Marie, had been trying for months to get this legendary under control, it never cared about her, it never listened to her, it didn't even want to be in the same vicinity as her BUT she must be loved a little by him as he was happy to be caught by an Ultra Ball (after what seemed like three hundred had been used) so surely she and this Raikou had some sort of bond or else he wouldn't of willingly accepted to get into the ball so why won't he listen now!? Well, besides, of course, the fact she had no badges, but still, others had tamed pokemon before without badges so she could as well and she was determined to...if he didn't end up killing her first.

"Narukami, please, just listen to me again!" She begged, this legendary had listened to her before but that was a while ago and so right now it is a once every other three months sort of thing and it was starting to get on her nerves, she knew he had to some what like her but how was she ever going to tame this beast? He was happy when she gave him his favorite poffin or puffs and then will let her spend a bit of time patting him and cuddling him and she knew it was just payment but at the same time it was some what making their bond stronger if only ever so little. Marie sat down on a bench near by and looked at the cat like creature and signed as he just laid there watching a wild Combee fly from flower to flower pollinating the flowers to take back to its queen and thinking it was the most fascinating thing on earth or at least far more fascinating then what she was "Naru, I love you, you know that, why can't you just let me try and teach you how to fight instead of wildly just doing whatever you want?" She knew badges came into this and she needed them but if she could tame a legendary beast then she getting the badges will be easy, she just needed to get him at least some what more civil before the first gym battle or it was going to be dangerous.

"Alright, lets try this again" she said as she got up and opened up her bag, deciding a bit of bribery may be able to coax him into obeying "come eat this tastey puffin, Naru, if you let me teach you you will get so much more" she said as the beast looked up at the approaching human and decided to just get up and sit there. "Good boy" she said as she walked up and looked at a near by tree "you will get it once you aim a thunderbolt at that tree" she said pointing to the tree in front of him.

Naru saw nothing but the treat and instead of sending a thunderbolt at the tree he sent it straight at the human, watching her fall to the ground and twitched, picking up the treat and trotted to the bench and jumped up on it and laid down and started to happily eat has prize.

It wasn't long before Marie had come back and to her senses and looked around for the beast and saw him laying above her and just staring down at her which she could swear she saw a smirk on his face. She sighed, shook it off and got up carefully and walked over and sat down beside it "your know, Naru, I don't want to be a quitter but you are just not obeying me, maybe I should release you" she didn't want to release him, she did care about him greatly but maybe he and her were just not going to work out.

Naru lifted his head and placed it on the humans lap and nudged her hand, wanting her to Pat his head which she happily did.

"ThIs still doesn't mean I am not thinking of letting you go" she said, tears brimming in her eyes, as much as she loved him he wasn't liking this arrangement really so maybe it was just best to let him go. "Let's go, Naru, I think that it's time I let you go, I will take you back to where I found you" she said as she got his pokeball and aimed it at him "Naru, for the last time, return" she said as he ended up back inside his pokeball "it won't be long till you can run free again" she said as she kissed the ball and put it back onto her belt, covering it with her coat and started toward town to pick up a few provisions before heading to the mountains to let the Raikou go.

"A strange-looking Raikou?" She asked curiously, she knew hers was strange but she also knew better then just mention that she had a strange-looking Raikou, a Raikou under trainer control was a little strange in itself but a strange-looking Raikou that was under trainer control was strange more so and she was some what trying to keep that to herself for a bit as she didn't want anyone knowing she had a Raikou, strange or not, till she could control it or, in her case, let it go and let it take care of itself, it seems like it would be better at protecting itself then she trying to protect it. "I don't know what you are talking about sorry but I wish I did, it would be awesome to see such a Raikou when they are so rare and this one seems like it is moreso" she said, smiling at him, pretending that the news was new and something she would love to see in her life time, if she could, better then him thinking she was hiding something.

As Marie was starting to walk away from the other Raikou decided now would be the perfect time to not stay in his pokeball and so he jumped out beside her which made her stop and look at him and groaned. "Naru! Why did you have to pick now!?" She said as she quickly took off her coat and forced him to sit so she could cover him as best she could. Marie grabbed a treat from her pocket and gave it to him and hoped he would be have himself " now behave, please, just till he's completely gone" she semi whispered to him, hoping the other would not notice.

