If you have any problems with the moderators or other members, post them here and they will be resolved in a calm fashion. Meaning if you have an issue with a particular mod, that mod will be unable to respond to the complaint and instead another one will try to resolve the issue. If you have an issue with another member, they may not post here and start up an argument, they also cannot quote you in the chatterbox. If any of you receive a hateful message via PM, please report it to us immediately with screenshot proof and we will ban or punish depending on how severe it is. We also record marks against members who have broken the rules. 3 marks and your finished.

Guild Rules, Part 3: Posting, Section 5
• Detail is fine, welcomed actually, but meaningless fluff is not allowed. What we mean by fluff is adding metric tons of bullshit from encyclopedias and other irrelevant texts into your post just for the word count. If a mod sees this sort of posting, it will be denied in the update for XP, and the post deleted.
A guild like this breeds an environment to push fluff in order to gain for their character within the spectrum of the system itself. The fact that you people have removed a member on these grounds is mildly appalling, especially since in no area of your rules do you dictate that what the moderator had done was a banning offense.
In fact, nowhere in your rules do you actually state what is and is not a potentially ban-able or punishable offense. So there's no clear-cut way anybody can know whether a small infraction borderlining fair versus an outright morbid obstruction because there's nothing in here which defines severity.

By the way this seems from an outsider's perspective that the removal was an internal decision, one which has no other proof backed for this than personal antagony. Bottom line, the punishment as it appears does not fit the crime.
As such, I choose not to follow this law. I'll be taking my leave, quoting the crew so all of you may see this.

This is clearly stated in Gaia ToS, he broke that rule.

• You must follow the backbone of rules already set by GaiaOnline in the guidelines. FAO moderators will do their best to uphold these standards.
Not only did he cheat, plagiarize, and broke rules but when we faced him to conduct a punishment (which we really didn't want to do, because he has been a bit help to our systems) he went off on the moderators and broke the very rule you just quoted.

So in the end he was very angry, saying that he quit, so to make things simple before he could delete any thing or make a hole in the guild we couldn't fix, we just complied with his wishes and kicked him out. Sucks that you had to go too, especially without all the facts.
