She would have been perfectly happy with the small amount of gear she had, but much still seemed to be missing. Perhaps she also just simply wanted to take her mind off everything and head towards the mountains again. Attempting to get better shoulder armor didn't seem liks such a horrible goal either.
Maple found one of the white horses that had brought them to the lake and began to saddle it up and add her provisions.

"Heading off somewhere?" A voice came. Uru had been lurking around, mostly keeping to himself, watching the other knights as they swam or rested in Lancelot's cabin, or whatever else. At the time, he was plucking at the same patch of grass for however long he was doing that. The black knight stepped forward, fully decked in armor as he came to Maple. This would be one of the many times they had encountered one another. The twenty-five year old stood a good head taller than the woman. His scruffy face smiled at her as his arms snaked across his chest, crossing them. "If you're off on a quest, judging by your packs here. The quartermaster isn't around, so I am guessing this is just a personal journey to the summit." He let out a soft exhale. "I could use a moment of some air, to get away from..." He pointed toward the lake, his finger tip swirling in a circular motion. "All of this. Mind if I join? I could take you there."

How easily startled Maple had found herself to be, so easily lost in thought as well. She had been going over what she remembered of the mountain path itself, how she hoped not to get started by bees or hit that trap with the axe once again (she had done it twice after all) when Uru approached her. There was a little squeak from her and she stammered incoherently until finally finding her words, "O-oh it's you..." Did she ever catch his name, now that she thought about it?
She then looked at the horse she was saddling and her small amount of provisions, "uh. Yes, I th-thought heading up.... would p-put me at... ease..." now that she was saying it out loud, it was seeming a bit silly. They had a nice cabin for rest and a pool for wading it and healing. And she wanted to go do something that had its dangers and perils (and dysentery).
It did make her feel a little better, though, hearing how he did feel the same. How getting away felt like a need. But at his suggestion and statement of a means of travel, she tilted her head curiously at him. The taller knight didn't seem to have gotten one of the horses for himself not even a pack to hold some extra belonging for the journey. "I d-don't mind," she blushed easily, "but what do you mean... b-by a way....?"

Uru gave another chuckle. "I have an artifact that enables fast travels. So, we don't have to take this guy here and not waste too much resources. It'll be a quick trip to the summit, get some air, get you whatever it is you're looking for, and we'll head back. No one will even notice that we were gone." He offered. He looked to his waist at the artifact in question - the Legendary Wings of Phobos. It's feather like texture was almost simple in design, one would not be able to tell that his cloak was made of feathers until it was touched or it was being used. It behaved like a cloak, otherwise. The trip was indeed quick and painless, besides their own rations, they needn't any extra. It was rather nostalgic to be back at the summit again. He moved quickly to avoid the mountain of traps and fiery monsters, traveled low to not disturb the territorial eagles at the summit. Uru waited outside the mouth of the cave for his companion.

Maple found herself impressed, to say the least, of such finds that one could find. "W-was this.. on the mountain?" She asked the taller knight as she slowly reached out to brush her fingers on the cloak he had acquired, "or.. within.. the castle.. or elsewhere?" Her brown eyes remained on the relic and wondered if she would be able to someday find such wondery for herself. It was so beautiful, but would she even be worthy?
Before she could even nod and mumble an agreement to his offer, she found herself picked up by the strong knight and blushing even further from his efforts. It didn't even seem like he was struggling at all in carrying her, those mighty arms she had seen in the dungeons being put to good use, it seemed. They were simply not for show. And indeed, that cloak took them right up the mountain in no time at all.
It had a beautiful sight, she had to admit, looking down to see the forest and the peaks and valleys of the mountain pass them by. Such a wonderful view.
And as strong as Uru was, he was as gentle as well placing her down on the summit so she could retrieve her prize. The black knight held up a hand, to indicate she would only be a minute and walked he rest of the way to where the alter held a shoulder armor with beautiful opals embedded in them. She might not have earned them with a journey up as she had done before but that didn't mean she wasn't going to take them.
"Y-you know.. I n-never did.. get your name," Maple mentioned to the other black knight when she joined him again at the mouth of the mountain itself. She smiled softly to him, meekly really and offered him her thanks for the aid.
