Methone cracked her knuckles as she felt the captain's aura blip on her senses. She had been napping, draping herself over the rooftops in the dead of night.
But teal eyes had been looking, searching for that little motavation in the dark of night to bring her down. She extended her leg up, then over her head. Sliding from her perch down to the ground, where she landed like a cat would.
Then she took off running, trailing the aura down alleyways and back streets until she hit a dead end.
"I know you're here." Methone brought her hands up to her tiara, "Don't make me beam you out scotty."

He'd been sitting on a particular rooftop, legs dangling casually over the side, one crossed over the other, the brim of his hat pulled low over his face. Aurostibite fiddled with his gloves, feeling the soft, beginning embers of an aura slide into his senses, unfamiliar and cautionary.
He stood, the medals on his chest clinking quietly together, and narrowed his gaze. Aurostibite's boots tapped on the rooftop as he made his way over to the other side, following the direction the senshi's power signature was coming from, shadows stretching around them.
A voice wafted up to him. Aurostibite looked down, then leapt nimbly from the roof to a nearby lamppost that had an outstretched arm, crouching down atop it as he balanced precariously on the metal rod.
"Looking for me?" he asked, eyebrows raised a little.

Oh look! Batman was in the house! Methone turned and realized that she was caged between him and the dead end.
At least she would be if she wasn't a senshi and a jump was all it took to take to the walls, to the roof.
She casually strode towards the man, looking around to make sure no civilians were about when she realized that she had seen him. There was a loud groan.
"Oh, It's you." She stretched, "Still out and about, draining innocence from the people?" She rose an eyebrow, "And captain rank at that now? What did you have to do to move up? Kill someone?" Is that how it was in the negaverse?

He recognized her, much to his own annoyance. She was the same senshi he'd fought before, back when he was only a Lieutenant, and here she was again, looking as irritable as ever. The same sort of loose, careless attitude that fit well with her sarcasm.
"Still making assumptions as ever, I see," said Aurostibite, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. He reached under the hem of his coat and pulled out a small, silver dagger, the winged handle easily gripped. "You're the same cocky brat as you were before, but I see you haven't changed at all. Finally realized you don't know what you're doing?"
He leapt down abruptly, already swinging for her torso.

"I always make assumptions. Especially when it comes to that dank a** Aura's of chaos you have." She was tired of surprise attacks, and since he had to come her, she prepared herself to be in at least a little defense.
"I am always cocky Handsome." She chuckled, making a sound as he jumped down and sliced at her.
She took the cut, falling back because the little amount of damage would help her in the long run.
Once he was down though, she took his arm and threw a punch at his stomach.

"Didn't you know," said Aurostibite through gritted teeth as he leapt down. "That assuming things makes an a** out of u and me?"
He didn't like that presumptuous attitude of hers, or the arrogance that stemmed from apparently a long reign of miscalculations about his side of the factions. Aurostibite's hair fell over his shoulder in black and peacock waves, and then there was a nasty thump and Methone's fist connected with his torso. He staggered backwards, gasping for breath, and gave a snarl of irritation.
"That will be your downfall, you realize," he snapped, and reached for the other dagger in the waistband of his uniform, flipping it into his hand and snapping both blades at the senshi in a wide arc.

"I have a nice a** thank you. You on the other hand well...." She snorted even by his words. "Are as flat as your comeback lines." She wanted to say something more but she felt the swipe of his weapon against her skin, staring down at the cut that was thin against her exposed belly.
She stared at the wound, with nothing falling out but still felt the tremble of fear. The negaverse, so unfair with their terrible weapons.
"Or perhaps your downfall will be that you underestimate again Aurostibite." She snapped.
Her hand snapped up to her tiara and she pointed upwards.
"Aurora Borealis Wind Flare!"Kuuropii Aurora Borealis Wind Flare Sailor Methone calls out her attack and points upward towards the sky and above her head atop her index finger a solar wind erupts in front of her. This wind is far stronger if the opponent is standing directly in front of her and can effectively knock them over. The range of this solar wind reaches 7’ in front of her and all around her. (360 degree span). Following directly after this abrupt gust of wind a blue-green ribbon of light reaches out emulating the Northern lights. These lights only last for 15 seconds but blind anyone within a 10’ radius who gaze upon them for the next 15- 20 seconds (30 second blind if the room / area was in complete total darkness). - Once cast the light remains stationary and she can move around freely. - Light lasts for 15 seconds - Wind reaches out to 7’, Light effects people within 10’ - Can be cast 3 times

He wrinkled his nose, an expression of disgust crossing his face. "That's highly inappropriate," said Aurostibite flatly, flipping one of the daggers around in his hand and holding them both steadily, gloved fingers wrapped securely around the hilts. "Please don't refer to me in such an unpleasant way."
There had been a portion of underestimating her last time; but Aurostibite was not so easily fooled this time, his experience in the Negaverse keeping him alert to the White Moon's magic. Still, he had no magic of his own, which was annoying, and had to rely solely on his own instincts and abilities.
Methone had called for her attack, and Aurostibite braced himself, but still staggered, his breath leaving him as the wind slammed against his torso. His feet skidded on the pavement, his head spinning, and the lights were dancing in front of his eyes, obscuring his vision.
He wasn't a namecaller, but he was sorely tempted now.
"You White Moon think you're all so clever," Aurostibite snarled, slashing out blindly towards her.

"You got an issue with me using your looks as a key point in my smack talk Handsome?" Methone practically oozed with sarcastic seduction. "You don't like that your a** is flat? So, I'm sure you have redeeming qualities about you. Like those pretty little eyes-"
Oh but she made a small sound.
"Whoops, Speaking of those eyes, I really hope I didn't blind them with all that light and wind." She easily moved out of his space, because unlike him, she knew to close her eyes when she called her attack. Then slowly moved behind him. his swing was dangerously close to hitting her...
"I know I'm clever hunny bunny." She reached out from behind him, brushing his hair from his neck. "I didn't survive by being pretty." And she pushed him, as hard as she could.

"Is that what you call it, then?" Aurostibite said flatly. "Unlike some, I don't feel the need to use petty, childish tactics. The sound of your voice grates on one's nerves, and you seem to feel the need to make up for your lack of abilities and intelligence by rambling on uselessly."
This was the second time he'd been taken by surprise by a light attack. Inwardly, Aurostibite cursed his underestimation, feet sliding as he kept his eyes shut, stars winking against the blackness. A hand moved across his back and he felt shivers of disgust slide up and down his spine, followed by a grunt of annoyance.
He'd been braced for an attack this time; her push sent him staggering forward, the wind knocked out of him, but Aurostibite flipped around, seized the senshi's wrist, and kicked out hard in the direction of her torso.
"You're nothing but a nuisance."

She was pushing him, but didn't expect the grab back. She felt her wrist grabbed by his, tight and hard. Then she felt the kick into her torso and she bent over in pain. The breath knocked out of her.
She smacked his hand away, dropping to the ground. Between all the fights she had been in, plus her underlining need to dance later, she was feeling the strain.
"Big words from a little Captain." She jumped back, into the street now that their positions were switched. "I'm tired of playing with you tonight Aurostibite." She grinned, then gave him a wink and a smooch. "Treat me better next time Handsome?"
And then she was jumping further back, into the tree's and woods and out of his sight. Before he would know it, her aura would disappear too.
