 X ran through the portal by accident
As she turned around, the portal was closed.
She looked around very panicked, she whimpered as she lowered her black hood.
She made portals to get out but each time she tried to go thru, the portal closed immediately, like she wasn't supposed to leave.
"I....im trapped.." she said in a very scared tone.
She looked down and held the coat tight around herself, she was cold.
"Im sorry Ene...I...I failed."
She closed her eyes tightly, she was scared. Then again, she was only 8.

X looked at the water, how it shimmered in this dark. She looked at her reflection, she was always enamored with how she looked. She though back to the other times she was here. She could never escape this place. She was always retrieved by Xavior, not only her uncle, but her handler, more on the lines of master.
She looked away from the water and went to a rock, there were markings on the rock. She had marked this rock up to remember how many times she had been here. She had made 12 lines in the rock, all from previous encounters being here. She sighed and made a 13th line in the rock with her kunai, however, this time, the blade broke.
X shivered, these coats weren't really meant to keep someone warm or cool, they were to protect them from the darkness, to keep people in the darkness unaware that they were there.
Xavior was dead now, she knew he wouldn't be coming to rescue her, not this time, even if he abused her, he'd rescue her from this place.
Everything was slowly slipping away...
"do...n't....fo...r...get..." she mumbled to herself, her eyes darkening as she pulled the hood over her head in any way to keep warm.

This place isn't suitable for your kind."A voice said as a figure stared down at her as he looked at her as he sat cross legged style on one of the twisted structures in the dark sea with a bored look on his face, Angra looked at her with mild amusement as the area around them started to become less saturated in color and made things appear in a darker perspective around her and all who entered the area with him in it."Lamenting over the dead isn't going to bring you any comfort in a lonely place such as this.."Angra continued as his face seeme to soften at the timid girl that was on the shoreline.

((to summarize X atm, she's only 8 and had a cruel life up to this point, being born a nobody pretty much. She's been to the academy, made friends but also lost them. X also has trouble speaking, but especially now )) X looked at the man who appeared. She instinctively lowered her hood
"Trapped....here." she said rather slowly, like she was starting to lose the ability to talk, she was struggling to hold onto memories. She was trying so hard not to revert back into the nobody soldier she was meant to be.
"me....nobody." she said, meaning she was a nobody and had no heart.
"me...ran after...only friend...to save her...from bad masters....but bad masters...trapped me. I...no escape....from here."
She showed she could make a portal, but now when she even a approached it, it closed and her energy goes down. She was getting weaker, so weak that she falls onto her knees.
"Old masters...save...me....then hurt me....cuz I no follow exact....orders."

Angra scratched his head rather bored of her talking in a slow tone that she was currently displaying, Not that he didn't need her to talk to understand her situation, He already read her mind before he started to converse with X."Mortal's never change, No matter how much they claim they're different from each other a mortal will still show their ugly hearts."He started to say before his soft expression changed to a cold glare."Even if they claim they have none.."He stated causing the area around them to warp under his word and became twisted and more disgusting then it was originally before it started to shift back to it's original form as his expression returned to normal. he then jumped off of the twisted structure he was sitting on and landed on the water and stood on the surface of the water as ripples were created from his feet when he landed."As i said before, There's nothing be gained from laminating over the dead, Their resting and can't hear your words, It's best to leave them be and continue to struggle on in this harsh reality known as Life."He stated as he started to walk towards her creating ripples in the watter with each step as he continued talking."Struggle on little one, Continue to live in this harsh reality until your luck changes, And right now your lucks about to change.."He continued until he walked on the shore and looked at her only a few feet away from her and said calmly."How about you and me play a simple game?"He asked as he calmly stared at her.

((if my memory is right, that darkness entity was nyx, like from way back when I was still trying to get to know you.)) X didn't understand what Angra meant about the dead and leave them be to continue to struggle in life. Were all living mortals, including herself, dead at the same time?
She watched him staying silent while he was talking, until he came up to her, offering to play a simple game with her. She gave a soft smile, she didn't know the game, but for someone else to be here with her, just to talk, not to immediately abuse her, she felt safe with him. Then she remembered one person within the dark, who had to use her body as a conduit for a short time. It said he wouldn't hurt her, and the being kept the word, even though she felt weak afterwards.
She hoped that he saw this memory of hers. She felt like this was the same being, but she wasn't sure.
"ok, we play simple game." she said with a smile, her voice starting to come back. Just listening to him talk enabled her to speak again. For some reason, she wanted to walk up and hug him. She didn't know why.

