The Wishing WellJust outside the Marketplace is a popular tourist attraction, the Wishing Well. It is a decrepit old well of rounded stones, there is a wooden arch over it but no rope and bucket to obtain the water below. Peering down into it you can't see the bottom and it seems to go for miles. An Absol lives nearby and will gladly explain the origins of the well.Absol "The well? It was made a long time ago by two Pokemon. They made it so they could have water for their home nearby without having to travel far, but one day one of them fell into the well and before anyone realized it they had drowned. Their lover, distraught, tried to retrieve their body from the well but they too fell and died. They say the ghosts of those two lovers now haunt that well and will throw out anything that falls into it believing it to be another Pokemon. They wish to spare others their own watery fate.
Though sometimes they might not throw out the same thing that was thrown in. They call it the Wishing Well because you never know what will be chucked out when you toss an item in. Sometimes its something AMAZING...and sometimes it's not."

Venari Katherine
She had heard about this place, the "Wishing Well". The idea was cute and there was almost certainly a power behind both it and the wishes themselves. Katherine didn't think that wishes really brought things into being but all the same, the nature of it wasn't lost on her. Wishes were wonderful things.
At that moment, her only wish was for destruction. Whatever went down the well never came back up. Anything you tossed in never came back... even if you tried to climb down the well, there was simply nothing at the bottom besides water. She held in her hand was the box her reward had been received in from the previous mission. It was complete and untouched in its contents with the exception of the 300 PD and odd TM. She wanted it gone. She wanted it all gone and this was the right time to do it. Arturius was absent from her belt only because he was leading the guild itself to destroy the place. The moonstone in the box would soon be the only real, verifiable evidence that the place had ever existed.
It was without ceremony that she threw the box into the well.

Well Event A sound like a pitched shrieking sounded when the Moon Stone struck the bottom though that in itself made not a noise. Who knew how far the depths went or how long it took for the stone to reach it, but in moments and far quicker than the stones own descent had been, an item was lobbed out and clattered noisily at Katherine's feet. A small bag jingled with coins upon being picked up, inside was 5ooPD.

Venari Katherine
Katherine's hands rose to her mouth in a gasp and she stepped back quickly. Whatever tiny, invisible shreds of doubt she had had at the idea of casting the stone away had disappeared the moment it started screaming at her on the way down. The screaming echoed ceaselessly as the noise bounced up out of the well. It faded slowly but, in time, completely. The bag launched out of the well and landed just inches away from her feet. She was tempted to toss the bag back in, for whatever it was that she had received in return for that horrific stone surely couldn't be much better, but she carefully pulled the end open and peered inside.
To her relief, it was nothing more than money. Pure and simple money. She didn't have a use for it at the moment but given that it was nothing as terrible as the stone had been she was happy to accept it. She was just happy to know that the stone was gone.

Nuna of Team Moonlighter
Nuna carefully crept up to the well, eyeing her surroundings in search of anyone that could possibly bust her out on shirking the work given to her by Cimm. But he would probably be less mad about that and more so about what she was going to do now.
Two TM's were held between the Aron's teeth when she looked over the edge of the well. Nuna's intentions were obvious; Send in the boring things that helped you learn, and hopefully get something pretty. Her blue eyes tried in vain to seek out any clues as to whether or not the rumors about this well were true or not. The last thing she wanted was to return empty handed back at her team's room. Then her captain might seriously have an aneurism. Not that she'd particularly care if he did, it would be hilarious to watch.
These thoughts in mind, Nuna let the two devices fall into the inky depths of the well. "I like shiny things, by the way!" She offered her preferences to whatever mysterious forces may or may not be at work down there.[[Threw in x1 Toxic TM and x1 Bounce TM]]

Well Event The two TMs bumped against the stone walls on their way down the deep well, the sharp cracking noises echoing back up to where Nuna stood. The sound that erupted as they hit bottom was more akin to a mixture of screaming and thunder than anything else.
Then, an odd clanging sound could be heard as a small metal object hurtled out from the bottom of the well.
As Nuna would soon find, her love of shining objects had brought her a Magnet covered in brilliant gold-toned coins. 3ooPD, if she was to take the time and count it.

Nuna was stepped back so she could watch with wide eyes as the object was vaulted from the well. It came down towards her as if attracted to her natural metal plating. The magnet stuck to her forehead with a thunk, sending a few very well polished gold coins skittering to the ground. She stumbled back a few paces and crossed her eyes in an effort to clearly see what it was.
Once she figured out that it was a magnet, she was content to leave it where it was stuck to her forehead. It would be easier to carry it there than in her mouth, after all. She smiled tightly as she stooped down to look at the brilliantly glimmering coins that had fallen on the ground. They trembled slightly as she got nearer, shooting forwards in response to the magnet's pull and sticking to the object. She hummed in amusement before sauntering over to the well again.
"Thank you! But something more like a gem would be nice next time." she called down into the well, not wanting to chance her luck by sending the objects down again. She doubted regifting was in the well's policy. The Aron turned happily, not even bothering to think of how she was going to explain this to her team.
