Pretty simple, here we vent a little and laugh a little.
You start off with... "You know what really grinds my gears......"
Then follow up with something that grinds your gears.
Agree or disagree with the post above and share a little.
Example [I say:] You know what really grinds my gears..... .....Lack of activity in guilds. [Next poster say's:] I agree, you know what really grinds my gears? Trolls cluttering up forums.

I disagree it was a good series until GT, You know what really grinds my gears,...... when people use japanese words instead of using the english word for things. For example; Yuri/Yoai, Neko/Inu.
