The 4th Division is the medical/supply division. They are responsible for both treating the injured and doing most of the manual labor, such as cleaning the Seireitei. The 4th Division is further divided into teams that have specific assigned jobs. Other division members use their spiritual power only for fighting. Members of the 4th Division possess spiritual powers that are used to tend to wounds and provide relief. They use these special powers and the benefits of their daily training to act with precision and speed to aid injured comrades. 4th Division administers emergency first aid to injured division members and transports them to the General Emergency Relief Station.
The members of the 4th Division are trained to use their spiritual power to perform healing and also routinely receive other training to give them the ability to act swiftly, so that they can cooperate and apply fast relief when casualties break out.
The Division is further divided accordingly into fourteen Advanced Relief Teams. These are basically field medics who retrieve and perform triage for the wounded either during or after battle..
Like all the other barracks, the 4th Division Barracks house the offices and living quarters of the Shinigami of the 4th. However, the 4th Division Barracks also houses the Sōgō Kyūgo Tsumesho (綜合救護詰所, the coordinated relief station), which is the primary medical facility of the Seireitei and Soul Society at large. In addition, the nurses who work in the Sōgō Kyūgo Tsumesho (綜合救護詰所, the coordinated relief station) have special Shihakushō (死覇装, Garment of Dead Souls) that are pink in color with hats that are reminiscent of nurse uniforms of the Human World.

Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella looked at the hospital as she got to it. She took a breath as she looked at her identification badge. She put it around her neck as she walked up to the doors and looked around as she went inside. She looked at the patients that were waiting for an available nurse and let out a small noise as she found none of them were that bad off. She went up to the front desk and went around a couple of people, showing her badge to people who were about to complain to show she worked for the hospital to keep from explaining it thirty thousand times. When she got to the desk she stared as she found there was another nurse and asked as she showed her the ID she was given, "I just got assigned to this squadron. Who's in charge?"
The nurse stared at Isabella's badge, before looking at the soldier. The heavyset Russian woman silently judged the younger soldier, her blue eyes pausing as she saw her zanpakuto spirit. After a bit, she would answer "I suppose you are in charge for now. We only have nurses right now, no full doctors. I was hoping that when we were messaged about a woman joining, she was an officer, but you'll do."
Isabella stared and looked over the other people in the waiting room. After a bit of staring and squinting, she found that the blond haired woman was correct. Although the nurses were doing a good job of keeping the patient's alive and well, she noticed that a lot of the work done was the more basic first aid practices. She looked back at the Russian woman as she had a thought and asked "where's the captain? Wouldn't she be the one in charge?"
The nurse looked over at Isabella as she was asked where the captain was and answered "the captain is under a ton of stress and is tied up with paperwork. You may need to do training in the academy." As Isabella stared at her, the larger woman would give the newbie a clipboard as she said "fill this out, then grab some scrubs and do inventory with medicine."
Isabella looked at the clipboard she was handed and sighed softly as she saw it was regarding her joining. She would take a pen from the cup on the desk as she made the comment, "you'd think we'd go over to using paperless methods by now.." before sitting in an open chair behind the receptionist's desk. She began to answer some of the questions as the other nurse dealt with patients that went up to the desk and raised an eyebrow as she found a few questions..a bit too private. When she was done, she would hand the clipboard back to the Russian nurse before she followed signs leading her to the supply closet.

Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella entered the general supply room closet and looked around as she found it was a walk in closet. She looked over the scrubs available as she estimated what her size was. After a few moments of searching through the rather poorly sorted scrubs, she found a tailor's measuring tape and picked it up as she wondered out loud "why was this buried under the shirts..?" Ignoring the poor organizational skills of the nurses, she measured her waist and the length from her inner calf to her foot to get what size pants she needed and wrote it down on her hand after finding a sharpie marker in a bin marked "markers." She followed this up with measuring her arm length and picked out the clothing she needed before she set the measuring tape on a table near the scrubs bins and put the marker in her right pocket for now. She glanced in the hallway as she wondered if anyone looked like they needed supplies, and after finding no one was heading her way, went back in the room and locked it so that way she could change in privacy. She blinked as she saw a backpack hanging on a hook and put her normal clothes in the bag and put it on her back before she put her ID badge on her shirt.
