Council Enforced Rules

These are rules enforced by the Committee of Education Enforcement. Failure to comply to these rules will result in one detention per infraction and, in severe cases, suspension or expulsion.

This list will be added to as necessary.

Students will remain in their uniform at all times on weekdays.
Students will not personalize their uniform in any way.
All students will report to their common rooms by 7:00 each evening.
Students may only enter the Catacombs through a professor's entrance, and with an adult escort.
All students must remain six inches apart from each other at all times.
Students are forbidden from using combat spells.
Any and all forms of PDA are banned.
Council agents have a right to inspect and/or confiscate any and all magical items students bring onto campus.
Pets are to be kept inside the dorms at all times.
Students are not allowed to leave campus unless accompanied by an adult.
If penalized enough, students will have their right to visit Justus revoked.
Students may also have their right to visit Justus revoked if their grades are not acceptable.
Students must check out of the Academy before visiting Justus. Leaving without checking out is not acceptable.
Students will not dye their hair. Males will cut their hair according to regulatory standards.
Students will not wear clothing that is uncomfortably revealing to others or offends others.
Students will not do any sort of drug or drink any sort of alcoholic beverage on campus.
Students are not permitted to perform magic outside the classroom.
Students will not enter any dimensional tear without permission.
Students will not go anywhere outside Carrmin's barrier.
Students will not leave the language debarrier unless accompanied by an adult.
It is forbidden to use magic against mundanes for any reason whatsoever. This is an offense worthy of expulsion.
Students are not allowed within 50 ft of Merlin's Oak, as according to the fence placed around it.
Monetary transactions are prohibited on campus.
Students must be in class during school hours unless they have a note from an approved authority figure.
Students are not allowed to modify the dormitories in any way.
Students and staff are not allowed to photograph Council business.
Students are not allowed, for whatever reason, to remove shirts, pants, socks, or shoes anywhere except within the dormitory bathrooms. Shoes may also be removed in the entry of the dormitory.

The Committee of Education Enforcement retains the rights to detain students who break these rules and penalize accordingly. The following is a list of approved penalties.

Confiscation of channeler (special charms will be used in the event of mystics)
Detention
Interrogation (truth serum may or may not be used, depending on the infraction)
Kitchen duty
Hexing (not approved)

The Committee of Education Enforcement retains the right to carry out these penalties wherever they deem appropriate.