A sense of dread washed over her "of course he heard" she grumbled to herself and to the Raikou next to her "why wouldn't he?" She sighed as she looked down at Raikou and whispered into his ear "please, let me be the trainer this one time and I will give you as many Miltank steaks for dinner tonight" she said, knowing it would be in vain as this Raikou didn't listen to anyone but the least she could do is some what try and bribe the legendary. I...I'm sorry" she stammered "but he isn't a pokemon to be battled" she said, deciding to try and sway the other from battling him "he doesn't react well to fighting so he doesn't do any battling" she said, deciding to try and hide the fact she was just an incompetent trainer who couldn't control her own pokemon and that he is more a danger to the general public then not. "I have another pokemon who is battle ready if you wish to fight it but as for this Raikou I just don't think it is a wise choice to battle him" she said, not knowing what this legendary could be capable off, she read up on him of course but to see him in full out fighting mode if he was threatened or whatever? She had never seen it and didn't want to, they were not classed as Legendary Pokemon just because someone wanted to make them seem like they were full of themselves and classed them as such.

"Oh so you are from Team Fireball or Team UFO or whatever" she said, knowing there were some people around from different bad guy groups who tried to steal pokemon to use for their own evil schemes but she was the kind who just kept her head down and tried to not make a scene and just hoped she would be ignored by them so she didn't really take much notice as to who was who but now it seemed she was going to have to take notice and, of course, having a Raikou doesn't exactly help matters when trying to stay under the radar. "it is going to have to be a fight" she said as she grabbed Hasugami's pokeball and aimed it to the space in front of her "I am NOT letting you take this Raikou, he is mine and I am not going to let you and your orgnization take him from me!" She said, standing behind the other, glaring at him, she may be letting Raikou go but he still technically was hers and she was not going to let some guy from Team whatever try and take Naru away from her "so your call, care to go first?"

"Hey Sis, so which Team is this cutie from?" Chant said as she smiled at the goon before her.

Marie groaned "I can't deal with you right now or put up with your police woes so please just go away" she said as she looked to the woman who had ended up standing beside her.

"I came here to talk to you about something else but it seems you may be in a little over your head and I have dealt with these idiots before so take Naru and go somewhere far away from here and I will play distraction" she said as she bent down and pulled a poffin out for the beast who ate it "here, Naru, take her and be nice to her, protect her, you both need to protect each other" she said as she stood up and looked at her sister "just go, I will talk to you later" she said as she summoned Dratini to the front of her.

"Alright, thank you Tilly" Marie said as she quickly lent over and squeezed her sister before calling back her two pokemon "Naru, Hasu, return" she said as they both entered their balls and she ran off, not sure where, but the least she could do is head for town and then sort out what to do from there, even if it was, for the most part, just dodging the other whilst hiding in shops, at least she would be some what safe.

"It is just you and me sweetheart and as my sister asked before, do you want the first move?" she asked, she wasn't about to let this idiot take her sisters pokemon.

Chantilly stood there and looked down at her Dratini "Tiamat, becareful" She said to her pokemon whilst hoping her sister, at least, could take care of herself, the other only did send a rat after her so if she couldn't deal with a rat then she had taught her sister nothing.

Marie had stopped to catch her breath after running what seemed like five miles and then saw some trash cans and hid behind them till she could at least carry on running but instead of learning from last time to stay in his ball, the Raikou decided to get out "ugh!" She groaned as she looked at him "please tell that if you are out you are going to listen to me or, at least, have a plan?" She asked, looking at the beast.

Naru sniffed at her pocket, gesturing for her to get more treats out for him and did nothing else but sit there looking at her.

Marie sighed "whatever did I do to deserve you?" She said smiling at him and took out all his treats and just dumped them on the ground and watched him eat them "right, so, now that you won't want anything to eat tonight, can you please hurry up and finish these and we can get going?" She asked as he finished them moments later and then gestured her to get on her back. "Sorry but no, I am NOT getting on your back when you trust me as much as I trust that Team whatever member back there."

Naru tugged at her sleeve and tried to get her to trust him and make her get onto her back but was not getting far with it so he cast Thunder Wave at her and then let her fall onto his back and then took off as carefully but as quickly as he could.