Now in proper attire, she unlocked and opened the door as a nurse walked over to the door to knock. Isabella politely stepped out of the way as she said "excuse me" and went back to the Russian nurse. She cleared her throat when she got to the desk and let out a small "oomph" as the other woman gave her the clipboard for doing inventory by accidentally smacking her in the stomach with it as she commented "get counting. The medicine is down the hall to the right, then take the third left and scan your badge to get into locked room. If you see medicine you need, make note of it before taking it." Isabella would simply nod as she replied "got it" before she went down the hall.
When she got to the door described, she scanned the back of her ID badge and blinked as the sensor gave a small ding, the red light for the scanner turning green as the maglock was released. She went into the room and shut the door behind her as an older patient in a wheelchair went by and froze for a moment as she saw she was in another walk in closet type room. With that, she began to go down the list she was given. She paused as she went by something with a tarp over it and set the clipboard down next to it as she hummed in thought. It wouldn't take much effort to tug the tarp off of the odd shaped machine and blinked as she saw it was an injector machine connected to a computer. It took about two minutes for Isabella to find the power cord to plug the machine into the wall to turn it on and stared as she saw it was for putting in implantable birth control medicine. With that, the soldier looked over the list she had been given as she commented "I don't think we have implantable birth control..Huh..so..yeah..we have the implantable version..why is there three versions though?"
Isabella looked at the machine as she wondered what it did exactly and blinked as she saw the prompt "insert blood sample." She glanced at the door as she determined the head nurse expected her to take a while doing inventory, and thought to herself, 'gay or not, it may not hurt to have some birth control so my periods are more manageable. Additionally, if I do this, I won't need to deal with it for a year or two.' After a bit of searching, she would find the slot for the sample and note it looked like a blood iron tester. Half a minute later, she had found the lancet box and micro tubes to do a blood iron test and drew a small sample from her thumb after cleaning it with an alcohol wipe. She blinked as the machine commented "use version B" before giving her a prompt to scan a barcode. This search around the room took a bit longer as she looked for the implants and let out a small "aha!" as she found a case of them on the third shelf. She took out one of the implants and made a small note on the clipboard that she had grabbed one and left her initials near the markdown.
Medicine in hand, she scanned the barcode with what looked like a UPC scanner someone stole from a Target store and was given a small beep by the computer. She jumped a little as the auto-injector machine whirred to life with a whir and a series of beeps signaling that power had been routed to it automatically. She blinked as a small hatch opened and put on a pair of gloves from an open box before she took the implant out of the packaging. She looked it over before putting it into the machine and shut the hatch as she wondered what was next. She looked at the terminal as it instructed her to "put the patients arm in the designated area" and looked back at the injector to see a small green square on the table below an arm shaped clamp system. With a small hum, she rolled up her sleeve as she figured that she'd be fine and put her left arm through the clamps. She winced lightly as the computer system gripped her forearm and upper arm a little too tight and managed to suppress a scream as the machine stabbed a needle into her arm. As she hit the table, trying not to scream in pain from the auto-injector shoved the medicine into the hole it created, her zanpakuto spirit commented in her thoughts 'I have an odd feeling this is why this machine isn't in use. It may have needed further force calibrations moron.' She resisted the urge to shout at Andrew as the machine beeped at her, and watched as the now blood covered needle left her arm, a small dribble of blood coming out of the hole it left behind. She sighed as she tugged her arm out of the clamp and stared in disbelief as she found that it wouldn't let her go. As she tried to tug her arm out of the machine, her attention was diverted when a male nurse opened the door to the supply room. She stared at him for a moment as he stared at her and mentally facepalmed as he commented "so..that thing doesn't work very well. It's back here because it broke someone's arm."
