Merlin's a big universe! Big universes contain some not-so-important characters, and while they may not affect the plot at all it sure can get hard to keep track of them all!

Name: Tyler Age Range: Early 30s. A little older than Merchant. Status: Mundane Occupation: Porn star! Notable traits: Tyler's friends with the Merchant, and is a mundane. He does not have the Sight and is not aware of the magick world at all. General Appearance:Usual/Shirtless // Tyler stands around 6'2 and is very muscly. He has very large feet. Description: Very bad at being subtle. Like. Very bad at being subtle. Works in the porn studio in the next town over. Overall a cheerful guy who really does care for his friends. Decent actor. Fantastic stamina. He used to be Merchant's roommate in college, and was the one that dragged him into the porn industry.
Name: The Boss (Commonly known as T.B) Age Range: 18-21 Status: Magick | Dwelf | Astral/Celestial | Healer (Mental) Occupation: The boss of the Secret Organization. Notable traits: Genderfluid, and practically oozes charisma at all times. It's kind of weird how easy it is to like T.B if you meet them. General Appearance:[old] | [new] Generally dresses in pajamas. 4'8. Dark pink eyes and of definitely mixed ethnicity judging from the color of their skin. Description: The lackadaisical and friendly boss of the Secret Organization, T.B spends most of their time in their apartment playing video games and is horrible at socializing. Despite being a hermit and staying at home all the time, they're very dearly loved by the Organization. Location and actual capability unknown. They tend to just text people and love making friends.
Name: Deux Age Range: 27 Status: Magick | Elf | Acid | Mage Occupation: Secret Organization Member -- Wales Branch | Rank: #1 (Shifts to rank #2 on rare occasion) Notable traits: An agender elf. On first meeting they seem kind of the airy type. Likes tea a lot and is usually found in Wales Headquarters in their room, which has been designed to look like a tea garden. Has the highest offensive power in the Wales Branch. General Appearance:xx Green eyes and blonde hair that reaches their shoulders. The typical sort of beautiful that all elves are. (Though Yin would disagree.) Lithe. The scarf that they always wear was a gift from Yin. Description:While having an overall airy attitude, Deux is an extremely prideful streak and is known in the Wales branch to have extremely dangerous temper tantrums. They'll act hospitable to children (especially those with elven blood in them) but tend to act distant around adults. Hates their name and has a complex about being Number 1. Acts very childish around Yin and claims to dislike him a lot.
Name: Yin Age Range: 28 Status: Magick | Human | Stone | Mage Occupation: Secret Organization Member -- Wales Branch | Rank: #2 (Shifts to rank #1 on rare occasion) Notable traits: Has the highest defensive power in the Wales branch. A huge adventurer, it's hard to pinpoint where he is because he tends to travel everywhere and avoids coming back to Headquarters because he doesn't like the responsibilities that come with being a high rank. (He's also s**t at paperwork.) Tends to take a mass of difficult missions just so he doesn't have to come back to headquarters often. General Appearance:x An extremely handsome guy, if he wasn't covered in dirt. 5'8 and muscular but not particularly bulky. Chinese. Description: Yin is extremely friendly, if not also extremely irresponsible. He's actually be the most morally gray of the top three, the type not to sweat what kind of means to an end he's using. Very good at getting the slip on other people and tends to take nothing seriously. When he's around Deux, he'll ignore everyone and everything else.
Name: Assistant Age Range: 31 Status: Magick | Half Elf | Vapor | Scholar Occupation: Secret Organization Member -- Wales Branch | Rank: #3 Notable traits: Seems strangely fixated on the subject of his most recent arrest. Extremely loyal to T.B, to a dangerous point. Uses brass knuckles as his channeler and does the most work that doesn't classify as 'missions' to keep the branch in check. The older brother of Xander. His past is pretty shady. General Appearance:x 6'0. Description: He generally trades info for mission points to other members, but occasionally helps out lower ranking members. Otherwise nobody keeps track of him or knows where he came from. Rarely ever does high ranking missions. While he's overall a very serious guy, his sense of humor is actually pretty strange. He's horrendously bad with teenagers but is genuinely a well meaning guy. Pretty chill. Dislikes sloppiness.

