Leucite was not on the prowl for his usual fare today. After the discovery of the single father drug deal of the other day - he'd been forced to.. reevaluate his gathering method. He needed more time to gather intel on a person - to ensure that no orphan would result of his actions.
He paced the roof, looking around to see if he could spot any easy prey to drain energy from that evening. Though to be honest, he'd prefer to grab a senshi or a knight if he could.
Something with a bit more umph. As such, he made himself pretty obvious there on the roof.
Let them come.

heart
The night was cool and sweet, more than just a hint of spring on the light breeze. After weeks of freezing cold, snow, and ice the city was experiencing a warm snap. Winter really seemed to be over since only the remind ts of snow held on in the deepest of shadows, where sun never shines. The young senshi enjoyed the weather as she patrolled the dark streets of Destiny City. She kept her figure hidden in a dark sweater, glad that Shang had taught her about adding clothing after powering up. She didn't want to advertise herself like some of the 'women' who wandered the streets this late at night.
After flipping off yet another guy who hit on her Antares headed for the roof tops. Just because she was in gold heels and what appeared to be a short skirt under her frumpy black sweater did not mean she was 'looking for a good time'. Not for the first time she cursed her outfit, who said a female fighter had to look like some Egyptian pinup.... Other than her semi lack of figure that is.
She was so sunk into her own thoughts, not only the guys on the street but Lily's illness, school, her new life, everything... She didn't even pick up the aura signature of the negaverse. If she had looked around she would have seen his silhouette a few roofs over, within easy reach since the roofs connected with a few ups and downs as the buildings in between changed heights. Instead she walked to the edge of her roof and stared down at the streets she had vacated. "Stupid little..." She cut off her cuss with a shake of her head. She needed something to distract her, something like a fight. If only she knew who to hit up for the underground street fighting... Or where she could find a youma to pound on, that would work as well.
His prayer was answered by the sudden glow of an order aura appearing and not appearing to notice his own. Well then - he wasn't about to look this gift horse in the mouth - not by a long shot. Leaping the last few rooftops to get to her, he actually let out a laugh.
"Well, I have to say, the sweater is a nice touch..." He landed not too far from her, watching her as he began to circle. "I take it you're either cold, or embarrassed of the way you look in that slut-wear?"
Oh yeah - he saw her shoes - he knew it had to be bad if she was rocking the frumpy sweater.

Antares nearly jumped when someone let out a laugh behind her but she was able to quell the reaction. Belatedly she had picked up the aura of a nega, and silently growled since she knew Shang would be disappointed in her lack of sensing him. Instead she did a controlled turn to see who was stupid enough to bug her on a night like this when she was already annoyed. She crossed her arms over her chest and gave him a look of complete disinterest.
He commented about her outfit and regardless if is observation was true she wouldn't react. Instead she sneered at him and obviously took in his own outfit. Her eyes tracking up and down his body much like a guy would do to a girl but with much more icy disinterest and general dislike evident. Her eyes a cold shade of glacial ice showing a complete and total lack of concern. "Run back to your little military band, boy, before you piss me off."
The obvious age and size difference didn't worry her because Antares was use to being the smaller opponent in a fight. It's what made her the best money when she won her underground street fights. Fitting someone larger than her was all about speed, she couldn't get caught by them. It didn't change much that he was a negaverser, just meant that she didn't have to hold back.
Leucite watched her for a moment, actually pleasantly surprised that she had some amount of puff and bluster before the actual fight started.
They would see how long that lasted...
Her quip he ignored because to be honest he'd heard better and she was reaching. Despite his absolute abhorrence to Military things in general he'd long come to terms with his role in the Negaverse.
Of course, he didn't know what her magic was - and aside from her shoes there wasn't much of her fuku to be seen so he couldn't guess at what she might be rocking as far as magic went by that. This was problematic. He would have to be careful.
He didn't charge her outright like he usually did - this fight didn't require that, instead, he continued the slow circle, closing in with each completion.
"Dawww, sounds like someone needs a nap..."

