You won't sound like everyone else speaking English, or even everyone else speaking Norsk or Svensk. It is okay, just do your best. Annbjørg, your mother, has gone back to Europe. She is going to help protect the family from the Negaverse by telling them what to do. They will try to contact you and help you and the knights and the senshi. It may not be very much, just supplies or money, or whatever they think of, but it can help life to have something that isn't a risk.
You are in very bad danger because of me. Since I was a captain in the Negaverse, that makes you a traitor. Other members of the Special Operations may try to find you to kill you or recorrupt you. It is important to hide your new identity. Don't seek out information about me. The Information division might be able to see who looks at information, so if you looked, they would find you. Your friends will help you to make a new life. I had a few friends in the Negaverse that were very dear to me. They may recognize you as me when you are powered up. I don't know how they will react to it, or how much you will feel or remember. Do what you can for them, but remember that as long as they serve the Negaverse, they support what eats and does not grow. They do not fight for or protect the Earth.
You will need a new citizenship, a new job, and a place to live. I am sorry it will be very hard to find clothes to fit. You should keep exercising- you will feel really bad if you don't. The muscles will ache, and your joints will hurt if you don't at least keep a light fitness schedule. I have attached some weekly plans I used. It is different when I was competing in Strongman and when I was in off season. You might not be able to do that, but you can find new hobbies. Maybe you can be a model, or a lumberman, or a construction contractor. There are many choices. You have graduated high school, but not college. Do your best to relearn what you can! Learning is important.
You are not a virgin. You have had two lovers, General Obsidian who was your lord for a time, and Colin Hargrove, a professional dancer. I met both while in high school. Obsidian has gone away. In order to try to protect Colin from too much Negaverse investigation, I broke up with him. It hurt his heart very much. It was terrible. You shouldn't have any allergies to medicine or plants or foods. You have that piercing in your lip. keep care of your mouth! Use a soft bristle toothbrush to keep it clean. Brush the jewelry to avoid stuff build up. Even healed it can shrink or close, so leave the jewelry in.
Drink hot chocolate with marshmallows. You will like it. Take time to enjoy blankets, wood fires, and simple things with your new friends. They are all very bad at doing it themselves.
