Anthony Darrow was glad to be able to walk around more than he had been these last few weeks. His injuries were all but healed now, thanks to the magic of being able to power up, and visit his Wonder to rest in. It was a relief, though, he still needed to walk with his cane.
He had thought he might not need it any more, but after being injured again, it seemed he was always destined to need it when he was powered down. At least as Camelot, though, he could walk around without it.
Humming to himself, the librarian was going about his daily duties, taking a hands on approach with his library and taking care of things personally. He liked to work there, after all, and just because it was his library now, it did not mean he would hire some employees and slack off because of it.
Today, he was gathering up the floaters and books left abandoned on tables after students and patrons were done with them, but could not be bothered to put them back. He was pushing a cart with him for the collection, taking them all to be resorted at another time. It was important to bring them back to the front desk and scan them before returning them to the shelf, as it counted their use, even if they were not being checked out.
It was quiet in the library, but that was a fairly normal state of being, considering. Even with that stigma, though, it was more empty than usual. It made collecting the books peaceful, at least, with no one asking him any questions.

Ivy had been trying to study! She really had! But she'd patrolled last night to take her mind off of things, and she hadn't gotten home until so late (if her parents actually took note of when she was slipping in and out of her bedroom window, they'd be absolutely furious), and then life had gotten in the way: and the way things ended up coming down to, Ivy was facedown on the table, forehead resting on her forearms and gently snoring. The books scattered around her told a few interesting tales: there was the obvious study guides, but there was one on Andy Warhol, one on contact with others in space, and something that might have been philosophy or might have been an awful young adult novel: the cover and the title didn't make it clear. Even the sound of the cane didn't rouse her. Lithiasaur look tony at least she's not drooling on your books right

Tony pushed his cart around an aisle and started his rounds at the study tables on one side of the library. There was usually a lot of abandoned books here, from study sessions that either ended in success or utter heartbreak. The successful students were all too happy to get out of there as fast as they could, while the heartbroken ones fled in sorrow to escape the nightmare.
Or so that was how it seemed, when he listened to some of the conversations students had about their projects or tests.
Though he was used to the occasional student passing out in their studies, it was always a little awkward to encounter one. He looked about the table, not about to take the books she might need when she regained consciousness, but interested in what had sent her to sleep. Andy Warhol? Some kind of art student, maybe.
"Uh... excuse me... miss? Are you okay? Do you need any help?" He limped over to her, leaving his cart behind as he bent near her, but did his best not to scare her. Kind of hard when someone was snoring, though, as he was sure she was pretty deeply asleep.

Ivy gently - well, as gently as she could, anyways - spluttered; easy to bed, easy to wake. She pulled her head up and stared at tony with bright pink cheeks, wiping sleep from her eyes. "...I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to fall asleep, I just...didn't get a lot of sleep...I'm sorry!" She reflexively pulled the spread books in towards herself, hand moving towards a jeans pocket that presumably held a pen. "I...I can leave. What time is it? I lost track of time..." Lithiasaur hahaha what's length. i don't know. what is it

Tony looked a bit surprised, but did his best not to show it as she started awake, feeling guilty. He knew it could not be comfortable, though, sleeping on a table like that, and she probably had some kind of important project going on that she had fallen asleep in the middle.
"No need to be sorry, honestly. We do have more comfortable chairs in some of the study rooms, though..." He offered her a reassuring smile, waving one hand to dismiss thoughts of apology and leaving.
She had time to stay and work on whatever it was she was working on. Or catch up on a few more winks, if that was what she needed. He just wanted to make sure she was okay, first, before leaving her to it.
"You don't have to leave, we're open for a while yet. Sorry, I was just worried that you might be sick, or need some help. A librarian can't leave someone unconscious on a table without first making sure they're alive. It's in the rules. This project of yours must be riveting, though, if it kept you awake so well..."
