Personality: 2 Faced personality, her first half is very emotional, timid and soft-spoken. She usually doesn't talk much or try to start any fights as for the most part, she's afraid. Her second half on the other hand is the exact opposite, she can be very rude and snarky. She will often pick arguments and try to get people riled up.
History: Effie was born into a middle class family. The first 6 years of her life were very quiet and boring, as her parents did their very best to keep her from getting hurt or finding out anything about the real world. It wasn't until she was enrolled in school at age 5, she was bullied, pushed around and made fun of. Everyday she would come home crying. Her parents eventually took her out of school out of and kept her isolated her their house for 12 years, the only people she ever talked to were her parents. During that time, she explored herself. She found out that she wasn't as weak and as timid as everyone thought and that she could be as rebellious as she wanted to be. And that is the reason at age 17, she left the house to find a school to enroll in. Little did she know that she may of been confident of herself in her head, she was still very timid and shy and often had trouble talking to people. But when she wanted to, she would take out her second half to defend herself from emotional and physical abuse from the people who would try to take control of her. She is now resided in the DWMA, where she can happily talk things out with her partner, the person who makes her feel as if she isn't alone.

Aerokinesis
- These fans are enchanted with the ability to manipulate and control air, gas, and wind.
Gravitational Manipulation
- User can use fans to manipulate the gravity of a certain area, great for easily putting the enemy out of position. This spell takes a little bit of time to cast so its not an autohit ability, this is to give the enemy a chance to react. ^^
Air Slice
- Fans cut through the air, creating powerful forces of wind and cutting the enemy if hit.
Stronger Winds
- Fans create a small moderate tornado that will cut enemies if they get too close, also creates a sunction effect.
True Form
- Fans collide making a much stronger fan granting the user the ability of flight and advanced movement speed.