Name: Xander Age Range: 29 Status: Magick | Half Elf | Electric | Enchanter Occupation: Tattoo Artist | Resident Gang leader Notable traits: Particularly gifted in electric magic. Also really, really gay. Currently lives with Naomi's mom, and loves her cooking. The younger brother of Assistant. General Appearance:x 6'0. Muscular arms, with tattoos on them. Generally dresses pretty comfortably. Description: The type of troublemaker who won't lift a finger if something chaotic is going on if it's funny. Friendly, but also kind of weird. Will instantly become a baby if you give him food. Thinks teenagers are exciting.
Name: Amy Age Range: Early 20s Status: Magick | Half Dwarf | Explosive | Scientist Occupation: Works at the salon. Mans the cash register. Notable traits: Big ego, and the only other Magick in the shop. Has a rather intimidating look about her, and she's always chewing gum. (Despite Mari scolding her.) Her dwarven mother originates from Bukhansan mountain. General Appearance:x Generally kind of stocky because of her dwarven blood, and has lots of hair on her arms/legs. Doesn't give a s**t and wears shorts/skirts without shaving her legs because jesus christ that's too much work, though she does wear leggings if they're black. Wears colored contacts. Korean. Description: Her aesthetic is, in her own words, "Eldritch horror meets hot goth." A pretty chill person, she likes to make sarcastic comments and is very interested in watching drama. She doesn't like getting involved in that kind of stuff herself, though. She enjoys conspiracy theories and personally is suspicious of Marianne's true occupation, believing that her boss is part of a huge world-wide secret organization. (Susan thinks that's kind of stretching it.)
Name: Susan Age Range: Early 20s Status: Mundane Occupation: Works at the salon as the other hair stylist, and usually left in charge of the shop. Notable traits: Used to have mild Sight as a child, but doesn't anymore. Generally with a sweet demeanor but she can be absolutely terrifying with a pair of scissors if she wants to, and has a zero s**t tolerance. General Appearance:x She's kind of chubby. Black. Brown eyes. Description:Very bubbly, and very kind. Has a bit of a scary side if she's getting angry and definitely anything but a pushover. A friendly romanticist. Also a huge ******** lesbian. (With a huge crush on Amy.) She gossips with Amy a lot, and her own theory on Marianne is that she's madly in love with an unreliable man who Marianne's family doesn't approve of, and she often goes out to visit her family to try to sway their favor. (Amy thinks that's silly.)
Name: Mechanic Age Range: Early 40s Status: Mundane Occupation: Mechanic SHOCKER Notable traits: He has Sight, but it's mostly useless if he doesn't have his glasses on. General Appearance: Gross Description: Honestly, the Mechanic is a pretty caring guy. He tends to be very protective and caring towards young people and, as such, as formed a close bond with Ian because of their shared interest in technology. All of this said, he tends to lose himself after noticing someone's an elf. He sort of has... ok, he has an elf fetish, straight up. He often forgets that elves can be kids too and generally acts pretty gross after noticing someone's an elf. You're best bet dealing with the Mechanic, as an elf, is to make sure he doesn't put his glasses on. He's pretty blind without them and often doesn't notice elongated elven ears.
Name: Fred "The Fisher Guy" Age Range: 30-33 Status: Mundane Occupation: Currently unemployed Notable traits: He's a pretty average everyday normal guy. He does have a habit of getting into unfavourable situations. Sometimes says things in a joking tone to prevent himself from embarrassment even though he means it earnestly. General Appearance: Dark haired, weedy, stubbly. He doesn't take much time out of his day to focus on his appearance but it seems he's slowly changing that. Description: Pressed for cash to pay his ex-wife and support his kids, Fred recently joined a drug ring, which worked under the cover of a fishing company. He recently un-joined with the intervention of the Secret Organisation and has been taking handwriting lessons Assistant to make sure his work with the drug ring goes off the records (he's afraid that his wife will use a criminal record against him).

