He apparently really didn't have anything better to be doing. Not like there was some kind of siege or something going on, right? So, Tommy packed his things, found his horse, blah blah blah, all those things he'd done what felt like a million times before, and got on his way. This time, there was no whistling. He didn't even know how he managed to end up almost falling off of a cliff again. It seemed as though this was really just becoming common practice with him. It wasn't exactly like the trail was super narrow or anything. It wasn't as if he was actually, actively, trying to throw himself off of a cliff. He did not, as far as he could recall (which wasn't very far) have suicidal tendencies. Maybe it was just a sign that he should not go out on these quests alone. At least Beehive was still there with him, however. At least Beehive totally had his back, that magnificent beast that helped Tommy out of his dangerous situation yet again. This time, however, the food he lost was only that which he threw up after finding himself so near death again. There was really only so many times he could physically deal with this kind of situation! Wiping his mouth on the back of his hand, he got back on his horse and rode off into the sunset. Or sunrise. Ah wait, nope, he was fine! That spider was not fine though. That spider was going to get a kick straight up it's web spinning rear if it didn't stop scaring the crap out of him like that. Thomas mourned the loss of his food for several moments before he could find it within himself to carry on, his head hanging low for the rest of the ride through the forest. Well, it had been a fantastic trip overall, with very little to complain about! Quite the difference, from the usual awful attacks by horrible creatures, and horses that just didn't want to stay put. Except for Beehive. Beehive absolutely loved and adored him. Until, of course, Thomas touched the artifact and got incredibly sick. Not even a horse would love him, then. Somebody really should have done something about that ledge by now. Like put up a sign saying "Beware of Ledge" or set up some kind of barricade. Food on the road. Totally seemed legit and not at all dangerous to pick up and take with him. It was certainly tasty, and he didn't fall out of his saddle and die after taking a few bites, so he figured it was definitely all good. QUEST STATUS Food remaining: 36 YOUR HP: 30/30

The snakes were par for the course, by now. He really shouldn't have even been surprised when they came after him. Really, those bites barely even hurt anymore, and he had probably built up a hardy tolerance against their venom. QUEST STATUS Food remaining: 36 YOUR HP: 20/30
