Hobbies: Baking - She had once been a local queen of pies, but she figured she better work on a new angle. If she was mostly promoting her pies around town, people would think she stole a recipe. She wants to broaden her talents with more dessert types than just pies.
Horseback Riding - With so much recent change in her life, she also feels the need to try some new things. A lot of change has come with profound ramifiations. Riding as she gets better at it will help her free her mind.
Yoga - She's not getting any younger. While she's still a spring chicken, she wants to learn all these spiffy yoga moves. She is keen on keeping her body fit and flexible.
Volunteering at local Children's Hospital - Since she won't be returning to previously held jobs, she will be wanting to fill her free time. This is something totally different for her. Though the more she's there; it gets her clock ticking and waking up a maternal instinct in her.
Virtues:
Diplomatic -- she can meet others where they are at. if someone has to take the high road and put their feelings on hold to arrive at a better outcome; she'll do it even if deep down she'd rather be running her mouth off. Even though her choices and behaviors have an established pattern of inappropriate magnitudes, she often doesn't like to get carried away too far. She likes being able to maintain as neutral environment as possible.
Mama Bear Complex -- While she doesn't have children of her own, the last year of her life has really started to wake up this awareness of children. How precious young life is. The young people of this world need people to look out for them, and she's obviously the one to do it. The closer she is to someone; she starts to feel protective if not a little on the possessive side. Telling her those aren't even her children isn't really going to help your case very much.
Enduring -- Like her tree that has stood through the ages; she's formidable and more than capable of standing the test of time. Some might call it just plain stubbornness; however, she can stand her ground through the worst of conflicts. She isn't likely to flip flop on where she stands with you. Once you're her friend, you'll be her friend for life. Or, vice versa anyways. She would be at least that one person that when chips are down, and noone else is around to help. She will still be your friend and face the darkest of days with you.
Flaws:
Conceited -- She definitely thinks very highly of herself. She will spend hours looking at pictures she takes not only because of the beauty in them. Part of the beauty comes from the fact that she took them. She feels her ability to just zero in on this stuff is amazing. She's amazing. Don't try to understand it. Sure, she has her flaws and shortcomings. If you ask her though, she will just deny it. If she can't deny it over valid points and arguments, she pretends it's all just game. Her inability to see where her puffed up ideas about herself hold her back; she just would refuse to even listen to it.
Selfish -- At one time, it was just about being on her own side. While her selfishness no longer seeks world wide fame to validate her needs for endless attention whoring; she still has quite a selfish streak. She wants what she wants. She is going to get what she wants, or else she will make everyone involved sorry. She will probably make people who have to live with her afterwards even sorrier. The only exception to that is her complex over children.
Not that it's any of my business, but... --Oh, you didn't ask for her opinion. Or, her help? Or, maybe she had no right or business interfering like that? Oh well and too bad. If it seems to her that it justifies her getting involved, she's doing it. Deep down she probably feels justified since it touches on something important to her. Nevermind that it's none of her business or that her meddling will probably make it worse.. or make everyone angry with her in the end.

Challenge: "Beautiful Branches of Venus Will Protect Us!”
PLEASE THINK OF YOUR PLANET THEME(S) BEFORE GOING INSANE~!
Top --her corsette (top) to satisfy the rococo aspect of the venus something like this in a white or cream tone Bottoms -- like this but match her corset + some faint baroque or rococo patterning up the side Gloves -- Got any? Belt -- a silk sash with fancy filigree belt buckle and filigree plating on the end with the end of it having leafy look like the leaves on her tree. Shoes -- boots plz! with a shiny gold buckle over the top of the foot, extra detailing designs cc Shoulders -- a cape at knight stage; before that puffy shoulders that are part of a loose jacket Accessories -- cc application of incorporating her venus planetary symbols mixed into baroque embroidery and also the horse chestnut tree flowers into it.. which just happen to be colors that are venus colors in fact. wow. how about that. Weapon --Bow made out of Chestnut Wood. At first would start out simple like a branch, then as she levels up would get more grand and elegant and fancy as things on Venus tend to be. maybe gold plating either on the ends and handle of the bow and possibly along the bowstring?
COLORS the orangereddish blend, orange, gold, yellow, white. NO PINK. the magenta only if it's a really dark tone.
Page: weapon: Beautiful bow:: that's fashioned out of an actual branch from her wonder
Squire: weapon: becomes more embellished with gold filigree Magic: Beautiful Budding - she holds it up in the air like an umbrella and shoots an arrow of light into the sky; the light branches out above her like the branches of her tree; shining like golden filigree with closed flower buds at the ends the effect is that it creates an umbrella or canopy of protection for herself and allies under it. All allies behind protected under its branches are buffed with love. The effect rejuvenates them and refreshes their stamina. while it protects from anything coming from above or around; it is weak against attacks coming up from the ground underneath. can be used once per fight and lasts for 45 seconds. z
Knight: weapon: becomes more gold embellishment Magic: Beautiful Blossoming - same as above except it blossoms chestnut tree flowers at the end, and the radius is expanded to ten feet and lasts up to one minute. All allies protected under the branches are not only buffed with love; they are also buffed of passion giving them a slight might increase.
summons: a horse that allows her to travel great distances. this summons will only be given to her by her wonder as a reward when she completes her knight quest. using her mount takes place of using beautiful blossoming. Additionally, she can carry one extra passenger with her on her mount.
Hey Graceangel, Just want to let you know that a knight has to have the color scheme and style of its planet, and the reference you have gives off the impression of an Earth knight, or a maybe Jupiter knight, but definitely not a Venus knight.