With that note, Isabella commented "thank you captain Hindsight. Now if only there was a way out of this contraption." She would look over the electric clamp system as she heard the nurse grab a bottle of medicine and make note of it on the clipboard. She let out an annoyed noise as she found the emergency release button on top of the clamp system and clicked it to get her dominant arm back. Now free from the machine, she took the needle out of it to keep it from being used and tossed it into a bio-hazard container before shutting the auto-doctor down. After putting a bandage on her arm and rolling her sleeve up, she put the tarp back over the rejected machine and resumed doing inventory on the medicine as she kept away from the idiotic robot. When she was done, she signed her name at the bottom of the inventory management sheet as she left the storage room, and handed it to the head nurse, who waved her off as she commented "good..ah, it seems you learned how to implant birth control, that may help with female patients. Now..seeing as there is no emergency, go see captain."
Both the nurse and Isabella blinked as an alert pager went off. The head nurse looked at it and sighed as she revised "never mind. Get group of medics and go into North Rukongai, it should be easy to set up a field hospital there. Grab supplies from the storeroom before you go. If you run into trouble, use your phone to call for help." Isabella nodded as she looked around and gave the quick order to a few medics sitting around "follow me, we're going into Rukongai." With that, she went back into the medicine supply closet and grabbed a few to go kits and handed them to the five medics that followed her before she grabbed one for herself. Supplies in hand, she left the hospital and directed her mini squadron to Rukongai as she thought 'I can't believe it..I'm actually leading a group..ok, act cool and you;ll do fine.' [-Exit]-

Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella blinked as the short trip via flash step ended. The short doctor would stumble a bit after the soul reaper that had used flash step let go of her and watched as she took a few steps to regain her balance after she had been moved faster than the speed of light. When she had her bearings, she entered the hospital and waved at the head nurse as she went into the storage room. She rolled her eyes as the scanner took a while to confirm the bar code on the back of her ID badge, and muttered "took you long enough.." when the doors opened and set the case of supplies she had grabbed from Northern Rukongai on the ground for now. She set the supply bin on her back on the counter and restocked the go bag after taking out the J-shard and tossed the bandaging that it had been packed inside. She thought a bit as she looked over the shard, her head tilting to the side for a moment as she thought over what to do with it. After a moment, she set the shard in her backpack's side pocket before finishing up her task of refilling the portable supply kits. With the kits stocked, she set them on the shelf and left the supply room. It wasn't hard to go past the main desk as she figured she should drop the shard off at her dorm before getting some training done, and made a beeline to the barracks after leaving the hospital.
She waved at a couple of other squad members as she passed them, not really talking much as she hummed softly. She scanned the bar code on the back of her ID badge when she got to the barracks building to get inside when she reached it, glancing over her shoulder to make sure she wasn't being followed. She made her way to her dorm like barracks as she quickly walked down the hall, flattening herself against it at one point as maintenance workers went by carrying a bed wrapped in a bag. When she got to her dorm, she opened the door with her key and quickly shut and locked the door behind her as she sighed softly.
