A small pegasus was on the top of a playground. It was early evening, and though the sun was getting low it was still light enough to read outside with little difficulty. The pegasus occupied the top of what almost looked like a fort, a ladder and side attached to either side of the tower and a string of money bars was adjacent to it. Fantasia was using it as her stage, peering out at the empty playground below as if it was an audience. Her batwings were folded up at her side and a thin book was pressed down with hoof to keep a page open while she posed dramatically.

"Oh Roam-eo, Roam-eo, where for art thou Roam-eo," Fantasia's red eyes darted down to the page to see if the words were right, Shakespaw was really odd to read and Fantasia wasn't quite sure she was doing it right; the words were just so goofy sometimes. She muttered to herself "...seriously? what does that even mean."

Fantasia looked down at her line and continued to read aloud.

"Deny thy father and refuse thy name.
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I’ll no longer be a Caunterlet"

Her eyes rolled a little. This was no good! The little batty girl knew that there was suppose to be emotion and longing in the pharses, but she just couldn't get there. It was useless to be talking to herself, she needed someone to be speaking to. Maybe if she tried it again...Fantasia could pretend someone was there listening in, just like the play.

She started at the last line again "And I'll no longer be a Caunterlet." She swooshed her foreleg out dramatically, and as she scanned over the park she pretended she was Juliet, wistfully wishing her love was there. Instead what she saw was a small rusty colored filly sitting on a seesaw and watching her. This! This was the answer to her problem!

"YOU! You there! You're perfect! Come here!"

"Yes, yes! I think you will do very nicely." Fantasia needed her, and when Fantasia needed something she made sure she was going to get it. In this case, she needed someone to run lines with her, and since no one else was around, this little phony was going to have to do.

The dark grey filly briefly considered throwing the script at her, but thought better of it. The rusty colored bab seems too timid to take having a book thrown at her too well. Instead, she picked up the book and took off. Her bright teal wings spread out and Fantasia glided down from her perch to the seesaw.

Opening the page, Fantasia showed her the line to read from and attempted to pass the book to Sugar. "It's really really easy. All you need to do is read this line, and then I'll read my line. I think you can do that, right?"

Fantasia felt hopefully that this would work out okay. The mare took off and flew to a the top of the nearest playground platform. She gestured at the 'stage'.

"Okay, so this will be my balcony, okay? I'm Juliet Caunterlet, and I'm like, really super in love with Roam-oe, that's you. So I'm up here pining for you. And that's when you see me, beautiful and radiant and basically the most lovely sight you have ever seen. And that's when you call out to me. Okay?"

She fluffed her hair as she said beautiful and radiant, knowing that was definitely perfect casting on her part. Then she clapped her hands together ," aaaand action."

"Hark! What sound is this? " Fantasia mimicked looking out, distressed at being and pretending that she could not see who had spoken. " Thy am Juliet, a caunterlet and lady of this house. Pray tell, what phon are thou, that hides in the night and stumbles upon my counsel?"

Fantasia leaned down over the railing of the play ground height, as if she was searching for the voice. She then let her eyes settled on her reading partner, eagerly awaiting the next line. This really was the best idea! It was so much easier when you had someone to focus on.