Angra watched as the girl remembered his shell from back then, A shell that was coated in anger, Remembering it caused him to scratch the side of his head as he saw her smile, It reminded him a lot of Kalena, The both of them, But he didn't give the courtesy of smiling back at least not yet."It's a test of courage."He said telling her what the name of the game was as he moved his finger behind X and made a swiping motion towards it causing a wide but narrow crevice to be created, The length of it was no more than one meter making it very easy to jump across."All you need to do is jump across it and you win."He said as there was a trick to the game, The crevice he made was actually five meters in length and was seven meters deep."But if you have a hint of fear, you will lose and i will win."He explained telling her that she would basiclly fall in if she had a hint of fear in her, But if she had none she would be able to find her self being able to safely land on the other side of the crevice."If you win i will destroy your fate of being a soldier for you and i will let you choose your own fate, I will even cure you of your Stockholm syndrome.."He said with a smile, But then the air around him started to turn foul as she spoke in a more darker tone."But if you lose,Your mine forever.."He said as the air slowly started to return to normal."Clear yourself of that man and think for yourself, Think of returning to Ene and your other friends back at the academy who are desperately looking for you."Angra said as his expression returned to being soft spoken almost like an older brother.

((^w^)) X listened to what Angra said. She felt no fear from him, even when he meant to scare her. She turned around to look at his game, the jump. If she had even the littlest amount of fear, she'd lose and be his servant, or worse, forever. There would be no seeing Ene again. This fact did scare her, she had to save Ene from the bad people who stole her. She wasn't going to let another person become like her, even though she was born a nobody, her own father ripping out her heart and killing her mother as soon as she was born. All those years of being a soldier constantly in suffering. She wouldn't have this anymore.
She closed her eyes, she cleared her mind, focusing on one thing, she had to save Ene from the bad people. She pictured that Ene was on the other side. She became very calm.
It was now or never.
She jumped across the crevice, focused on Ene. She didn't really care about the academy, all she wanted was to save her friend. Even though she's only known Ene for a few weeks, she was the closest to a friend that she's had that didn't leave.
She landed on the other side, but just barely. She felt a tight pull on her throat, the cloak was trying to make her fall. She wasn't afraid, not one inch of fear, but the cloak was acting like her old masters, all the abuse she's suffered, so that she'd be cruel, which only showed when she knew they were watching. The cloak was trying to instil fear, however she remained focused and calm.

Angra was already on the other side of the crevasse sitting down cross legged looking at X with a smile as he held a party popper in his hand showing no hint that he had it previously, A loud pop cracked the air when he pulled the string causing congregatory confetti to spray outwards as they floated in the air and slowly made their way down to the ground as they were affected by gravity."Congrats, You win."He said as he got up and started to walk towards her."Everything in Life will eventually experience Fear, An element that will try to chain you down, It is a necessary thing for Humans so they could bring out the courage within themselves to conquer Fear.."He started saying as he soon stopped walking as he stood a few feet in front of her."It is necessary thing that everyone must experience in order for themselves to grow..You who has been bathing in Fear most of your Life have finally conquered it."He said as with wave of Angras hand and her cloak of Darkness started to become tattered to the point were peices of the fabric would fall of until not a trace of it would no longer exist, When did this she would feel a great weight lift off of her shoulders as she was no longer bound to the Mental shackles Xavier once placed on her as her memories would start to return to her in hightned clarity. After doing this he waved his hand again causing her Nobodie name to manifest above her head like it would normally do and reached out for it as he physically grabbed it and crushed it with his hand."You are no longer a soldier, You are you, And you get to choose what your name shall be from now on.."He said as he opened the palm of his hand causing silvery dust to spray and flow with the wind before it disappeared as he looked at her seeing her with one less branch of fate that she could choose.

X once again listened to what Angra said. When her memories came back, she remembered something.
"you sound like Headmistress Kalena, but much wiser than her."
She felt her nobody cloak shred apart into nothingness until it was all gone, she was left in some rather oversized pajamas which swallowed her. She watched as her nobody name 'X' appear and he crushed it in his hand. She could choose her own name now. She didn't really know what to choose for her new name.
She smiled and jumped towards Angra and she hugged him.
"Thank you. Sir...?" she let go of him but looked at him.
"Do I have a heart? Or....am I still a nobody feigning human emotion? Do you know? And....erm....can we be friends? I understand if you say no, ive seen people die before so I know how short life can be."