Now safe in her dorm, she set the backpack on her bed and stretched her neck as she let out a sigh. She changed out of the scrubs she was in when she made sure the window was shut, and put them into a garbage bag for now, making a side note to toss it in the trash on the way out. She thought for a moment as she looked around as she opened the pocket with the pillar shard in it, and made a small "that works" as she found a spot to hide it. When the shard was hidden where no one could find it, she grabbed the bag that held the scrubs and left her barrracks, locking the door behind her. As she went by the dumpster for the building, she threw the bag into the metal chute to have the bag go into the incinerator portion of the machine and hit the button to burn the bag and the blood soaked scrubs as she lightly jogged to the academy. Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella looked at the hospital as she landed outside of it and took a breath as she built up her courage. She took a breath as she commented to herself 'you can do this, just walk into the captain's office and ask to be the third seat'. After a moment of getting herself ready, she walked into the hospital's lobby and looked at the directory to see where the captain's office actually was. She silently nodded as she found the listing and went into the elevator to go to the fourth floor, holding the elevator for a soldier carrying a tool box. She waved bye to the man as he got off on the third floor to fix a broken electrical outlet, and waited in silence as the elevator went to the next floor. She got out as she found she was in a floor with offices, and stood in front of the captain's secretary and cleared he throat to get her attention. When she had it, she calmly said "hi, my name's Isabella Kiyoshi. I wish to talk to the captain about becoming the third seat. I know how to use my shikai, I know how to use flash step and I'm good at healing patients."
The secretary wrote down Isabella's name and the reasons she gave on a piece of paper after adjusting her glasses so they wouldn't fall off her face as she said, "I'll let them know you're here. Why don't you take a seat for now, she's currently busy." With that, Isabella nodded before taking a seat in the small waiting area. She glanced at the door as she felt a bit nervous, like a student told to see the principal over a minor violation. For now, she waited as she popped her fingers by pushing them against each other.

Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella sighed softly as she waited for the captain. She looked over at the closed door as she wondered if they were actually out of the building and shifted softly as she stretched her legs. She looked over at the blonde haired secretary as she heard her type on the computer in front of her, potentially writing a report. She sighed as she looked over at the clock in the corner of the room and let out an annoyed sigh as she saw she had been waiting for at least two hours. She stood up as she thought a bit, commenting "um..I'm guessing the captain is busy right now. Can you page me when she's ready to take visitors?"
The secretary looked over at Isabella as she stood up, pausing her typing in the forum she was on. She nodded as she heard the request as she replied "sure. It may not take that much longer. I'll leave a note saying you were here if she leaves for the day." As the soldier left, she would add onto the note she had in front of her that Isabella left to help downstairs.
With that, Isabella nodded and left the office. She yawned as she stretched her arms above her head when she got to the elevator and hit the call button. She hit the button for the 1st floor when she got into the lift and hummed along with the elevator music as she leaned against the back wall. She got out at the first floor when the elevator doors opened and calmly sat at the desk to look over the patients on the 2nd floor using the terminal in front of her.

With a flash, Sakura appears in the courtyard of the Fourth Division while still carrying Lucy in her arms. She would quickly place the other female Shinigami on her feet before she falls to her knees herself. The adrenaline rush would, of course, be wearing off now that she had put some distance between her and Achana along with her Faccion, and now the injuries to her body were starting to take affect on her body. She was covered in scorch marks and cuts from being caught in the explosion of the Espada level Hollow's Cero Storm. Sakura would pull herself from the ground, cussing her weakness once more as she begins to walk into the division to find a doctor, or someone to heal her up. She was not about to lose out to either Zero or Natsumi anymore.
Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella looked up from the computer screen as she noticed something odd in the air. She got up from behind the desk as she looked at the entrance to the hospital, grabbing a pair of gloves from a box under the desk. Her eyes widened as she saw Sakura limp into the hospital covered in burns and cuts. She used a quick flash step to get to her as she put her gloves on and look her over as she asked, "did you bring anyone with you or are you on your own?" before looking over at the nursing staff behind her, "get me a gurney with a pair of bandage scissors and prepare operating room number one if it's available." From what she could tell, the lacerations to her body and arms weren't major, the burns though concerned her. She paused as she saw the damage to her knee and frowned, if the bone was broken, it would take months for it to heal fully without a kido, and this was ignoring rehabilitation to get the muscle back to full strength.
When the gurney was brought over, she would help Sakura sit on the bed to get her off of her injured leg after grabbing the scissors, silently wondering why the nurse didn't just hand her the scissors. She walked with the two nurses as she carefully cut the clothing away from the injuries on her legs to see the damage better. As she walked, she thought a bit and ordered when she noticed it was eerily silent, "get security to do a full sweep outside to make sure that we don't get any unexpected visitors. You two get her ready for surgery, I'm going to get scrubbed up."