Name: Rhea Age Range: 170 Status: Elf || Mage || Acidwielding Occupation: Sewer of Dimensional Portals Notable traits: Rhea channels through specifically designed sewing needles. The 'thread' she uses is magic that she has made physical through an advanced form of acidwielding. General Appearance:{x} Rhea is tall and lean, with evidence of her age showing in her colourless hair and numerous wrinkles. She doesn't let this get her down, however, dressing as best she can to show off what she does have left. Description: Rhea has studied over the years and developed the ability to sew dimensional rips. While she isn't quite sure if she's the only person in the world to have this ability, she's certain that she's the only one who offers their services for a fee. She considers herself a traveller, going from one place to another fixing up dimensional tears. Recently she's been hired by the council to repair the rips scattered around the school.
Name: Orion Age Range: 31 Status: Magick | Elf | Wind | Scientist Occupation: Secret Organization Member -- France Branch | Rank: #?? Notable traits: He has dangerous anger problems, which he keeps at bay with a hex. Used to date Marianne and attended Merlin with her. He was pretty popular while he was there. General Appearance:x | Orion is fairly tall and due to his elf genes, pretty slender . While he's not particularly muscular or bulky, he definitely has some muscle definition on him. Description: A deceptively friendly guy when you first meet him. Gently described as 'incredibly hard to understand' by people who are close to him. Mostly just a ******** a*****e.
Name: Lucy Age Range: 25 Status: Magick | Half Elf | Vapor | Mental healer Occupation: Unemployed. Just recently moved. Notable traits: The youngest sister of Assistant and Xander. Gay, with a particular fondness for older women. (Especially those who were previously married.) Really, really loves nail polish! General Appearance:Default || Lucy, like her brothers, is tall and slender. She has five piercings on her ear lobe, a belly button piercing, and dimple piercings. There's a brass hair accessory she keeps in her hair at all times, and she always has a good amount of make-up on. She always has nail polish on. Her trademark is an (unintentionally) sadistic smile. Description: Lucy is an unintentionally cold person, with kind of a mischievous streak. Her hobby is bullying/scaring men older or bigger than her, which she is extremely good at. While a little scary looking, she's a genuinely good person with a clean past. She is the family's prodigy child, and despite her attitude towards her brothers she's very loyal to them.

Name: Marinna Pritchett Age Range: Early 40s, but she still looks quite young. Status: Magick // Water // Healer Occupation: Works as a doctor at a nearby magick clinic. Over the last couple years she's really moved up in the ranks. Notable traits: 1/8th siren, like her daughter, Naomi. She's also Xander's roommate and takes care of the cooking, cleaning, and baking of special surprises for Xander's rival gang. General Appearance:x // Marinna generally dresses in blues and whites and has a soft, gentle voice. She's surprisingly short but still has that commanding 'mom' atmosphere about her. A great cook, so she sometimes smells like whatever she's been cooking or baking. Description: Marinna is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. After leaving her husband's mansion a couple years ago, she crashed with Xander and simply never left. She's actually a very powerful wielder, but has never found a reason to test the limits of her powers. A stronger siren than Naomi, in that she can will away the siren state and use a bit of the Voice without transforming. Always welcomes kids in, especially if they have injuries that need healing. Don't make her angry. Seriously, don't do it.
Name: Magnolia Age Range:30 Why would you ask a lady her age? Status: Magick | Elf | Vapor | Mage Occupation: Part of Xander's gang. Notable traits: While she technically answers to Xander, her authority is more feared than his. The strongest and oldest member of the gang. She takes care of the bar in Xander's gang's base. Uses her pipe as her prime channeler, but she can also channel through the smoke. General Appearance:x Very tall, and clearly toned. Her platformed shoes only add to her height. There is a simple black X tattooed on her throat. Of clear Japanese descent. Description: The only correct way to describe Magnolia would be 'strange'. She's known within the gang for her interesting obsession with allowing people to one up her or get past her detector for a more interesting fight. Members theorize that she likes a good and troublesome fight, while others say it's because she likes seeing them struggle like ants to grab whatever they can before she crushes them entirely. In truth, Magnolia simply admires passion wholeheartedly. While she seems cool and mysterious on the outside, she's a pretty troublesome lady in nature.