haha.. thanks XD Ya i know. ^_^ that is more of a concept of the outfit overall. i'm still working on it since when i was working on her idea. i started out having her as an earth knight and then changed to venus. the colors on it aren't at all reflective of the color palette. it's more or less for the style. which would need some tinkering as well... to make it fit venus... but i'm not super familiar with baroque or roccoco themes... so i'm not sure how to incorporate them

Is the Hundred Horse Chestnut is what you are using for your Wonder? I just wanted to make sure! We always ask for a link to the Wonder/Mineral/Celestial Body in the profiles to make sure we know exactly what we are stamping! Because the Hundred Horse Chestnut doesn't necessarily make for a good Wonder name, it would be acceptable if you wanted to use the Sicilian name (since it is located in Sicily), Castagnu dê Centu Cavaddi (Cavaddi) would be fine! I also wanted to clarify that you were still intending to make her a Venus page!
For her Weapon, this looks fine, but I have a few more questions! When you say 'bow', do you mean like an archery type bow, or like the bow used to play string instruments? Either would work, but if she is using an archery bow, her weapon would not be able to include physical arrows, sorry! These, even when blunted, are too dangerous, and a Knight can only channel magic from one item.
But, that brings me to my next question! Knights are able to draw from a magic pool and have attacks related to the theme of their planet. In the case of Venus, the power themes are "Beauty, Passion and Love", so Cavaddi would need to have magic based on these themes. If you have any ideas for magic, please let me know—or if you have any questions or would like to brainstorm, please feel free to message me and we can work out details!
[for her uniform, if you are uncertain about designing an outfit that reflects the Venus themes, that's okay! Our artists can help make sure that your design is within the guidelines, so it is okay if you just have inspiration pictures you want to show to help give an idea of what you would like!]

i will probably take you up on that. That aspect of the shop is always makes me totally stumped. i"m not good at coming up with abilities, names of their moves, etc etc... my mind just doesn't work on a level to be able to map out that sort of stuff. XD herpderp; my creativity works more in just the actual writing of stuff and not really extensive details, etc.. OTL ><
The progress I made on her was in thanks to help and suggestions from a few people. I put my other quest on indefinite hold while i fail at being able to get my s**t together on her either. QQ
Hmm.. cuz i wanted her magic to be defensive... like.. um.. you know how he-man would hold his sword in the sky and get powered up? Well, i was kind of envisioning her powering up and when using her bow would hold it up in the air almost like as if it were an umbrella? and then then bow growing out a sort of "tree top" of light that looks like the branches/leaves/flowers of her wonder? and it works as a shield/force field sort of thing. since after her conversion; a lot of her business will be in mothering/protecting the chibis. xD
not sure how i spin that though to use her planet's themes... that's why for a long time i had been thinking about making her an earth knight with her tree but... with her personality, the venus themes are really fitting...
I'm just kind of not sure how to do that.. so i'm ALL for brainstorming. biggrin do you have aim? i'm on pulirium7. that's easiest. i also have trillian? i technically have a skype but don't use it too much.

That sounds like a neat idea, so we can see if we can work something out so you get that effect but still have Venus themes! My aim is splisosphere, so I will try to ping you when I get off of work tomorrow! (If I don't catch you on, I will shoot you a PM so we can toss around some ideas!)