With that, Sakura would be wheeled into the operating room by the two nurses. When she got there, one of the nurses would enter her estimated height and weight into a calculator to get how much anesthetic to use to have her sleep through the surgery while Isabella went into a nearby prep room to wash her hands. When she was washed up, a nurse would put the surgical gown and gloves on her before tying it off in the back while Isabella threw on a surgical mask and hair net to keep contamination down as the nurses used the anesthetic on Sakura to have her sleep.
Outside, two security teams left the hospital with their weapons ready on their hips. One group would get in position outside the main hospital doors while the other began a sweep of the area. When the group searching found Lucy, they moved to protect the division four medic as one asked "ma'am, are you injured?"

Lucy as she reaches the 4th division barracks due to being snatched by Sakura, Lucy was blushing on the way. She didn't expect someone of higher rank to do what she did specially with the foolishness she did in her attacks back there but never mind that. Lucy knew Sakura was hurt from the previous attack Achana had done and needed serious medical attention stat. Lucy as she was finally able to get up on her feet, people had asked if she was ok. "Yes i am alright, i wasn't injured in the fight like this great lady was. Get her taken care of please right away." The others nodded as they knew Isabella was taking command and Lucy was very happy to see her but she didn't have time to sit around. Lucy knew she just got back but the fight back at the Eastern District is going to get heated by the way she got snatched by Sakura. Lucy wants to treat Sakura very quickly so that she may get back to the fight but there is kido she must learn first if she is going to treat Sakura properly as a battle medic. Lucy knew that Sakura the way she was fighting, she was fighting as a second division Lt and that due to her injures, she would for sure want to get back at Achana. If Isabella needed her there more then ever, Lucy will stay to help of course but yet training with healing kido is the big thing Lucy wants to master if she is going to become Lt of 4th Division. Lucy though decides the best course of action, was to leave and go training however, with Isa busy in the Operation Room with Sakura, the best thing she can do is go training. Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella looked Sakura over as she chewed on the inside of her lip under the surgical mask as she entered the operating room. She watched as one nurse connected a heart beat monitor to the unconscious lieutenant's right index finger and looked over at the monitor as it began to beep slowly. With that, she looked over the injuries and tugged the other girl's shirt to expose her stomach and chest as she looked for injuries. She gently pushed against the patient's stomach to check for internal bleeding and let out a small sigh of relief as she found nothing was swollen or unusually warm or cold, and focused her attention on the smaller cuts.
She thought on how to heal them as she began applying antibiotics to clean the injuries, and blinked as she noticed something odd. She set the medicine on a nearby table as she built up energy in her fingers, and stared as a dark green glow began to emit from her fingers. She focused her energy into her hands and blinked as the glow got brighter. She looked over at a nurse to her right as she noticed her staring at her, and gently put her fingers over a cut on Sakura's right side. She focused the energy as she used her custom ability and watched as the cut sealed. She raised an eyebrow as she thought out loud "well that's cool" as she used her ability to close the cuts scattered around the other woman's stomach by hovering her fingers over a cut and focusing her spiritual energy. When the cuts were sealed close, she turned down the power as she noticed the burn was less of a problem, and held her palm over the burnt skin as her spiritual energy concentrated in her palm before going into the damaged flesh. She let out a sigh when the burns were healed, and looked over at Sakura's knee as she thought a bit. She walked over to the lieutenant's legs and exposed the damaged knee as she thought a bit. She gently moved the leg to set the tendons in the right place and nodded a nurse over to have her hold the leg in place so she could heal the injury, her finger tips glowing a bright green. When the glow went down to dull, and she noticed the energy not flow outward anymore.
