 HP: 20 Dervire had satisfied his need to make certain his victory over the fireball throwing reptile boy was actually his win. Not a fluke because his opponent was to stupid and blew himself up. He still had to hunt down that fish dog and make him pay for beating him...but in the mean time Dervire had his eyes set on taking down any carny he crossed paths with first. Dervire had replaced his exploded backpack with more of his self made weapons. Until he won enough battles to deserve a actual weapon, he was focused on defeating his opponents using..well... his unusual dollar store weaponry. Italia was rather easy to spot. What with her bright colors and her fluttery hat. Anything fluttery tended to catch Dervires attention, no matter how hard he tried not to give in to his feline instincts. He watched the female for a moment before reaching into his backpack and taking out a lightbulb he had pried open and filled with tacts. Grinning Dervire took aim and hurled the 'weapon' at the tigress carny.

 HP: 16 Italia sighed as she watched the sentries go around the carnival gates. People were being diligent at least... Which was a good thing! Still she felt like she needed to do more. To be out there as well. To guard outside the gates. It wasn't long after she ventured out to make her rounds outside the gates that she would realize how bad that idea was. Initially Lady Luck was on her side, she didn't even realize something was thrown her way until she heard the light bulb shatter then... A screech as if someone had just stepped on legos! Italia felt the tacts puncture her foot and she yelped and bit back tears of pain. Quickly she removed the tacts, keeping them in her hand, furiously looking for the culprit. When she spotted Dervire she pelted them his way. "Take your devil's pins!"

HP: 17 Whoa! Dervire hadn't expected such a screech. His lips parted into a wide grin as he worked his way towards Italia. "Oh come one. I'm sure that hardly hurt at all. Least in compare to what's going to happen over the next few minutes." Dervire casually commented, then flinched as his own tacts were flung back at him. For the most part they pelted him harmlessly. It was when he stepped down on some that he felt the pain. "Oh crap..that does sort of hurt..." He hissed as he hopped away from the tacts. Yet he didn't attempt to remove the little metal spikes from his feet. Dervire reached into his pack and took out a plastic easter egg. He gave the egg a little shake, before hurling the bleach filled egg at Italia.

There was no way in hell Italia was not going to pay more attention. She quickly spotted the egg and moved out of the way. There was a bit of a limp in her step as she didn't want to aggrivate the bleeding on her foot by adding pressure, but still she moved pretty darn quick. "Why won't the likes of your kind leave this Carnival? No one invited you!" She picked up the nearest rock and flung it at him. HP: 15

HP: 15 Blast. Well that was a waste of a egg. It was a good thing his weapons store came from a cheap dollar store. Dervire failed to shuffle out of the way of a rock that was hurled his way, and it clonked a glancing blow off his head. Dervire shook his head and rubbed at the spot as he replied. "Oh but we were. Or so I've heard. You can't let one of us in and not expect the rest to swarm. We are like bees kitty girl. Once we find sweet nectar we can't help but flit on in to collect it." Dervire conversationally remarked as he pulled a cheap jump rope from his pack next. One of the plastic handles he gripped in his hand, while the other end he had driven nails through the cheery neon pink handle. Grinning widely Dervire gave it a testing flick at Italia.

Italia had an deep hatred for whips. She despised the way some circus acts treated tigers and lions like mere beasts. True, some were nothing more than what nature intended but still! How brutal and disturbing. She froze when she saw the jump rope. At first she didn't get what the purpose of it was, not sure how to react, until it snapped her way and nailed her in the arm. She growled and her fur bristled. "Entrance for one does not mean entrance for all! My father chooses who steps foot inside this land of play!" She bit back her fears and grabbed a hold of the jump rope before it fell away. She gave a harsh tug towards her. HP: 12

HP: 14 Dervire was quite pleased at both the way the tigress froze and at how well he managed to whack her. And he'd never used a whip before! Italia grabbed the jumprope and gave it a tug, but Dervire barely noticed the jerk of a tug when she pulled on it. "By the end of the events unfolding, your father will welcome us all into his playland." Father! Dervire felt a head sense of excitement. he wasn't just fighting a random carnie. he was fighting someone with the gods own blood in them! Grinning ear to fangy ear Dervire lunged towards Italia and swung the fist holding the handle of the jump rope at her stomach.

HP: 11 "You speak vile nonsense." Italia hissed. Her father would never so willingly let them in. At least not more than Terror. And if you asked her that was one too many. She noticed Dervire ball his hand into a fist and quickly let go of the jump rope and side-stepped before good impact could happen. Raising her arm she aimed to hit him on the back of his neck with her elbow.

HP: 12 "Nothing about what I've said is vile in the least, nor is it nonsense. You know my words to be true." Dervire challenged Italia as she dodged his punch. Growling he saw her elbow coming down at him from the corner of his eye. Dervire dropped to a knee, as he knew he couldn't dodge her strike. She hit, but not with as much force as she could have on his back. Dervire shifted on his knee and attempted to snap the jump rope around the tigress knees so he could try and jerk her off her feet. "He's already becoming one of us. Your struggle is futile, but I respect you for it. It shows great strength to try and resist the inevitable fate you face. When you become one of us you will certainly be strong."

The bloody rope. Damn it to hell. She was going to burn any and all ropes when this was all over. Whoever made them should be shot out of a cannon into a tank of piranhas. Italia hissed through her teeth as she felt the spikes dig into the back of her knees, causing her to stumble forwards as her knees began to buckle in protest. "Will you shut the hell up! Do you know how stupid you sound acting like you know what's going to happen in the future? If you were so great then my father would already be beside your kind." She snarled and found the strength to fight through the pain and kick at Dervire with both feet. HP: 7

HP: 8 Dervire grinned at the sound of pain that Italia made. "Your outburst is angry and your protest based simply in your determination to resist. The more you ignore the truth the more your going to suffer." He taunted before suddenly getting a pair of feet to his face. Dervire's head snapped back and he landed on his butt. Stars sparkled and dimmed his sight for a few seconds. Fine, she wanted to finish their fight like this? Dervire could comply. Shaking his head, Dervire let go of his jump rope and lunged towards Italia with his claws bared. "Come here cutie!"

HP: 5 The more this Cursed spoke, the more Italia wanted to bury him in hot coals. "Yeah, yeah. Shut your trap because stupid is leaking out!" She quickly unraveled the rope from her legs. Though there was no time to rub them or check the extent of the damage. She saw Dervire lunge and she just managed to bring her arms up defensively, covering her face. She felt the claws dig into her skin and quickly brought her feet up again to try and kick him off despite the ongoing protest they gave her.

HP: 4 Dervire was getting the beating of his life right now, and he was rather pleased over it. His eyes were wide and shone with a slightly wild light as Italia kicked him hard enough to crack his ribs. Dervire was forced off Italia with the force of the kick. He rolled twice then forced himself to his knees. Slowly the werecat's tail waved behind him as he lunged to simply try and bite Italia.

HP: 4 Italia was going to have none of that. She frowned deeply and grabbed his shoulders as he lunged forwards with all intents of digging his teeth into flesh. She struggled a bit to keep him away but she did a good job if she did say so herself. With one final attempt, mentally pleading with her legs to move as she willed them to, she raised her feet again and aimed for his chest.
