Personality: Amalie is headstrong and courageous. She loves a good fight, and doesn't give up easily. She's incredibly smart and very perceptive of her environment, taking mental notes of everything she sees and experiences. Despite her poor childhood and home life, she remains optimistic and always wants to do the best that she can. She's incredibly loyal and social, and loves working with others.
History: Amalie was born in France and grew up in poverty. Her mother worked day and night to put food on the table while her father spent every waking moment drinking. He was once a great weapon, a golden rifle for a Duke. He suffered an injury and was eventually fired, causing him to fall into an angry depression. When her parents would have another one of their fights, which usually occurred three or four times a week, Amalie would hide under the table and cover her ears. She tried to ignore the sounds of glass shattering and her mother crying while her father yelled and screamed. In school, Amalie worked as hard as possible so that she could one day get a high paying job and take her mother wherever she wanted.
One night, when Amalie was ten years old, her parents' routine fight took a dark turn. As Amalie hid under the table, she heard a loud crack and her mother fell to the floor in front of her. She ran out from under the table and went after her father with a kitchen knife. She was able to avoid the majority of his blows until she heard a knock at the door. When she turned her head, her father smashed a beer bottle across her face, giving her the scar on her cheek.
The police came in and took Amalie's dead mother away and arrested her father. She then lived with her aunt and her father was put to death and hanged for his crimes. Her aunt thought that since being a weapon ran in the family, Amalie too might have been a weapon. That was when she discovered that she could transform into a white Bow, and use compressed soul wavelengths as arrows with the correct meister.
