Birthdays are a special day of the year and we here in Jirachi's Wish want to know...when is your birthday?
We plan to make a list of the birthdays for all the shop members who fill out the form below, and who knows maybe when your birthday comes around you'll be surprised with a gift. It could be a custom you've been questing, it could be a random gift, it could be just a slot granted to you to get a custom. You never know!
If you would prefer no gifts on your birthday that's fine, we would still love to know when your birthday is so we can at the very least wish you a Happy Birthday in the thread! Those who don't want a gift will get a * after their name.
Just remember, it's not a guarantee you'll get a gift on your birthday, but you never know what could happen!
