Inventing -- He loves to create new things. If he can't actually make his ideas himself then he'll just draw up the plans for it. He's often reading books about inventors and studying mechanics to better understand what he's doing.

Poetry and Theater -- One of Akio's few passions, he loves poetry and theater. He is a member of his school's theater club. He loves both reading and writing poetry, especially haikus. He keeps a journal of his poems.

Kendo -- Although he was originally forced to take kendo by his father to make him more traditionally masculine, he has actually come to love it. He feels it is a good way to get out his aggression and frustration in a healthy way. He's very talented at it and is one of the better members of his dojo. He has been taking it since he was 6.

World History -- Akio likes studying the history of the world. He especially like studying wars. His sister was the person who got him interested in history when he was in middle school.

Virtues:
Good Confidant -- Akio is great at keeping secrets. He can lie with a completely straight face. His poker face is so good that people will trust him with information they wouldn't trust with anyone else.

Dedicated -- Although he tends to be detached from things and uncaring when he does find something he's passionate about he doesn't give up easily. He'll work night and day to achieve a goal.

Clever -- Aside from being book smart Akio is also fairly street smart. He tends to understand thing very quickly. He usually has a good handle on his situation and tends to know when to shut up and when to speak out. He can usually think up a way to get out of a tough situation.

Flaws:
Self-Hatred -- Akio has a very low opinion of himself. He has a very negative body image. He also thinks that he is a terrible person, and that he only hurts and disappoints the people around him. He tends to berate and put himself down.

Distrusting -- Akio trusts very few people. He often keeps up a poker face for his thoughts and emotions. His trust has been burned on too many occasions in the past so getting him to open up is difficult.

Withdrawn -- He likes to run away from his problems. He tends to hide away when something bad happens rather than facing it. He tries to avoid people for this reason, figuring if he doesn't get close to someone he can't get hurt and he can't hurt them.

Hello Aure! I'm here to take a look at your Nega and see what's going on.

Civ portion mostly looks good, though I question the use of "good liar" as a virtue... I think something like that would be more likely to be classified as a flaw, "deceptive." However, the way you've written it reads more like he's good at keeping secrets, regardless of the lying. I think if you repurposed that particular virtue into something with keeping secrets, you'd be good to go. "Good Confidant," maybe?

Now, for the Nega side... Ordinarily this isn't something we pick on much, but the uniform has a few issues with it. While a samurai-style uniform by itself might be fine, as it's simply Eastern military as opposed to Western Military, it might be a tad too ornate for a simple Lieutenant. Lieutenants should not be that fancy to start with, since they still have two stages to go through and detail can be added at each stage. They also shouldn't have armor at this stage.

I also have a quibble with the weapon. The Lieutenant and Captain forms are fine, but I would be a little more specific with the effects of the General form. What part of tetrodotoxin's effects are used- paralysis, numbness? Also, you say that it can be used twice... perhaps, instead of saying the katana is coated in poison, you could say that the poison can be activated twice a fight? A minor detail, but it never hurts to be specific.
