Personality: Easily excitable and occasionally a little punch-happy, Kraven is the type to act first and ask questions later. If something catches her eye, she'll immediately investigate before taking into account what's around it... or her, for that matter. However, if she's disinterested in something or some one, she'll just ignore it. If someone annoys her enough though, then she's likely to either punch them or sick a pokemon on them.
History: Despite growing up in the colorful city of Lumiose, Kraven still found just living there a little boring. Battle Restaurants weren't quite as exciting without being able to battle yourself, most of the clothing stores were a little too high-end for her tastes, and the various travelers coming and going simply made her want more. The only places she could really get a taste of what it's like to go around on a journey were the cafes. Often hanging around and later working at some of them, she'd look at the various pokemon out in the world, the trainer's stories, and from time to time she'd take time off to spectate gym battles. Even still, it wasn't enough, and as soon as she got the OK from her parents to go on her own journey, she practically ran right out the door for the train station.
However, that doesn't mean that she spent all her time up till that point doing nothing. Working at cafes didn't exactly expend a lot of her energy, so she turned to something more tiring. There was a boxing gym a ways inside the city, and for about a year she only used the place to work out. It wasn't until she was seventeen that she decided to apply for a professional license, which lead to a fairly fruitful two-year career.
Despite her skill though, she never quite reached the number one rank in her region, let alone the championship belt, and decided to leave the ring after reaching rank two. The toll on her body was a bit much, so she opted to quit while she was ahead, returning boxing's place in her life to a hobby rather than a career. On the plus side, it was only a few months after this that she started her pokemon journey, so perhaps she'll find something new she can do with her life.
