After having witnessed two horrific fights and their equally terrifying ends, the third group summoned was almost unable to heed the warning beeps of the collars as they were dragged from their cells and out into the arena. No one wanted to become a meal for their insane captor. In the face of the greater threat, personal and faction-wide rivalries began to be put aside in favor of survival.
This time when the King signaled, a group of five Guards sprang forward, swords rattling threateningly.

OOC Rules
Prisoners will not be able to summon magic or weapons while in the arena. Unless they want to be exploded. To defeat the King's monsters, use the following dice rolls with each post to calculate damage:
Basic Senshi/Pages/Lieutenants: roll TWO d6.
Super Senshi/Squires/Captains: roll THREE d6.
Eternal Senshi/Knights/Generals: roll FOUR d6.
Automatonic Guards: Automatically do 5 damage per turn (be sure to coordinate with your battlemates to avoid confusion)
Shadow Beasts: Automatically do 20 damage every three turns (again, be sure to coordinate with your battlemates)
HP Pools Please note that for the Gladiator bouts, these pools will not change
Basic Senshi/Pages/Lieutenants = 50
Super Senshi/Squires/Captains = 75
Eternal Senshi/Knights/Generals = 100
Automatonic Guards = 80
Shadow Beasts = 125
Remember to put your own HP pool, any damage taken and who you are attacking for what damage at the top of each post in BOLD)
Example Sailor Abluhabluh: 50HP - 5 damage = 45 / Attacking Guard for WHOOPS I MISSED
You are allowed to attack each other! Just remember that while you’re doing that, a Shadow Beast may be taking a chunk out of your a**.

Damage: 11 to Guard 1
Guard 1: 69/80
Methone didn't really have to be dragged out into the field, and she had gotten a good idea of just how to handle the battles after witnessing the first two. Someone was going to die, but she sure as ******** was going to make sure it wasn't her or her man.
The minute they were set loose, she sped over to Mont blanc and pointed to the beast. "We take that one out first. Work on the guards next." She rubbed her gloved hands together, to stop the stiffening.
"Work with me Monty, and We'll get home safe." She looked at the others, more then half of their group was nega's. She wasn't interested in touching them at all. She rushed the Guard, bring up a fist and punching it in the side.

He was dragged from his cell and taken to what he thought might be his death. He found himself dumped with five other and terrified, truly. This was not what he signed up for, not that he signed up at all. He was drafted.
He looked to the other's around him and watched as the one senshi rushed a and frowned deeply.
He looked to the other and gave a sharp nod before balling up his fist and rushing at the beast and jumping, pulling his hand together in a tight clench above his head and attempting to bring it down upon one of the guards.
Witherite HP: 50?
Damage to the Guard 2: 9
Guard 2 HP: 71

Mont Blonc: 45hp
Damage: 4 to Guard 1
Guard 1: 54/80
Mont Blonc's throat still ached from his howls of protest when they'd dragged his friend out into the last battle. He'd known his turn was coming, but it didn't make it any easier. He still resisted any way he could, heedless of the collar around his neck. Although Mont Blonc was a mountain of death, the page himself was desperate to cling to the life he loved with his friends. He did not want to die, especially not here, and he wasn't ready for the very real possibility.
It was when he saw Methone being led out onto the field with him that he stopped struggling. No matter how strong his will to life, the only thing he valued more than his own life was their's - especially her's. He was still afraid, and it showed in his eyes, but nowhere else.
He nodded determinedly when she took the lead, and as he grabbed one of the rusted weapons that could hardly be counted on as more than a blunt instrument (though still better than his pen would have been), he couldn't help but eyeball the sword the guard clutched. So when he rushed in to attack, he aimed for the arm - it didn't do much good, especially not with the kind of weapon he was using, but it still did something.
A sudden, harsh pain ripped across his back, and Mont Blonc howled and whirled, realizing too late that another of the guards had gotten too close. He backed away from both of them, trying not to think too long and hard about the fact that the blood on the second guard's blade was his own.

Ubasti: 45hp
Damage: 7 to Guard 1
Guard 1: 47/80
There was no fighting it; Ubasti could already see the others in her cell cluster being dragged out of their own cells one by one. The door to her own cell opened with a clank, and Ubasti gripped the cell bars into a death vice. No, they were not dragging her out there with the others! She’d seen what had happened to the others, she wasn’t going to go out there to die. The beeping wasn’t helping either, she couldn’t think and all she kept seeing when she closed her eyes were the deaths of the others. Too late. Her grip on the bars was loosening as they pulled her from her confinement to her death.
There was no point in any more yelling once she was out there; Ubasti cast a quick glance at the others gathered around. They were all going to die here, but that didn’t mean she was going to make things easy for any them. She eyed her choices; there was another dark mirror senshi, a negaverse agent she would have liked to pummel and then a knight who had taken up with a senshi. It wasn’t hard to make a choice. Ubasti moved to the other dark mirror, cast a glance in their direction and gave them a nod. Stick with family, that was the only way out of here.
While the idea of working with others who weren’t dark mirror didn’t warm her insides, especially working with a negaverse agent, she knew they would still have to work together to ensure their survival. Which is why without a second thought Ubasti went after the same guard the other pair had attacked. The weapons they’d been given weren’t even worth being called real weapons and for once she missed having even the little bit of power she had as a dark mirror senshi. While the knight had distracted the guard Ubasti ran up behind him, trying to aim a nice slice of her so called sword across the guard’s abdomen.
It briefly reminded her of her first encounter with Merlinite when he’d gotten a good hit on her ribs that night. Still, the sword barely did any damage to the guard, didn’t even look like she’d taken a chunk out of him or caused any kind of pain. It whirled on her then and Ubasti jumped back to avoid the raised sword flying her way. That was a real weapon and it would slice through her like a hot knife in butter if she wasn’t more careful. Hopefully the negaverse agent wasn’t completely useless and would join in and not try to fight the senshi and knight. She would end him if he decided otherwise after their little foray with this guard.
