Sitting outside the small cottage of Sir Lancelot, Pokerus leaned back against the rock she was on, gazing at the Zweihandle she held with both hands. Fendriel was such a amazing weapon, so powerful and yet so easy for her to wield. She couldn't imagine using any other weapon. With the sword's help, she had struck down many foes. Standing up from her rock, she held the weapon out, gazing fondly at it's beauty, before giving it a few practice swings. The ever present clacking of the chains made her wonder just what it would be like if the were removed. How powerful would she become if her weapon became unsealed. It was a exhilarating thought.

Joy hadn't had the time to fully become accustomed to her spade staff, having nearly lost him almost as soon as she received him. What with one thing happening after another, the brunette was glad for some peace and quiet. This gave her the opportunity to learn how to better use it. The sound of chains clattering against steel caught her attention and alerted her that she wasn't the only one practicing.
Brightening, the blue knight marched on over and found "Pokerus!" she called in greeting from a distance. She didn't want to be too close to the sword swings, even if she had a weapon of her own to defend herself with.

Hearing the voice of a familiar knight, Poke stopped her random swings, giving a short wave to the approaching girl. "Joy!" She called back. "I'm glad to see you're alright. I missed during all that chaos." Hoisting her sword onto her back, she walked over to the blue knight. "So that is you're sacred weapon?" Nodding to the spade staff she held. "It is quite amazing. You could really do some damage to some shadow monsters." Her face then fell into more of a brooding expression. "I saw what you did back at the lake side. That was very brave of you." She herself couldn't help but be inspired by such courage.

"I'm very relieved to see you're doing well as well! And yes, this is my sacred weapon, Ode." Joy beamed. But at the praise, she looked sheepish and visibly blushed. She shook her head, "We do what we must. I only wish I could do more for the cause." Before the mood could turn too solemn, the brunette shouldered the spade staff as her brown eyes darted towards the other woman's sword, "Your form looks really good. Were you experienced with swords even before all this?"

"Ode, huh? That is a fine name for a fine weapon."' Poke approved, admiring the staff from where she stood. "I hope it serves you well." "And I too wish I could do more to help protect everyone..." She frowned, turning away as unwanted memories of the siege stirred within her mind "So that I don't have to see others perish." She soon turned back when Joy asked her about her past. "I'm...not sure, honesty." She scratched the back of her head. "I guess I may have used them before. But after slaying so many dragons, you tend to pick up a few things here and there."

"I hope he serves me well, too. But what about your weapon? What's their name?" It was only polite that Joy asked Pokerus. Brown eyes widened, "You've fought dragons? I've only ever faced against the chicken. And I felt rather bad about that afterwards." She admitted, shuffling her feet in embarrassment.
"Mind sparring a little with me?" she requested, her stance shifting a little.

"Ack, how rude of me, not giving you my weapons name when I know yours!" Poke appeared surprised at she had forgotten something so basic. "My weapons name is Fendriel." She then nodded, having faced a similar beast as well. "I recall fighting against a chicken. A really huge giant chicken. Though I didn't feel too bad about it. Thing was trying to kill me after all." Tapping her chin, she recalled the beasts she had faced so far "There was a few shadow dragons...One of them like saying Steve a lot...OH! There was the elder dragon." At the mention of that beast her eyes sparkled. "It was...majestic. Though that would be odd considering it is a being of evil, but I cannot think of any other way to describe it...100 feet, easily, I had to grab hold of it's mane just to attack it. And at one point I ran up along it's back, and swung my sword, and WHACK! Off came it's head. I do admit feeling a little bad killing such a amazing creature." "Of course not" She replied with a grin, taking up a battle stance herself. "Feel free to make the first move if you wish."
