Memoirea, the city forged from memories. The city grows as Blanks regain their memories, or craft new ones. The stronger the Blank Race grows, the larger this city and it's mysticism grows. It's a strange and unpredictable city that produces a powerful translucent mist that often will pick up and spread out over much of the Valley of Screams.
This mist is known as "Wishing Mist" and once it settles in an area, it blesses it and turns the usual wasteland of the Valley of Screams into whatever thoughts may linger there or whatever concepts someone there holds. Many of the cities within the Valley of Screams came into fruition in some shape or form via this mist.
