Appearance/Physical Description: Kaito is quite young compared to most trainers, having performed at a higher level during his tests to become an official trainer. He has a fairly lean and skinny build, preferring to hide it under clothes as to not be embarrassed by it. On Kaito's left ear rests a special hearing aid device that helps him hear better, combating a defect he had at birth.

Personality: Kaito is an energetic and motivated boy. He remains outgoing in most situations, trying to see the bright side and to make it happen if possible. He prefers the company of Pokemon than to other people, but doesn't shy away from them because of this. He also wishes to always be moving on to the next town or story, eager to continue on if nothing else needs to be done.
History: While not remembering much about his infant years, Kaito has his first real memory being on his mother's home that doubled as a sort of ranch for her Pokemon. She didn't speak much about his father, though after some stories of him going adventuring somewhere, Kaito sort of guessed that he had left to see around the world against his wife's wishes. She eventually remarried and taught her son about raising and caring for Pokemon, seeing his natural curiosity about them. Kaito enjoyed learning and seeing new types of Pokemon make their way into the makeshift ranch, which only increased as he aged. He began to study to become a trainer, in hopes that he could branch out into breeding and open a true home for Pokemon trainers to flock to.
