 HP: 20 Dervire rolled his shoulders as he wandered outside the carnival. He was still on a rather good high after his last victory. He had two shirts and a beautiful scarf as trophies. But he needed more. With a little yawn he rubbed at his aching ribs. Since he had done so well in his last fight he'd finally updated his weaponry a little. A small short sword slapped his thigh as he walked, though he still kept his improvised weapons with him. He needed something better then a backpack to carry them in. Maybe after the next fight he'd get like a batman belt or something.

 Taz was out looking for more cursed to chew on. Eventually he came across a familiar scent, and spotting the cat he'd battled before, grinned a doggy grin and went at him, trying to tackle him to the ground. HP: 20

HP: 18 Something slammed into Dervire and he hit the ground. He rolled immediately to try and put his attacker under him. his elbow flashed out to jab into Taz before he even realized who it was. "Really? You again?" He growled.

Taz knocked him over but was soon underneath the cat. As Dervire jabbed him with the elbow the hellhound only grinned at him before snapping jaws at his face. HP: 17

HP: 15 Dervire jerked his head back but still felt the dogs fangs tear into the fur on the left side of his face. Hissing in pain he forwent his weapons and simply slashed at Taz's face with his claws.

Taz jerked his head to the side, still feeling claws score across his own fur, he tries to chomp the cat's fingers hard. HP: 15

HP: 13 Dervire barely jerked his hand away in time to avoid broken fingers. He shook the bitten hand and with a feral hiss attempted to bite Taz's shoulder.

Taz started to move to attempt to flip them both over, he somehow avoided more than a stray tooth against his shoulder with the motion as he tried to dig his claws in to the cat's sides as he moved to roll and finish the flipping motion. HP: 14

HP: 12 Dervire rolled with the mutt and his back legs kicked out when Taz began to dig his claws into his sides. He twisted in a way only a cat could and managed to flop himself out from under Taz. He came up on his hands and knees, then with a hiss simply swiped at the dogs nose.

Taz felt the cat twist away, and then suddenly claws across his nose. He yelped and tried to claw him back across the face. HP: 11

HP: 10 "Ha ha! Hurts don't YIP!" Dervires moment of mocking was cut off short when Taz managed to swipe him back. He rubbed his face as he leaned back and swiped at Taz's neck with a scowl. "Your going to leave my face all scarred up you mutt!"

Taz twisted again as he attempted to at least get to his own knees, taking a few claws to his neck. He doesn't answer the cat as he attempts to jab claws into his gut this time. HP: 9

HP: 7 Dervire growled as Taz jabbed him hard int he gut with his claws. With a hiss he jabbed a elbow down to try and crack it into Taz's arm. "Stupid mutt!"

Crack was an apt word as the elbow connected hard, and Taz was quite sure he heard something give way. Either way his arm was not responding now and he growled back at him, attempting to leap at the cat from his knees, jaws snapping. HP: 5

HP: 3 Dervire smirked for a moment, then yelled when the hound bit down into his shoulder. The teeth latched in securely and he yowled in anger. The cat attempted to return the 'favor' and lunged to bite Taz's other shoulder as well.
