t help but to stress and worry for them all.

Quote:
The smile on Phact’s face was calm. She could see the worry lines forming in Shang’s face and it made her even more determined to do this for him. “Don’t worry then. Keep the cameras off the stairs and kill the ones in the elevators. If you can do that, I can keep security away from the upper floors. “

Glancing around, she smiled now at the rest of them. “Though, promise me something Shang. Once this is over, you will take a vacation. You need to rest.”

Quote:
Antares nodded her ascent to Shang's request. She knew what was at risk... And what the reward was so she would do what was necessary to protect her family. She smiled softly at the thought of 'family'; Shang and Maia were her family. Even Chaldene was important to her so regardless what Shang requested, she will protect her family despite her family. Not that she was planning deviate from the plan or that she thought they didn't have everything figured out already.

With a sigh she glanced around the group and said, "I think a vacation will be a good idea for everyone. Besides it gives a chance that any trouble that might be kicked up will settle while we all just chill." She eyed the darkness once more before asking, "are we good? We kinda out in the open right now and unless I don't quite understand the whole aura-power signature thing we are kinda just making out position pretty visible for chaos." Antares kept her eyes on the dark, waiting for the signal to head on out. Shang and Chaldene might be heading home but she was going to go out patrolling. Anything to burn off her anxiety she felt about the upcoming challenge.

Quote:
Looking to Phact the blue and white clad senshi nodded his head. “I can do that, no problem. I’ll keep you all invisible, as far as the cameras are concerned. You’ll have to handle being seen by actual people on your own.” Which he was sure they could manage, or at least he hoped they could. He wouldn’t help with that, he could only do so much and he was only one person - or senshi.

“A vacation...would be nice.” He’d never been on a vacation but the idea sounded nice. He had never once left Destiny City, forever condemned to remain in this single city, but that wasn’t his fault even though he wasn’t sure what he’d do or where he’d go if he ever went on a vacation - he wasn’t a social sort of person after all.

“I think we’re good to go, we know the plan and people have been told about it. All we need to do is wait till tomorrow evening when we set the plan into motion.” For everyone else at least. he had computer things to work on tonight so everything tomorrow would go as he planned. He had programs to write and, or, find and that would take him a fair amount of time but he was determined to get it all done - he had someone to save. He didn’t need to have ever known Maia, because he didn’t, but he knew she was beloved by Shang and it was Xander who had taken him in and was giving him a place to stay. Xander was going to help his mother also and for that he would help, not to mention it was simply the right thing to do.

“We should get going…We all could use some rest and I have things to work on for tomorrow.” A glance to Xander, hoping they could get going now.
