Walking through a stream Yukio Beck pouts because the last time he did anything with his wings he ended up crashing into his Mother, she wasn't more then bruised a bit from where his hooves hit her. Though it was only half his fault because she had leapt up to soften his crash landing. Though he still feels just awful about that because she was hurt and in all his life he never imagined hurting her, even if accidentally. He did enjoy the rest of that day, though the memory kept popping back into his mind. When ever she saw him thinking about it she'd nuzzle him then give him a slightly rough push to get him mind back into his practice un-bothered by the slight pain. With a sigh she finally walks over to nuzzle him close to her while walking next to him. He would have done much better on his distance and jumping if his mind hadn't wandered away from him to other thoughts. Lightly nudging him, "Come now, sweet heart. You have better things to think about. That and the bruises aren't that bad and while I was young I'd fall, though I would always get back up again. Dust myself off and try again like what you did while practicing that day, and the two days afterwards." When he slows to a stop so does she, looking into his worried eyes she comforts him with a bright smile. Before long he seems to relax a bit more and they stand there smiling at each other.

The day was quiet, it did not hold the sound of foals laughing or bickering nor did it hold a myriad of questions that needed to be answered. He would have enjoyed spending the day with Lina, his love, but she was off doing something. With a sigh he looked out over the grassy landscape; it had been awhile since he had felt this sensation of boredom, usually he had something to do: herbs to collect, injured to treat, the dying to guide. But all was calm with the world.
A colorful blur caught his eye, it was a mix of reds and yellows upon a black surface and the interestingly colored blob was coming closer to him. Knowing that he should have patience and wait for the figure to come closer did not stop him from jumping into the air and flying toward them with his massive wings.
He circled above them, trying to see if anyone was hurt, but all seemed to be fine. So perhaps they had not come to seek his aid after all. With another sigh, Háidēs landed upon the ground back where he had started, wondering what he was going to do to alleviate the encroaching boredom.

Having caught a gimps of someone over head he quickly follows them as fast as his legs will take. He forgot all about waiting for his Mother and can hear her crying for him to slow down, to stop even. Though he raced away to find out who that was with those massive and very magnificent wings. Before long he trips over something and rolls right into one of his legs. With a whimper and whine he looks up at the stallions in high hopes that he won't hurt him in any way. Though being the shy and timid foal he is he wraps his wings around himself to try hiding himself. Not like that will work because he had to have felt him bump into him, has to still feel him laying against him. With his hind legs in the air he tries not to move them in case he accidentally kicks the stranger.
In a panicked state she cries out for him to answer her not knowing he just scared himself half to death by rolling into the strange new stallion. When he doesn't reply her cries become screams wishing for him to answer her no matter what is going on. Though no matter how much she calls for him he just doesn't answer causing her to become worried that something bad had happened and he's too injured to call back to her. She can see him in her minds eye rushing back to her happy, excited, and just about bouncing. Probably to tell her he had found something so amazing that he couldn't wait for her if he wanted to see it up close.