Name: Five (5) Age Range: 28 Status: Magick | Half-elf | Plant | Healer Occupation: Part of Xander's gang. Notable traits: Korean. The only one out of the oldest members who doesn't have a following. Gardens roses. Despite towering over A&B, they often bully him. They both seem strangely fascinated with him and always vie for his attention by being troublesome brats, though there isn't anything particularly special about 5 that would warrant their clinginess. A bit of a fashionista. General Appearance:x Bulky and a Giant. (6'3) He has a huge tattoo that covers the upper half of his chest, though it's covered up by his sweater+jacket combo. He also has a black tattoo that covers the expanse of his back. Description: While a soft hearted guy and a total pushover, Five has a violent temper. He swears and yells a lot when he's angry, often acting unstable and promising violent acts that he has no qualms against going through should someone anger him. However, he'll go easy on people younger or less stronger than him, and he's somebody who pities people very easily. Has a sensitive heart.
Name:Alpha & Beta Age Range: Because they're short half dwarves, they look like children, but literally nobody knows. If you ask them, B will reply "Go away." and A will say "Calm down, B." (They ARE adults, though.) Status: Magicks || Half dwarves || (A)Boom/Wind(B) || (A) Mage/Enchanter (B) Occupation: Part of Xander's gang. Notable traits: Both are agender. A uses (channels through) steel toed boots while B uses (enchanted) wolverine esque claws. Their fighting style includes working off eachother's momentum while holding hands, though otherwise they're extremely unpredictable. Second most powerful after Magnolia, though they rarely ever go all out in a fight. For some reason, they both have a strange fixation on 5. They also tend to ignore all orders from everyone in the entire gang, though they are known to comply to Magnolia. General Appearance:A / B Both wear baggy clothing and are pretty short. (4'12, but A is one cm taller than B, much to B's chagrin.) A's hair is longer than B's. Description:A: Quiet and a bit more delicate than B, they're fairly passive in personality. Tend to talk less/second to B. B shows the most outward protectiveness, but A is actually the more protective one//more ruthless should B get hurt. Also the one who tends to have the final say on what the twins will do. B: Always has their eyebrows furrowed. The more bolder of the twins, they talk more than A and will often act kind of rude to whoever they want. B tends to put up a protest but usually gives A what they want. Sense of humanity is a little low. An eager enforcer of pranks. Impatient. Both: Troublesome brats who stick their noses into whatever they want and do whatever they want as well. Past is a bit mysterious, but apparently the original gang leader picked them up and in the twin's terms, rescued them. They refuse to answer to anybody else, especially Xander, due to their undying loyalty. Despite protesting the most when Xander got the gang, they were one of the few first members to decide to stay.

Name: Cole Brooks Age Range: 30-34 Status: Mundane Occupation: Drug dealer/gang leader Notable traits: Cole has Sight and, beyond that, knows how to handle a gun. Very well. Insists that he is not gay. General Appearance:x Cole's sleeves are almost always splattered with blood, whether it's his or someone else's, old or new. Thick cords of muscle, but he usually keeps them under a jacket. He has three piercings on each ear and two between his brows. Description: Cole runs the gang that rivals Xander's in Justus. A couple years back, he was arrested by Marianne and thrown in SO jail, and has only recently gotten out. He's the sort of no-nonsense guy that under ordinary circumstances, would be difficult to take seriously if he didn't have a gun pointed at your head. He's actually a surprisingly good leader, and much smarter than he first appears. With all the resources he has on hand, Cole manages to keep ahead of the game and, now that he's returned, is making plans to take back any territory Xander took in his absence.
