Explosives

-Extra Capabilities: The weapon has a specialized explosive capability, allowing it to control the velocity of detonation. With a modified, electrically ignited C-B component, and aluminum powder, the explosive has the ability to shift between High explosive, and medium explosive levels. The weapon essentially transfers from exploding, to deflagerating, or burning. At it's high explosive level, the weapon still does lethal damage, as normal, like a normal grenade. At it's less-lethal medium explosive, level, however, the weapon only does bashing damage, and can only do bashing damage, as it will never increase damage on the target's health bar beyond lethal damage. In the less-lethal mode, however, the target has a -2 to their composure + resolve roll to avoid being stunned, as the cartridge is particularly effective at disorienting the target.