She let out a sigh as she looked Sakura over for other injuries and blinked as she noticed a small amount of blood on the pillow she was on. She gently lifted her up and used a damp towel to clean the matted hair and made a small "hmm" when she saw the cut. It wouldn't take much energy to seal the cut, and set her down when one of the nurses changed the pillow for a fresh one. With that done, she turned the ability off by dissipating the energy in her hand, starring for a moment. She looked over as she noticed a nurse stare and commented "oh..right. Move the lieutenant to the second floor for observation and for her to sleep off the anesthesia." As Sakura was wheeled to the upper level after her clothing was changed into a set that wasn't torn apart and covered in blood and soot, Isabella would leave the operating room as more nurses entered to clean the operating room. She threw the gloves and surgical mask into a bio-hazard bin and throw the gown she was in into a bin as she turned on a shower in a nearby shower room. She got fully undressed and bathed using the provided soap and shampoo, humming softly. When she was done, she toweled off and got dressed in a clean set of scrubs. She would bag her underwear and set it in a locker for now to get later. With that out of the way, she left the operating room and rested in a staff room so her energy could recover.
Lucy shows up after her kido training, stronger then ever then before. Lucy then goes into the area to see that things were taken care of which she grits her teeth a bit. "Darn it, i didn't make it in time, i would of helped Isabella but oh well but where is she now?" Lucy goes look around and looks to the staff room sensing Isabella's spirit energy. It looked like to Lucy, Isabella's energy took a little bit used but things must of got done if she is resting right now. Though Lucy had another thing on her mind, she wishes to be the Lt of the 4th division. Lucy then goes towards up to the second floor going past all the recovery rooms straight to the office of the 4th Division Captain as the ladies seem to motion to go on ahead. Lucy then goes into the office bowing to the 4th division captain as she then ask"Captain, i wish to be the Lt of 4th division. Alot of things had happened, we secured the pillars along side the 11th Division." Lucy then kneels down before the 4th Division Captain showing high respect as she was taught by her parents to show always respect to her superiors.

As Lucy would be entering into his office, Kyoshiro was just standing and making his way around the desk in his. On his desk were stacks of papers in various folders along with a single tiger lily. His cool, ice blue eyes glance to the woman as she knells before him and asks to be promoted to the position of lieutenant all of a sudden. A sigh is audible heard as he grabs a file from his desk and flips through it. "Shiki Lucy, formerly of Fifth Division. Recently transferred into the Fourth Division.." He closed the file and placed it once more onto his desk, before facing her once again. "Stand please. I am not some king or ruler." His right hand would slide through his long black hair as he waits for the woman to stand, "My name is Sanada Kyoshiro, Captain of the Fourth Division and head of the Sanada Clan." With the introductions done he begins to make his way to the door of his office once more with out answering the woman regarding her rank. Kyo opening door and beginning to step from the bland office, "Follow me, so we can talk." He would state in a matter-of-fact voice, though there was a warmth to it. "Explain to me, why you think I should promote a recent transfer to Lieutenant?" The older man would walk Lucy through the division till they would reach a small garden in one of the courtyards. This is were the Captain seem to shine as he knelled down to begin taking care of the varies arrangements of flowers and herbs. The only he had been using this whole encounter had been his right arm while his left remained hidden under his captain haori.