Name: Teresa Foster Age Range: 29-31 Status: Magick // Dwelf // Boomwielding enchanter Occupation: Enchanter of various objects, and Cole's right hand. The real driving force that makes Cole's gang so dangerous. Notable traits: One of Merchant's contacts and goods suppliers. Pansexual and polyamorous. General Appearance:x // Teresa's arms were blown off in a boomwielding accident, so she has prosthetic arms with rubies set in the palms to aid in boomwielding. Black. She has two piercings on each ear and two under her lips. Description: Teresa used to run with Kane until Kane left. Teresa didn't exactly jive with the new gang leader, so she left and found a kid that also lived in town that tried to recruit her to his sorry excuse of a gang. Teresa, in the mood for causing trouble, accepted, and she's been Cole's right hand since. Teresa is the muscle behind Cole's gang and has quite a following, but she's uninterested in leading anyone anywhere. A very warm, cheerful woman who is willing to side with anyone willing to cause a little trouble. She enchants most of the piercings worn by gang members to enhance their physical strength.
Name:Ypsilon and Zeta. (At least, that's what they're called. Nobody knows their real names.) Age Range: You wouldn't ask a couple of pretty ladies their age! (They're at least in their late 20s, though.) Status: Magick // Half-elves // Y - Waterwielding healer // Z - Acidwielding tamer Occupation: Together, they run the piercing shop that operates as Cole's HQ. Notable traits: Both are demigirls (respond to she/they, if they feel like responding at all) and asexual. They provide all of Cole's gang with the signature piercings, most of them enchanted by Teresa to enhance physical and magical strength. Z tends to boss around Y quite a bit, but Y doesn't mind. Sometimes they have fights over 6, but it's anyone's game whether they're being serious or not. General Appearance:Y / Z // Z wears her hair long, while Y keeps it in a messy bun. Z favors dresses where her sister favors shorts. Both always coordinate outfits, intentionally or not, and they have matching heterochromia - Y has a left purple eye and a blue right, and Z has a left blue eye and purple left. They have a tendency to finish each other's sentences in a way that most other members find rather eerie. Both wear identical plugs. Y is a little more filled out than Z. Description:Y is a cheerful young lady who handles the easier piercing jobs. She loves to chatter during her work, trading gossip and often getting sensitive information because her customers let their guard down with her sweet demeanor. With a delicate, flower-like appearance, she's had several gang members approach her for a date. But they don't get very far, because... Z is extremely protective of her sister and is perfectly willing to burn off hair, clothes, or skin if anyone attempts to ask her for a date. Z herself does not get many people after her, which suits her just fine. She has the better hearing of the two, and regularly hears rumors that keeps Cole's gang ahead of the game. Rarely says more than she has to. Both are the primary intel gatherers for Cole's gang, using their respective talents. Nobody really knows much about them, besides Teresa, but doing some digging does eventually reveal they used to be models of some sort. Asking for their origin story simply causes them to tell a different tragic tale every time, as if it's a sort of game to them. It's a well known fact that the only reason they put up with Cole is because of Teresa, and if Teresa leaves they are going to follow.
Name: Six (6) Age Range: 25-28 Status: Magick // Half-dwarf // Starwielding scientist Occupation: Runs the bar in Cole's underground, as well as a huge greenhouse on the edge of town. Delivers flowers to the flower shop. Notable traits: Bisexual grayromantic. Supplies the drugs that Cole sells - coke and weed. He has a small following that helps manufacture the stuff for selling. General Appearance:x // About 5'3 and usually smirking. Not very muscular, but he has a startlingly powerful presence. (Teresa's enchanted plugs might also help...) Nobody really knows if he wears the glasses because he needs them or because they complete his hipster look. (He also uses them to channel.) Vietnamese. Has a piercing on his upper ears and plugs. Description: 6 rarely shows up for the action - he's usually either tending the bar or ensuring his assistants don't bungle the production line in the greenhouse. When he does come out, he comes off as a very obnoxious guy that simply has to be the best at everything. Has a tendency to say "Nice, nice" at the beginning of his sentences. Prefers to be behind the scenes, but if he shows up always tries to steal the spotlight. Engaged in a friendly(?) rivalry with 5.

