The Alchino:


Alichino are alluring creatures that can take on many different forms and possess a beauty beyond compare.

They grant wishes to humans in exchange for the wisher's soul, which they consume. They can only take souls that are willingly given up and they gain more power with the more souls they eat.

Alichino are extremely beautiful but don't mistaken, they are cunning liars and enjoy the manipulation they can cause on other creatures and mortals. They are also known as 'The Inviters'.

They have certain taste also, some enjoy feeding on the souls of people with deep sorrow or hate and others enjoy feeding on souls of the happy, carefree sort, all different things really (kind of like vampires having a certain preference when it comes to blood types).

Their weakness is the Kusabi which is the only person/creature that can kill Alichino instantly but there's usually only one existing Kusabi at a time, once one dies another is born later. Alichino's other weaknesses are onyx, obsidian and occasionally amaranth. Some Alichino are regenerative so, say if stabbed by a normal iron blade, they would heal in an instant as long as the blade is removed from them.

Alichino come in both genders. Alichino are typically considered evil since they eat souls but there are good ones also who are against the way Alichino's live. Alichino's are vain, commonly being obsessed with their appearance and their power, good or evil.

Rules for being an Alichino

1.) Alichino's are not physically violent unless provoked, though they are strong creatures they enjoy using their beauty as a weapon to make people surrender to them. Though they do have weapons but rarely physically seen until they feel they have no other choice, main choice being swords. -no guns-

2.) Alichino's can not take souls of people who aren't willing to give it up.

3.) Each soul taken gets repaid with a wish but only one wish(people usually don't have multiple souls), the wish being anything they desire though some things come with consequences, such as bringing the dead back to life and people of course can not wish for another soul.

4.) Alichino never seem to linger in one place for very long though if they grow an attachment to someone they will.

5.) Alichino's can be wished into slavery, though, if the person wishes so, it comes with a higher price, that being the Alichino can take their soul but can also take whatever else of the wishers that they desire, physical or emotional. This wish could have a positive outcome or a negative, it's simply a risk.

6.) Alichino can be injured such ways being:
*The Kusabi, though very rare in existence just their touch can bring great harm to Alichino, even death if the Kusabi wants. Though if an Alichino feast on a Kusabi soul they gain the powers of the Kusabi and their original power doubles.
**Onyx, any type of onyx is harmful to the Alichino, the origin or the allergy being unknown it can't kill them instantly but it does quick damage if pressed to their skin or possibly ingested.
***Obsidian, being a stone or glass formed by lava, a Kusabi wished away her soul to make this material fatal to the Alichino, it's almost equal to a Kusabi's touch. Though there's a slim possibility of survival even if stabbed by an obsidian blade.
****Amaranth, is effective against certain Alichino, mainly used as a way to poison them or if the allergy is worse it can burn their skin just from being close to the plant. If ingested there's mainly no way of coming back from it because it burns the Alichino's insides and begins to quickly kill them.
