Noemi held her weapon in front of her and breathed in.
"If you have a point to prove, then now is the time." She looked at him warily, "If it is anger, then let it flow free. I will take your hit, and your anger and your will if that is what you desire."
A shield, who could take a battering.
"But also, what do you think of Riley...." A FAIR QUESTION...

"Oh...Well you don't have to, I thought you might be angry and would like to get it out." Noemi relaxed a little, eyeing the man.
"I do not think I am delusional..." She blinked again, "But I can admit that I do have...er...ideas."
She stopped, and then sparkled on him.
"So...there is something you like underneath? She is strong...do you think she is......attractive?" She waited..."Physically appealing perhaps?"

She is fine by appearances, but I see not what that has to do with the matter--" He stopped, holding both hands up, taking on almost a scolding tone: "I do not do trade with matters of the flesh, Noemi."

There was a long pause.
"So you don't want to sully Riley's good name?" Noemi faltered, her face falling, "But in the battle, against the shadow bird...You said...and you guys have such heated...and in the books..."
Noemi was confused, "Not even....a little..............................little?"

"I see." She looked down and then nodded, "I understand." She could heard the fighting still going on and the look that Kostya gave.
Riley would surely be calmed down by now, thus, There was no reason for Noemi.
"Ah, in your thoughts..." She wanted to say in his heart, because no one could think of someone without some piece of the their emotion, but alas, their conversations made sense. It was not, as the stories made it to be, love fueled by teasing and words and heat of battle.
She didn't know why but it seemed she wanted two lonely souls to find each other. and that just...
She raced over to his side.
and quietly walked back.
Well....perhaps if the two were...no no, she should just give up. It just wasn't meant to be.
