____The Rules_________
At lost of things have changed in Konohagakure since it was taken back from the ashes and re-civilized. In order to stop Konoha from falling once more, some rules were put in to place. Disobeying these rules purposely or accidentally can result in a wide range of punishments from getting a warning to having a "kill on sight" warrant on your head. The hokage doesn't mess around, kiddies, not in the slightest.
xxxx[1] What the hokage says goes, you are not to talk back or question her decisions in the slightest. Mother knows best, and the hokage is the biggest mother of them all.
xxxx[2] Do not talk to any other villages about what is going on in Konohagakure. They do not need to know, and you do not need to be tainted by them. Interaction with non-allied villages is at a need-only basis and that's that.
xxxx[3] There are certain places in the village where you shouldn't be unless you're asked to be there. If you ever happen to accidentally stumbled upon one of these places, high-tail out of there before someone sees you.
xxxx[4] Serious fighting of any sort in between konoha shinobi is punishable by death. Unless it's a friendly spar, solve your problem through words.
xxxx[5] Attacking the Hokage or any of the important figures in the village will inact an immediate "kill on sight" warrant on your head. Be smart.
xxxx[6] Any outsiders to the village are always to be treated as a possible threat. You will always be escorted through the village by a Jounin or higher ranking shinobi, no questions asked. You will always have to see the Hokage first before going about your business.