Lucy stands up and gets a clear view of the man as she didn't hesitate before to respect and knowledge a Captain's presence. Lucy wouldn't deny her ties she had with the 5th division neither about her being a recent transfer to the 4th division. Though Lucy follows Kyoshiro into his garden and presented the question of why she should be promoted to Lt, which to Lucy this drew out one of her personal reasons. Lucy thinks back when she had a discussion with Isabella and about her hate of the Shinigami. Its one of Lucy's demons ever since many Shinigami have abused their authority within her district. Lucy figures for herself, if she is going to gain the captain's trust and reach higher into the 4th division, she needs to spill everything. She told Isabella about her hatred only because she felt she can trust Isabella. Though the man before her she had not met until now, such rank of a Captain puts on a captain to find a trust worthy Lt. "Captain Sanada, you see i joined this division due to the very thing i couldn't counter act at all. Back in the district i grew up in, there were shinigami that had abused their power and threatened the townsfolk. They had no mercy for me and my people, they thought they could do whatever they wanted. Therefore, it developed within me hatred for the Shinigami. It was the path, i was taking until i had met one of your soldiers Isabella Kiyoshi. I broke my ties with the 5th division in my mind and through action; after i have been told by your fellow soldier that this division can teach me how to love shinigami instead of hating them. I went to training recently in the division to gain knowledge of healing kido and after, i felt changed. I wasn't sure at first about facing you but after i went through healing kido training, it gave me a solid choice. I want to become Lt because i desire the power to restore life to Shinigami and through that, it strengthens my resolve to being a loving Shinigami." Lucy said it with a tone of warmth but also very sincere as she spilled things out to a stranger such as a Captain. Lucy didn't kneel this time due to the Captain asking her to not treat him like a king. Lucy though realized with the fact that the captain had to bring out her file. Lucy stayed very quiet knowing she failed to introduce herself which was also the other part of respect that slipped her mind. "Darn it, i have so much learning to do, what a shame of me." Lucy then comes out to say"Also Captain, i am very sorry about not introducing myself earlier. There is no excuse for such thing like that and i failed on that." Lucy said as she waited to see what the Captain would say but as her head turned ashamed of her disrespect.

Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella cracked her neck as her energy recharged fully, standing from the chair with a soft sigh. She blinked as she noticed Lucy's reiatsu as she went back to the ER lobby as she looked at her left hand, wondering what the ability she just used was. When she saw there weren't any new patients, she tracked down where her girlfriend went and paused as she saw she was talking to a man in the fourth division's captain haori as she noticed she was in the courtyard, standing where she was behind the captain. She paused as she looked him over and mentally face palmed as her zanpakuto spirit commented in her thoughts, 'so..the captain of the division we're in is a guy..I think the info we got at the academy was wrong..' She would roll her eyes as she blinked, and silently commented in her thoughts, 'you don't say captain obvious? I wasn't entirely convinced until you pointed it out for me.'
She sighed as she realized that she was potentially already spotted by Lucy and her presence felt by the captain. She would softly open the door to go into the courtyard and shut it once inside before she sat on her right knee and bow her head softly to avoid eye contact as she said, "I apologize for interrupting captain. I was wondering where Lucy-chan was when I noticed she got back to the hospital." In the back of her mind she was somewhat hoping that he didn't get the note she had his secretary make regarding her wanting to be the third seat.
An audible sigh would leave the man's mouth as Lucy would rattle on her life story about what caused her to hate the Shinigami and how the medic Isa was the one that talked her into transferring divisions. His right hand reaching up to rub his temples after pulling some weeds from the garden's bed. "So...you hate Shinigami, and thought this division would make you 'love' them." Kyoshiro would slowly raise to his feet and stare down to the female Shinigami, "You are not suited for this Division, Miss Shiki. In this job, you will have to put your biased aside; There will be Shinigami that have abused their powers, that have made life choices that you disagree with." His voice was as cold as ice and his normally warm eyes only had a slight sparkle like stars. "Hatred has no place in the Gotei Thirteen, and you can never sever your connections to your old division, as our success is theirs and visa versa." It wouldn't be much longer as the ground shook underneath them, rattling the building around them. "Wh-" Kyoshiro words cut off as Isa then joins them in the garden, causing another sigh to leave his mouth. "So...your the young lady that thought I was a female." A soft chuckle left his mouth but it didn't take long. "Neither of you will be promoted today. If you wish to prove yourself to me...to this division...to all of the Soul Society, then respond to that explosion. Help rebuild, and tend to the wounded. Once Soul Society is completely restored come back to me."
