◆ Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Buster is a kind and caring individual that doesn't think much when it comes to who he fights. He is a natural fighter and holds himself back to an extent but if someone was to harm him greatly or something he loves he will lose control and fight at full strength. He is known to love animals especially dogs and cats and cannot go without petting or cuddling them. Buster is extremely loyal and wants to see the good in everything. He is very childlike for his age as well as very kindhearted, selfless, naive, brave and very peaceful and loving.
◆ Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ: Buster was born along the trails of the canadian forest to a pair of traders. From a young age Buster was shown to have his inhuman strength speed and agility that seemed to draw crowds of people and earned the family large sums of money. As time passed this drew the attention of people who wanted to use his abilities for their own personal gain which in turn he retaliated showing how fearsome he truly is. Which every attack or attempt the assailants would never see the light of day again and with every attempt Buster would take something that interested him. Upon his 17th birthday his family received and invitation for him to go to Tokubetsu and better use his skills and obtain an actual education other than being home schooled. At first his parents were against this in fear of his life but Buster insisted to go to avoid bringing more people to his home.

Hey hey~ Just a few discrepancies that need to be weeded out. Power-wise: He can't have four abilities to start out with. He can have enhance strength and durability, OR speed and agility, OR strength and speed, OR durability and agility. I'd mix them up for the best use of your character and their personality. Through training you can learn the others. Now on to personality. Personality-wise: I see two personalities here. A lover of peace wouldn't be so thoughtless about who he's fighting, would he? From what I read it doesn't say he has a hot temper, either, so simply fighting and, as I understand it, killing them. In this day and age he'd be in prison or at least be hunted down. Also remember that this is only in 2018, and everything is pretty much the same as in 2015. For his biography, other than what I pointed out in the above paragraph, the last bit is inaccurate. The only way to go to Tokubetsu is via invitation, which the headmaster deals out. You can read the invitation in it's topic in the rules and regulations subforum.

◆ Aᴜʀᴀ Aʙɪʟɪᴛɪᴇs:: Cryokinesis: Jaice is able to form ice from the water in the air and manipulate it into different shapes and forms as if it was clay. He can create ice from the water in the air within a five meter radius while he himself is immune from his own ice and cold but he takes half damage from others and can freeze objects like normal ice though his ice can still be melted by heavy flames.
Frozen combat: Jaice is able to imbue his hits with icy aura that lowers the temperature of the area hit depending on the severity. ◆ Exᴛʀᴀ Aʙɪʟɪᴛʏ:: Reaper: Where this is existing ice or low temperatures Jaice is able to quickly turn it to vapor causing phreatic explosion as long as the ice is within 10 feet of the ice. This can damage him if he is to close and this has a two post cool down.

◆ Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Jaice remains cold and aloof to others around him with a slightly antagonistic point of bleak towards his enemies. Jaice has no sense of bias when it comes to fighting enemies, be it man, woman, or child if they are a threat or target he will eliminate them without mercy. Jaice does have a soft side to animals and tends to be softer to them and an as well as people he calls comrades.
◆ Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ: Growing up in Kazan Jaice worked with his family at the circus as a jack of all trades. Using his ice he would create splendid constructs and beautiful pictures that would dazzle crowd as a performer would but he grew tired of it. He was always asked to do tricks for people and always crowded which began to grow into a slight claustrophobia. Soon he would completely close himself off from the stage and suddenly disappear from the stage. In secret he would train his skills with his ice as a way to release the stress and tension and soon found that he was quite good at fighting. Once more he took to the stage and revealed some new tricks that he had learned and after that show he had earned an invitation to the school that would be his new dwelling. ◆ Rᴇʟᴀᴛɪᴏɴsʜɪᴘ(s): ❥ ❥ ❥

Also, it should be stated in your Frozen Combat that it depends on the severity of where he hits to accomplish something like 20 degrees lowering of temperature. Instead, maybe a depending for drop of temp of how hard he hits them/where he hits them at.
Also, his Cryokinesis. He can be immune to his own ice and have a level of immunity to everyone else's. He can not be immune to other's ice- but he can be immune to lowering of temperature-, so that should be changed.