Angra listened as talked about how he sounded like Kalena but wiser causing to scratch his head as he looked at her."Ah yes, She's a Headmaster now..Or was.."He said already knowing about her leaving her position as headmaster and leaving Eclipse up to the task."It's only logical..I did teach her sometimes.."Angra said remembering the times he tried teaching her magic only to have it misfired in front of her face, Those were the good days..He watched as the girl struggled trying to think if she should thank her which wasn't really necessary and watched her hug him causing to feel an unnatural coldness emiting from his body as suppose to him having body heat."Don't think hard on it, Just think of it as me repaying you for what you did long ago."Angra said remembering using her body to free himself causing him to stop scratching his head as he looked at her when she asked if she had a heart causing him to give a slight chuckle from the naivety of it."After all this time you poor things still don't know the truth..Your body's will eventually cultivate new hearts and eventually you will develop true emotions over time.."Angra said as he looked at her as he continued."The fact that you have deep friendship with Ene is evident of this, The fact that you went out of your way to accept my test only with the hopeful thought of reunion with your friends is because of that."He said speaking the turth as he sighed from the innocence the girl gave when she asked him to be her friend."Death is something i don't have to worry about.."He said not wanting bore her on the reason why even though it was evident with what he embodied."A being like me being friends with a small child such as yourself? Are you sure you're fine with that?"Angra asked wanting to see if that was what she truly wanted even though he already knew the answer.

"Im still trying to learn how to read, im sure i'll learn it. The neo organization....the monsters....they kept saying that my heart would never regrow, but if you say that I already have my heart, then I know you are saying the truth. I trust you more than I trusted them."
She gave a bigger smile
"of course. I mean, you wouldn't have to watch over me if you didn't want to, and I wont bother you if you don't want me to. I don't mind that one day i'll die. Its a fact, but everyone needs a friend, you included. I met you twice now, and neither time did you hurt me. To me, I can trust you"
She pulled the oversized pajamas tight around her, she was a little bit cold, but not from him "I know that Kalena isn't....well....mortal, I guess. She had told me stories of her brother that she lost several times but each time was her fault. She always cried in the end, Headmistress I mean.
The older Kalena....the one that doesn't use keyblades, told me one story. She said she had two brothers, one evil, one...she was still trying to understand. She didn't go into much detail about the one she was trying to understand though, except she said if she sees him again, she wants to apologize. I think she hurt him."
"She did say how bad the evil one was, I met him a few times. I think she softened it up, because he's much more evil than her stories, but there will always be bad people who wont stop once they reached their goal." she couldn't remember names at the moment.
"I think the older Kalena left to the twilight to get married to a guy she likes, he looked a bit scary, but she did too."
She goes silent after that.

Angra remained silent as he listened to her talk about how she didn't mind if she were friends with him in which he replied back to her."If your conviction of feeling that strongly towards being my friend then it seems i have no choice to concede with your wishes."Angra said agreeing to be her friend.He watched her as she started to talk about his sisters in front of him causing the air around them to become cold."She was never able to get over things normally, Usually she'll beat herself down believing it's her fault..."He said sighing as he listened to her how she talked about Dk and her other brother."She still banging herself up on that huh, She's no different then Kalena even if she tries to deny it, They both always blamed themselves even though it wasn't their fault to begin with."Angra said as he made a rock levitated into the palm of his hand in which he enclosed with his hand."I am well aware of that, As well as her new name.."He said in a soft spoken tone as he eyed the murky black waves that crashed against the shore of the beach.

X bit her lip.
"you know...they are girls cut from the same person, in a way. Kalena's always been soft, Dk...yeah! that's her name!" she seemed excited to remember finally.
"Dk, before she came to the academy with Kalena forcing her, she was so cold, only looking for the next battle. I can say that Dk changed a bit because of Kalena reopening her heart, and wouldn't help that Tenebrea Nougami found her again and completely opened up her heart, that Dk claimed that one more heartbreak would destroy it in its previous state."
She looked out to the water
"Sometimes, when people get older, they want things that they previously didn't want or have a need for."
She counted on her fingers
"Kalena didn't want darkness inside of her, she was afraid of it, but after she left the academy to help Dk and find her brother, she's not afraid of it anymore. The last thing she told me before she left again to find her brother is that light and dark are more like....companions than fierce enemies, even if they fight, they will always be there as well."
She bent a finger back and looked at the ground
"and Dk isn't a cold fighter anymore. Heh, the fights she and Kalena has. Dk would always win with brute force, and that dragon transformation, always on the verge of just plain out devouring Kalena but never does." she laughs some
"I guess she wants to just find peace, happiness if she can. She knows the realm of light where she spent most of her life isn't home, but with her brother, I think she just wants to make amends to the one she hurt, not the one who hurt her, because she doesn't know if she'll see him again."
X looked back out into the distance
"Im very observant, I bet I probably know things they don't want others to know."
