User Image

This is where shinobi come to heal and seek refuge. This is a state of the art healing center with many floors and areas for different medical things. Even some non-shinobi work here as nurses and even practioners, helping out medical ninja. Being here gives you the focus you need in order to train yourself in one of the most difficult areas of ninjutsu, Eiseijutsu, lessening the time it takes to learn those abilities. Also, you might have to stay here for different issues, such as being hurt. No fighting at all should take place in the hospital, this is a place of peace and harmony.

"Some consider madness a curse, a weakness…"

Viktor was in his private lab/ operating room in the hospital, doing what he loved to do: Tinkering with the dead that he’d collected during his walks through the graveyards. He had been slowly working for years on trying to create life artificially in his lab, but so far with no success. Today, he was starting on another test run, building an arm to start off. He started putting the base part together, using his threads to sew the muscles to the old ligaments and tendons, and wiring the joints together, testing the elbow joint once it was put together to make sure it would move normally. Once he was satisfied with that, he moved on to the muscles of the forearm, shaping them as he knew they were supposed to be from all the dissections he’d done in his life. He then figured out a way to build a fully articulated wrist joint, having to use a few small pieces of metal to replace a few of the smaller bones that he wasn’t able to recover. He then built the hand, making sure that he had each finger’s muscles threaded back through the palm and carpel tunnel and connected to the muscles in the forearm. Once the structure was put together, Viktor started wrapping it in skin tha he’d collected and cultured over the last few months, sewing the skin together with his threads as he wrapped everything. He stood back a moment and inspected what he had built, smiling slightly as it looked more or less like a normal human arm from the shoulder down, just mangled and held together by jiongu threads. He then focused chakra into his hands, and held them over the newly built arm. Moving slowly, he watched as the muscles and skin tightened to their new attachment points, and the skin healed together to the point that the threads either fell out on their own or could be removed once he was done. Once he had gone over the hand and the rest of the arm, he picked it up, and poked the shoulder opening with his finger, sending raiton charka through it, causing the muscles to contract and the arm to bend at the elbow. He then gripped the forearm, pressing nerve points to see if the hand worked properly. Each point he tapped caused a finger to retract, curling in. He then gripped the whole forearm and hit all the nerves at once, casuing the hand to curl into a tight fist. Smiling, Viktor took the arm and stowed it in the freezer behind his lab where he kept his building pieces. Sitting down to rest, he’d be concentrating for a couple hours at this point, he thought to himself about how he could continue to build a full human body and bring it to life, his ultimate goal.

Mitsuko watched as her father was asked to assist in an opperation that needed a skilled and steady hand. As soon as he was out of sight and hearing range she turned on her little heel and hurried off. She had traveled these halls since she was old enough to walk on her own, grated that was far too early for most children, but she reveled in her high intelligence, and often used it to her advantage when it came to her father. Mitsuko stopped at a corner and looked around, no point in being caught now, she was so close to freedom, and then the academy to read more books on her clan, and other jutsu.

Walking out of his lab, Viktor saw a small blur run by. Thinking it was a young patient trying to escape treatment he turned the corner after them and extended the threads from his right wrist quickly, wrapping the small girl around her waist and slowly reeling her back in, “Easy there, little one, we can’t have patients running out of the hospital until they’re all better.” He chuckled slightly as the girl reached where he was standing. Lifting her into the air, about eye-level with him, he thought he recognized the girl. “Ah…you’re Kojiro’s daughter, aren’t you?....Uhh… Mitsuko, right? I don’t think your dad would like you running out into the village streets by yourself. Where you trying to run off to anyway?” He took a knee to be closer to eye-level with the small girl as he set her back on her feet and reeled his threads back into his wrist, giving her a slight smile.

Sougo sighed as he entered the hospital in search of some bandages for training. Sougo wished to go visit the new genin and seem whom he'd have to train and whom would need help. Helping someone was his forte, mostly people younger than he for he thought that of the young being the people who will protect the village while they cannot despite him still being fairly young himself. As he walked he saw a doctor with a young girl. The man had tendrils emitting from his body causing Sougo to remember the doctor. He had heard of only one Doctor with the Jiongu kekkei genkai and he was in the presence of him. That particular kekkei genkai unsettled Sougo for the fact that he wanted the dead to remain in the ground without their bodies or hearts being taken. The thought revolted him as he stopped at four feet from the doctor. "morning Doctor Frankenschtein" he would look at the girl and back to the doctor "would you know where i may find some bandages"
"so that we will always strive to reach it"

Mitsuko yelped in surprise when she was grabbed, but went silent near instantly, ashamed she'd made any noise at all. She vaguely recognized the man that had caught her as someone who worked with her father often, so he was another doctor here. She crossed her arms over her chest and huffed slightly, irritated her plans had been derailed, She looked up at the man and frowned, "I was planning on going to the academy to find more scrolls to read, I've read everything in Daddy's library both here and at home. I'm bored, and Daddy doesn't let me out much."

