Mark paced in his room, and by pacing, he really meant, pacing in his imaginary space. He was way too busy making sure he was really, really, really, really good looking and that his cellphone wasn't going to die because if it did he would be really sad and have to hold a eugoogly for it.
There were also a bunch of wires in his room and it was very confusing because none of them seem to fit his phone and were too big, so probably for larger phones.

Jordan checked the list of numbers on his phone. Then he checked the number on the door. Then he checked the numbers on his phone again, because he'd forgotten while he was looking at the door. This might have gone on for a while, but he had a bright idea, and held up the phone so he could compare. He knocked proudly on the door. "I'm here to save the day!" he called dramatically.

A confused Mist Hunter opened the door, took one look at Jordan, and closed it again.

Jordan blinked and thought about this. That had not been Mark. There was an obvious conclusion here. He knocked again and yelled, "WHERE ARE YOU HIDING MARK?"

"I'M NOT MARK!" shouted the same Hunter from behind the door. "AND WHY ARE WE YELLING!"
Meanwhile, Mark was still anxiously holding his phone like a lifeline and waiting. It read 15%. A minute ago it read 16%. He was really scared. If it went down to 0% he wouldn't get a discount from Jordan.

"BECAUSE THE DOOR'S CLOSED, THAT'S WHY WE'RE YELLING," Jordan replied. "IF YOU'RE NOT MARK WHERE'S MARK? THIS IS THE MARK NUMBER."
Hold on, little phone. Hold on.

The door opened again.
"Okay," continued the Mist Hunter, who was also really really really good looking, currently wearing his shirt fully unbuttoned, "the door is open, so can we stop yelling? If you are searching for a Mark Number, you must let it search you."
Meanwhile, Mark was holding his phone and whimpering. He slowly began to rock himself back and forth and think of cherished memories with his phone.

Jordan blinked again and thought hard about that logic. It was a little difficult to think about that logic when presented with a very pretty, very artfully disheveled person, though. It took him a little longer and a little staring. However, his thoughts eventually made it through the long and torturous pathway to the end. "Oka - no, wait," he said, and frowned. " Mark is counting on me for help. I have to go." He took another look before turning away. "You're very pretty," he added consolingly. Then he wandered down the hall. If he couldn't find Mark by looking and thinking about it, he reasoned, he should change tactics. Easy enough. "MARK! WHERE ARE YOU???"

The Mist Hunter watched Jordan leave with a very handsome smile all the way until Jordan was out of sight, because that is what extremely platonic strangers who had nothing to do with each other did on a daily basis.
Thankfully, a little more down the hall, there was a voice. "I'M RIGHT HERE!" It sounded relatively like Mark. "SHOUT YOUR NAME REALLY LOUDLY SO I KNOW WHO YOU ARE." The theme of this hallway seemed to be loud yelling.

"IT'S JORDAN, I'M GOING TO HELP WITH YOUR PHONE," Jordan yelled back, and trotted toward the source of the Mark-like voice. "DID IT DIE YET? YELL AGAIN SO I CAN FIND YOU!"

"I'M HERE!" shouted Mark helpfully, and then in a more pathetic voice, "HELP I CAN'T LET GO OF MY PHONE BECAUSE YOU TOLD ME NOT TO LET IT GO SO I CAN'T OPEN THE DOOR WHAT DO I DO I THINK IT IS IN ITS DEATH THROWS."
He said this all in one breath and there was a small squeak as he tried to inhale, but gently.

Jordan opened the door from which the Mark-like voice was emanating, because Mark had said he couldn't open the door so it was okay for someone else to. That someone else being him. "I was telling your phone not to let go, you know, like Titanic," he said in a very reasonable voice. "Let me see it, I gotta see what kind of plug-in it has." Logically, it was probably a cord similar to the one Jordan had unplugged from his own phone so he could put it in his pocket, but maybe Mark's phone was a special exotic phone. "Breathe so you don't die too," he added helpfully.

Giant DO NOT TRESPASS streamers fell on Jordan as he opened the door. Mark was quite literally swimming in a pile of electronic junk. Wires in around a thousand different shapes created a small nest for him to sit in, and lie dramatically on top of while giving Jordan the pout for absolutely no reason.
"I can't breathe," Mark said, suddenly taking another breath so he didn't have to breathe again, "if I breathe then my phone might die when I'm breathing." Five seconds passed. He still hadn't taken another breath. Then, very begrudgingly, he showed Jordan his phone, which read 10% battery. There were tears in Mark's eyes, but he couldn't say why because he couldn't breathe, but he really hoped he would still get a good discount.

"If you don't breathe you'll faint and then you can't plug your phone in," Jordan pointed out, quite reasonably, he felt. "Er. You have a lot of wires." He looked at the phone, which was indeed a lot like his, except with way less charge. "This needs a thin wire," he pronounced confidently, and sat down on the junk pile to start diligently sorting through wires in search of a thin wire to try matching to the phone. Had it occurred to him that turning off the phone would help conserve battery, he might have suggested it, but his mental processing capacity was occupied with wires (and possibly still a little bit with semi-shirtless mist hunters), and so he did not.

Mark obediently took another breath. And just to make sure that he wouldn't faint so he could still plug in his phone, he took a third and a fourth, and a fifth for good measure.
"I know," he whined in response to Jordan telling him he had a lot of wires, "I've been searching for a whole two minutes. I'll never find it." He decided to do his method of searching, which was basically rolling around in the pile in the most sultry, good looking way possible. "Ow."
Mark fished from his side a second cellphone. It was also on and at fifty percent battery.
"Oh no," he began to whimper again, as his eyes immediately misted over, "there's two of me."