Name: Robin Age Range: 25-30 Status: Human // Scholar // Wind Occupation: Bookstore manager Notable traits: Genderfluid, and wears their current pronouns on their nametag. The magic portion of their bookstore serves as an information hub for all magicks in town on nearly any subject. Speaks with a slight Russian accent. Their job is their most prized possession. General Appearance:x // Robin is of average height, with thick glasses and the air of a typical librarian/bookworm. They're pretty scrawny and pale from not getting out too much. Description: Robin has an immediate affinity for anyone who treats them nicely. They welcome any and all people into their store, and are happy to help in any way they can. They're fiercely protective of their bookstore and all the books within, and will not take kindly to anyone who disrespects the place. They may give the first impression of a pushover, but they're highly intelligent and know when they're being manipulated or exploited.

Name: Hiku Matsune Age Range: 28-32 Status: Magick/Dwelf/Celestial Mage Occupation: An entertainer at Flare (fortune teller and 1/2 of a singing duo) Notable traits: A homosexual homoromatic, and Seiko's girlfriend. Knowledgeable in many types of divination, but specializes in tarot. Her deck of cards is her channeler, and she uses her celestialwielding to produce interesting stage effects during outside concerts. General Appearance:x Hiku's short at her modest 4'10. She's got a somewhat ageless appearance due to her elven heritage, and a charming smile. Has a very good posture and sturdy stance. Green eyed. Just around her navel is a purple pentagram tattoo identical to Seiko's. Description: While confident and dramatic onstage, Hiku is generally very calm offstage. Exudes a very practical aura. Doesn't appreciate the disrespecting of her prices on fortune telling. Appreciates people messing with Seiko even less. Her three great loves are Seiko, candy bars, and making sure everyone knows she and Seiko are the Winning, Victorious Couple.

Name: Seiko Makine Age Range: 28-32 Status: Magick/Half-elf flamewielding chemist Occupation: An entertainer at Flare (1/2 a singing duo and a fortuneteller behind the scenes) Notable traits: Gay as ******** and dating Hiku. Has an all-around education in divination, but she specializes in crystal ball gazing. She channels with her bracelets. General Appearance:x // Seiko is a little over average height at 5'6. Quite curvy, with a good bust and a delightful smile. Has a blue pentagram tattoo around her navel that's identical to Hiku's. Description: Seiko is rather ditzy both onstage and off. She's bad at reading the mood and is very bad at math. Surprisingly passive-aggressive. Doesn't appreciate people messing with Hiku. Good at housework and is usually the one that cleans the apartment she shares with Hiku. A friend of Merchant's, but they don't contact each other much these days. Strives to be the Gayest.

Name: Quake Age Range: 22-25 Status: Human || Enchanter || Stonewielding Occupation: Undefined Notable traits: Gender Neutral; while I (Celyn) may use 'they' pronouns, Quake can go by any possible pronouns. They are as much a boy or a girl as they are no gender or multiple. It's very easy to see where Quake has been, as they leave foot shaped holes in stone and brick walls. They make these by stone wielding the stone from the wall around their feet and using their tough as hell thigh muscles to balance. General Appearance:{x} If there's one striking feature about Quake, it's their very muscular thighs. Their leg muscles are extremely well defined. Their upper body? Still fairly muscular, but nothing compared to their legs. Description: There is only a few things known about Quake. Quake has been seen around Justus, sitting near the top of walls, collecting notes. They seem to only appear where members of various gangs are or have been. They also use enchanted metal plates that slip into their boots as channelers. They have two sets. One they use for sticking on walls, another they use for fighting.
Name: The Library Ghost Age Range: ??? Status: Dead Occupation: Haunting the library. Notable traits: EXTREMELY Shy + Has difficulty speaking. Uses she+they, though they don't really have a gender.
