Alright question before i start.

Is it going to involve bright field? Can I make the story on how I please? What list of knights and soldiers can you give me so i can make this story legitimate?

Lastly who is the actual king and does this king have a queen? =3=

(Edit: Question has been answered by Artorias.)

Long ago, there lived a kingdom that lived in perpetual peace. The kingdom was filled with people of every kind that lived amongst each other in harmony. The King himself had just been granted a beautiful baby boy, and the whole kingdom was in celebration with joyous balls all around. Songs and wine had been passed around, and the Queen and King had let everybody off work for a few days. It seemed everybody far and wide, was happy.

However, the opposing kingdom, was not.

For years the lone Queen of that kingdom had been cursed, unable to produce an offspring. She remained unmarried for that reason, for no prince wanted to marry to somebody who wouldn't give an heir. She loathed the King and the Queen, forever cursing herself and them, for her infertility and their good fortune.

After a few weeks, she called upon her servants. There would be a war, and if she won, she would take the child.

News soon spread far and wide, and eventually reached the ears of the King and Queen. The fair Queen cried out, and held the child closer, worried for his safety. The King rested her assuredly. He would not let a harmful finger touch the child.

The weeks leading up to the date of the war were counted down, and the Queen's rage built up with it. When the dawn of the day had arrived, she mounted her horse, and rode off towards the kingdom that had filled her hatred.

When she reached the glade outside of the forest's edge, the King and a few guards met her. Nestled in the King's arms, was the child she so loathed. Taking up a cry, she reared her horse only to be stopped by the King.

"Why do you wish to fight me?"

The question took her off guard and she halted.

"I wish to take your child. I don't see why you should be blessed with one and I shouldn't."

"Then simply ask. My Queen and I lack a nurse for the child, would you care for our child and live in the Palace with us?"

Stunned, the Queen faltered, and her horse snorted uneasily.

"I'm aware of your lonliness and how you live in a palace far too large for one such as yourself. Would you bring our kingdoms together for the sake of the child?"

His words were calm and his eyes stared into her's trustingly. Dismounting her horse, and casting aside her helmet, she stared into his eyed accusingly.

"What do you wish for this? Why would you help me?"

His answer was simple.

"Because I too, have once felt like you have."

In the end, she had accepted, moving into the King's palace shortly after. With the rage subsided and the Kingdoms both moving in, everything seemed to patch up. Although there still was bitterness in the lone Queen's heart, the baby boy was soon destroying it, keeping her company when he played, and giving her rest when he slept. The Queen adored the both of them, and the lone Queen became the surrogate Princess of the kingdom.

The kingdom lay once again, in a peace.

You may make it about any kingdom, any king, facing any conflict. - does not have to be Bright-Field specific and I would prefer it not be directly related to Bight-Field~ May the best man win.

Bump~

PostPosted: Thu Mar 26, 2015 1:53 pm

Her eyes faltered from the paper delicately placed in her hand as she heard her fathers footsteps coming down the hall. Her heart pounded in her chest as she stuffed it into her pocket.

"Bay Rose Hawthorn, Where in God's name are you child!"

Her fathers booming voice sent a sense of urgency through her as she walked to meet him at her door. She had already known what it is he wanted to speak with her about.

The Kingdom of Willows and The Kingdom Eclipse had been at each others throats for weeks, almost a month now.

There was no sign, of any negotiations being made.

She reached for the door, opening it to great him with a shy smile.

"Good evening father," She said placing a firm kiss on his scruffy face. "I assume your here to talk about what's going on in the Kingdom to the south?"

Her head was spinning slightly but she didn't let it show. Her father looked at her with saddened eyes and shook his head.

"Not tonight my sweet girl..." He said walking to the window before turning to face her. "I just came to say goodnight to my favorite daughter."

"I'm your only daughter daddy." She retorted, her eyes smiling form her cheeks.

She placed a hand on his near the window and sighed.

The letter she had placed in her pocket was burning a hole in her nightgown.
She wanted to read it, again, and again. For what she read, she could not believe.

"Daddy, are you worried?" She asked, taking her hand off his to wrap both arms around his broad shoulders.

"It's nothing my dear. Everything's gonna be alright." He placed a gentle giant hand on his petite heirs head. Her father left quickly after that.

Bay crawled into her bed, turning her night lamp on before pulling out the letter once again. Her bright blue eyes traced the words, over and over.

There is a way to end all of the suffering.
For your people and mine.
Agree to be my lovely wife.
Be mine, Bay.
I'll be awaiting your response.

All my admiration and love.
Prince Syllis.

She had wondered what her father would think. If he had seen this.

She and Syllis had met on numerous occasions and hit it off well. Spent hours together. Fell in love...Her father, still remained clueless.

Bay was gorgeous. She had numerous admirers and marriage proposals. Her hair was strawberry blonde, reaching down to the middle of her back.
Her eyes were a silky silver, that only complimented her soft brown freckles.
Her frame was petite, she was no more then 120 pounds and had a fairly nice bust for her size. She was practically, a living, breathing doll. A almost perfect resemblance of her Mother, Astria Rain Hawthorn.
She died shortly after giving birth..

Syllis was beautiful. Man beautiful.
His shoulders were broad and strong, muscles rippling from beneath his skin all the way up his arms and down his chest. His eyes, his eyes where like milk chocolate..so warm and inviting.
He had the deepest raven hair, that almost glittered in the sun.
And most of all, he loved Bay with every fiber of his being.

She sat holding the letter, tears falling from her cheeks as she clung to the idea of their Kingdoms finally stopping the ridiculous attacks on each other.

Before she realized, she was dreaming. Sleeping more comfortably then she had in weeks, holding his letter in her hand.

It was early in the morning and the dream she had, had given her hope. A reason to fight for what she wanted, and for her soon to be Kingdom.

She sent a messanger, her pet Fox Lillith, to her prince. With a small note tucked inside the harnest.

The message read but one word.

Yes.

The days were long, but noticeably calm. Word had gotten out about the proposal. The citizens rejoiced in both Kingdoms. The wars ended.
She hadn't ever been happier, and felt more safe.

Her father clung to her in tears the day she and Syllis were united in marriage. He wasn't a fan of Syllis's father, King of The Kingdom Eclipse and continued to glare out of the corner of his eye, though did his best to behave.
Though, It turns out, majority of the fighting had been out of stress and confusion between the kingdoms.

Bay managed to pull herself away from her overbearing father and find her husband, arms wide open for her.
Syllis and Bay held each other closely, smilling as their fathers began to spit and spat about petty things.
They just laughed and kissed gently before looking at each other with the purest love.

"I love you." He whispered into her ear.

"I love you more." She said sweetly, taking his hand.

And they all lived happily ever after.
Except for the bickering fathers, of course.