bahahahaha XD there are some fantastic insults to be found on the web XD
oh and can we make this a potions battle too so we can get some of the new sparkly stuff?
Antares followed his moves, turning around to keep him in sight at all times. She knew she could fight but had no idea what the guys skills were and she was not about to risk Shang's ire but coming home hurt. Part of her scoffed at the idea of curbing her actions to fit her guardian's preferences but she squished that thought soundly. She wouldn't risk the life she had here for her pride.
She eyed him as he circled like a vulture, sizing him up just as much as he was with her. He moved with assurance and his choice to study her showed he wasn't new to fighting either. The ones that underestimated their opponents normally got their asses kicked, Antares knew this well. She had used it to her advantage herself. After all most street fighters dismiss a 5 foot 5 ish little sprite of a girl rather than expecting the fighter she really was. They were the easy wins, it was the other ones who watched her with speculation that often trounced her instead.
She waved his insult off like it was a bug and said in a bored tone, "I would love to insult you, but I'm afraid that I won't do as well as nature did." Goading him to attack would actually be to Antares' favor. Besides the closer he was the easier it would be to use her attack if she needed to. "Just out of curiosity but don't you have a terribly empty feeling," she paused and eyed him in feigned interest "in your skull? Or could that be all that air I hear passing between your ears?"
"You know the hardest part of this all is I can never tell your kind's ages..." Leucite feigned a yawn as he kept up his circle, almost within arm's reach of her now - but still not attacking - not yet. "You insult like a grade-schooler though, so I'm going to guess you're in the younger range."
Would he feel bad beating up this young lady? Probably not. She wasn't a child as far as he could tell - if she was that ashamed of her fuku - that meant she knew that it drew attention to her - attention she didn't want.
"So, what do your parent's think of your nightly excursions young lady? Or do they not know?" He chuckled, sliding back just out of range, teasing her - harrying her like a wolf would a deer. Kneeling down a moment, he watched her as his hand ran along the rough, feeling for something - anything that he could use to throw her off balance.
His fingers wrapped around what he could only assume was a piece of water piping - probably pvc by the texture and weight. It wouldn't hurt but it might give him the opening he wanted. Picking it up - he threw it full force at her face - quickly following up by calling his own weapon and attempting to bring the thin material of the flag's handle against her gut.

head is splitting ill tag the others later tonight or early tommorow
Antares eyed his movements. He was briefly in arms reach and she could have landed a punch but since it seemed like he was expecting it she held back. Against someone with that amount of height distance could easily force her to submit once in their grasp, something she would avoid like the plague. Her eyebrow arose in derision as the negaverser dismissed her insult as childish. "Don't think. It seems to be over stressing your mind just standing there." Yes the insult was bad but since he was looking down on her mental swipes meant that he wouldn't be expecting much of a fight.
She scoffed as he tried yet another tactic. As if her real parents gave a crap what she was up to, her mother was dead and her father kicked her out last year. Xander was the only one who cared and he knew who and what she was... He wouldn't mind, not terribly much at least. "The same could be asked of you. Don't you have a girlfriend that wonders where you go at night.... Or is it a boyfriend?" She cocked her head like a curious bird and added, "I guess it could be both." She smirked and snickered before shaking her head in denial. "Nah. Who would want a pseudo military yes man as a bed warmer."
She had been watching him and Antares knew when he crouched down like that he was looking for a weapon but her moment of distraction, her shaking her head, was all it took. Her reactions from countless fight had her being able to block the pipe thrown at her face, barely. The end of it thwacked her on the top of her head as she blocked it with her arm. The arm however hid the second attack from view and she got a second, much more painful blow to her midsection. She gripped the offending weapon and pulled with one hand while lashing out with her free hand.
Leucite had to give the girl credit - she had some spunk to her. Her hand smacked him square in the nose, causing his eyes to water a bit as he grit his teeth and followed through.
Flourishing his flag as he reached the other side of Antares, he watched her for a moment before nodding his head.
"You're better than most of your kind, I'll give you that much."