Hearing the other jounin speak to him, Viktor turned his head and looked up from his kneeling position, “Down the hall to the left, there should be some in an open case.” He said coldly before looking back to the girl. “Well, I guess the word about you being a smart little one wasn’t exaggerated,” he chuckled slightly, “How about this? We can go to the Hokage’s office, I’ll vouch for you to get a headband and be a full genin, then you’re free to read the stuff in the academy, or even my library….which I’d bet is a bit more extensive than your dad’s….And I’ll train you as a shinobi myself.” The tall man ruffled the little girl’s hair slightly, then continued “How’s that sound, Mitsuko? ……Oh, I’m Doctor Frankenschtein, by the way, I should have introduced myself earlier.”

Mitsuko was silent as the shinobi asked the man talking to her where some bandages were, then paid the utmost attention to him as he spoke to her about being a shinobi herself. She stared at him for a long moment, as if trying to decide if he was lying to her or not, then nodded her head, "You have a deal! As long as I get to learn as much as I want. There is never enough knowledge, or ways to use that knowledge against people." Mitsuko said with a small, but not kind, laugh.

Nodding sougo turned and walked down the hall as they spoke. From their tones he knew that both of them had the same ideals. A cold disdain for other life. The man slayer in him caused him to grin as he grabbed the bandages. Walking out of the hospital his chakra flowed from his body with two chinese dragons swirling around his body, one silver as the moon the other darker than the nights sky. Sighing he calmed himself as he walked to the academy.

Hearing the small girls somewhat sinister laugh, Viktor chuckled, “Oh you’re going to be a fun student to teach, and don’t worry, I’ll show you everything I can as you rise through the ranks, plus you’ll be free to read anything in my private library or in the academy.” Standing back to his full height, Viktor nodded down at the young child, “Now, let’s head over to the kage’s office, shall we?” He’d then extend threads from his wrist, wrapping Mitsuko and lifting her to sit on his right shoulder before heading out of the hospital towards the Hokage’s office

Mitsuko grinned when he said she'd be a fun student, but was absolutely giddy when he said she'd have free reign of his and the academy's library."I can't wait!" She giggled when his threads picked her up, but she settled easily onto Viktor-Sensei's shoulder. This was the beginning of something amazing, she just knew it.

Strolling back into the hospital, Viktor looked up at little Mitsuko on his shoulder, “I got a treat for you, little one, we’ll be training in my private laboratory….the Hokage is the only one other than myself that’s able to go in there…and now you, too.” He walked up to the door to his lab, placing his hand against the locking mechanism, opening it with his chakra. When the door opened, Mitusko would see a large, shiny clean lab, full of medical equipment and other scientific experimental instruments. “You see, I’m not just a Medic, I study all forms of science, and like to experiment with things when I can.” He sat the little girl down on her feet again, then stood tall again. “Feel free to look around if you’d like” he said as he started thinking of how he was going to teach these medical jutsu.

Mitsuko looked around the shiny lab and blinked several times, astounded by all the things she could see. She'd only ever read about the vast majority of them in books. She looked up at Viktor and hugged his leg, she barely reached his knee; she noted, and then darted off to look at everything. She carefully picked up scalpels, and bone saws, and several other sharp utincils that had her grinning from ear to ear. She could do some serious damage with some of these tools that were meant to heal. She bit her lip and looked around some more, only to notice that there were some vials with different colored liquids in them, "What are those, Viktor-Sensei?"" Mitsuko asked.

Viktor watched the child as she excitedly explored his lab, picking up and checking out all his surgical equipment. When she spotted some vials of liquid he had and asked about them, Viktor chuckled a little and walked over to take a look. Picking up on vial, he looked at the liquid, “That’s just a mixture of alcohols I use for sterilizing wounds or equipment, it can also be used to treat certain poisons, or act as a poison itself in the right dose.” Setting that one down, he picked up another, “This one’s a concentrated cyanide solution dissolved in high concentration sulphuric acid, the combination can keep oxygen from leaving the red blood cells to fuel the body’s tissues, as well as binding up the iron in the blood with the cyanide so that oxygen can’t bind to it in the first place. Essentially it suffocates the enemy while they’re still breathing normally. A deadly poison.” The older medic placed that vial back on the counter and picked up a third, “This is just some formaldehyde, I use it as a preservative for dead tissue, such as dissection subjects.” He the replaced that vial looked at what else was in the area. Motioning to some test tubes, he explained, “The rest of these are blood samples I’ve collected over the years, I’ve used them to test the effects of my medicines and poisons, seeing how things affect human cells.” Once he had finished his explanations, he looked down at Mitsuko, “You sure seem to be having fun in here, you ready to start training?”

Mitsuko mentally took note of each vial that Viktor held up and explained. She looked at the poisons, and the blood vials as her mind turned at lightning speed and bit her lip in thought. When he asked her if she was ready to train, she beamed at him and nodded her head "Yes, Viktor-Sensei! I'm ready!" Mitsuko was so excited, finally she was going to learn!