The wind could pick up to a fine speed up among the rooftops and this was revealed time and time again as it picked up lost plastic bags and flung them out into open air, flapping clothes or the occasional fuku as it tore its way along the roof tiles of Destiny City. It could even move more hardier items, like that of two glittering bottles. They started slowly, rolling this way and that before the wind got a decent hold on them and started to push them, very gently, towards the edge of the roof. The fight would be well and truly over before they reached their destination but the matter still stood that they would eventual fall to their doom.
Rules:
.Roll 1 six sided dice for a chance to win a potion! .You need to throw either a odd or equal number number depending on what the mule has throw out (it doesn't have to match the number but what type of number it is!) .Please quote the mule when you throw a dice. If you forget don't worry, just re quote the mule with a new dice throw and the original will be ignored! .Depending on what number you throw will show you which potion you will win!
1 = Health Potion 2 = Revival Potion 3 = Speed Potion 4 = Defense Potion 5 = Strength Potion 6 = A potion type of your choice!
. And dont worry if you both/all roll the right dice number, you will all get a price! If you dont then better luck next time! . And please dont cheat! There will be lots of chances to win! . And remember to post in this thread to officially claim your prize once you have completed your RP! [link]
Antares straightened up to stand proudly and nearly lost her composure when she finally and clearly saw his weapon. "A flag?!? You hit me with a flag?" She snorted out a laugh and smirked at him. "You really do belong in a military band... As a flag twirler." Shang had explained about the weapons of knights and negas but she never quite realized how lame they could be. For once she was glad she was a senshi, not a knight.
Still amused, the smirk clear on her face, she took a few steps back. "You have no idea flag boy who you're messing with." It was tempting to send her scorpions against him just to prove that he really didn't know but chose to keep her magic a secret. There was no point getting ahead of herself, after all once her magic was used up he would still have his flag. It would be best if she could get a tangible weapon as well or just punch him again... That works too.
While mentally calculating her next move the wind really picked up. It tugged at her sweater and made trash dance around the roof. The light chime wing of glass had Antares glance towards the sound. Two bottles were slowly making their way across the rooftop. Small enough to make a good projectile. With a rather evil smile Antares ducked after the potential weapons, she wouldn't throw them at him to really damage him but he didn't know that.

Destiny City
Leucite saw her break away from the fight, and he wasn't having that. Ignoring her verbal jabs - mainly because they didn't really phase him, he made a dive for where she was heading, attempting to get his own hands on one of the bottles that she'd spotted - having no desire to have it used as a weapon against him.
Antares was able to grab one bottle but she had to shy away from the second one as the negaverser reached for it. She made a face at him and backed further away the bottle light in her hand. She judged if it was worth using as a projectile but with a shrug she shoved it in a pocket, the young senshi could always use it as such later. A quick search of the roof didn't show much else she could use as a weapon so she focused fully one the boy standing a distance away. Her verbal jabs didn't seem to matter to him so she remained silent as the wind whipped around her shoes mentally working out her next move. He wasn't someone she could antagonize into striking first so she would instigate the second round. How to do it safely was the real question.
Finally unable to come up with anything she just threw caution to the wind and went for it. Antares rushed at him, last second dodging low and to the right, swinging a right hook at his side. With luck it would strike hard and teach him just what kind of strike she had.

The bottle went into his jacket - it was the safest place for it and the pockets seemed nearly endless so he wasn't too concerned. He'd investigate the strange potion later - but for now he'd leave it be.
He scrambled to his feet as she came charging at him, and he knew he wasn't going to be able to move in time to endure the hit. She came in low, and fast - faster than he expected her to be - he should have known better. Someone her size would have to focus on speed to avoid getting smeared.
She hit him square in the kidney too, causing him to give her a satisfactory grunt as he ended up dropping to a knee. A few more hits like that and he was going to be peeing blood later.
Growling, this time he wasn't going to let her get away, he grabbed her sweater, and tugged her toward him, bringing a knee up hoping he'd at least make contact with SOMETHING on her tiny frame.
