 (Not the best intro, sorry! I can't think of much at the moment and Berry being a mystery isn't helping. :/ ) Berry wandered along beside a random stream. trying to think of something to do or somewhere specific to go, but the ideas just weren't coming today. No matter how hard she tried she couldn't think of a thing to do or a place to go specifically, so wandering around and just seeing what would happen next seemed like the best idea for now. Maybe she'd get a better idea while she wandered. At least the weather wasn't too bad today. The snow was still on the ground and sometimes more fell and the winds blew, but today everything seemed pretty calm. Not too cold, though it could be warmer, but oh well. At least she got to see the different tracks of the different creatures in the area in the snow, Rabbit prints and songbird hops and a dent where a fox might have caught itself a mouse for lunch and other such markings left behind on the white, cold fluff called snow.

Having found himself stream to follow he decides to do just that. Follow the stream to find what may be lurking near it, or drinking from it. With the snow still sticking to the ground he will occasionally look behind him at his tracks. Or look around at other tracks or marks left in the same snow. While looking around he finally sees someone up ahead. He doesn't rush toward them to greet them because he doesn't want to startle them. Getting ten feet away he calls to her, "Hello there, isn't it a lovely day today?" Then he gives a bow having forgotten to do that first then looks up at her to introduce himself, "I am Sir Yukio Beck, though Yukio Beck is fine by me. Seeing as I have two first names, have you ever meet someone with two first names before? I always like asking because so far I still haven't found anyone with two first names."
(That's alright, it sounds good enough to me. Also, I shall rp Sir Sleet coming in later.)

Berry heard the voice of another, and half-turned around to see who had spoken. The sight that met her startled her a bit. She'd seen winged Soquili before, but the mane on this one looked strange. "Uh, H-hello." she replied, a bit caught off guard by the kind of mane the other, Sir Yukio Beck, had. She'd never seen anything like THAT before, not on any creature. Shaking her head to clear the surprise, she smiled a bit. "No, I've never met any with two first names, or a mane quite like yours. My name is Berry."

"Yeah, my mane seems to have a few different effects on others. Though they are harmless, they would rather help or cuddles others then harm them in any way. They are also very helpful for reaching apples that I can't reach even while standing on my hind legs." After fixing his feathers a bit he smiles at Berry, "That's a lovely name you have, it's short and sweet." Blushing a bit, "I hope I'm not being too forward with my compliment." Not wishing to make her feel uncomfortable in any way.
Having followed Sir Yukio Beck whom he meet only a few days ago he decided to walk over to stand to his left. He bows to Berry then introduces himself, "I am Sir Sleet, though Sleet is fine. It's nice to meet you Berry, I hope neither of you mind my overhearing a bit of your conversation I didn't mean to be rude." Blushing a bit he then goes on, "And I thought I would come over and talk a while since I decided to follow my new friend around a bit. Seeing his shocked expression I am guessing I was quite enough that he didn't hear me following him." Yukio Beck's mane quickly wraps around Sleet's cool neck while pulling him closer to Yukio Beck. Stretching his wings he places his right one around Yukio Beck and pats his back a few times. Feeling like close enough friends to hug him with his wing without Yukio Beck becoming annoyed with him.

Berry nodded a greeting to Sir Sleet, though she found it harder to shake off her shock when he appeared. He was a lot darker colored from the looks of it, he should have stood out better and he'd still snuck up, but what shocked her more was his colors and the kind of horn he had. "Hello o.o how in the world did you.. I mean... what ARE those colors?" she asked, at a loss on a more 'polite' way to ask. She wasn't used to seeing that kind of pink or blue on a creature. "How come your horn is all twisted like that?" she added, and looked back to Yukio Beck, "And why is your mane like that?" she asked him, all curiosity. She wanted to nose at the strangeness of them both but that was probably not a good idea without permission, but she could still ask about it. "I mean I've seen others with strange colors and horns and scales and feathers, but I've never seen any like you two before."

Blinking in shock with his ears back having been startled, "My colors?" Blinking a few more times he looks looks at himself then looks up at her again, "Well, I am black with blue, purple, and pink markings of different shades. And I have a lose curl horn so it's supposed to look like this. Both my Parents had the same sort of horn so I also have it as well. I've know it looks different for a while now though I don't mind being asked about it. Though I must say it's a first for someone to ask about my colors." Moving his hooves a bit he's not sure what to do in this certain situation since as far as he knows, no one else has really said anything about his colors.
His ears go back while he slightly tries hiding behind Sleet's mane, "Well, it's a mutation since neither of my Parents have this sort of mane. My two siblings also have mutations so I'm not sure what happened though my tentacle mane is really rather nice." Blushing a bit he tries moving closer to Sleet since he's not used as used to others asking his about his mane as he used to be. That and if he wants to hid behind Sleet he can since Sleet told him he can. All because he's a Knight doesn't mean he doesn't have a shy side when he's not busy trying to help others. Which doesn't happened as often as it does with Sleet since Sleet is a more outgoing sort of Knight and doesn't mind meeting others that might be a little less nice to him.

Berry listened intently as the two stallions answered her questions, moving around them both to get better looks at the 'oddness' of each of them like an overly curious filly. "I've never seen colors like yours on anyone or anything before, Sir Sleet. Not those shades at least, it's so strange to see!" She said in awe. "They're beautiful colors, but I've just never seen them before." She shifted her attention back to Sir Yukio Beck and his strange mane. "Mutations? Tentacles?" She asked, moving a bit closer to him, still very curious. "Can I touch it, please?" she asked, grinning a bit. She didn't mean to startle the pair of stallions, but they were just so different, even for the differences she'd seen before. "I've never seen anything like it before, not on anything. I thought scales were strange at first, when I first saw a scaled Soquili, but this... this is better! I've seen scales on a snake before so scales were at least familiar, but nothing like your mane, Sir Yukio."

When she started moving around he wasn't too sure what is going on. Nodding his head, "Yes, I've never seen such shades before other then on my Parents. Though I am glad you think the colors are beautiful. I've never seen your colors before either, they are very lovely together. I mean I've seen white before though not that dark berry color." Though when she moved a bit closer to Yukio Beck he becomes over protective and quickly gets between the two stopping his hooves in an annoyed manner, "I think that is far enough, Yukio Beck is shy and timid being and I would prefer if you didn't get too much closer to him." Though the thought of his being over protective makes him wonder if he's making his friend too dependent upon his help. Talking to him about that now might not be good since he doesn't want to get between Yukio Beck meeting Berry since he really does need more friends.
Having never been in this sort of situation with someone that wants to touch his mane that he isn't sure if he wants them to touch his mane. That and he's wondering if it was a good idea for his new best buddy, bodyguard, and Knight friend to be here while meeting Berry. Though he doesn't mind being protect at all since it makes him feel safe. It also makes him more shy and timid then he used to be because he can rely so heavily upon Sleet now. Blushing he moves his front hooves a bit to move the snow around, "Yes, mutations that made my mane tentacles. Though if I can have such a mane then I'm thinking others could as well? Or maybe tentacle tails? Or even just random tentacles in their mane or tail or both?"

Berry flicked her ears back and moved back a few steps when Sir Sleet got protective, it surprised her how quickly he'd gone from what had seemed calm, to protective. She hadn't threatened Sir Yukio had she? "I'm sorry," She said to the both of them, bowing her head a bit to show she meant no harm. She took a deep breath, to calm herself down, and let it out slowly. "I'm sorry," she said again, this time with a smile. "I like finding new things to check out, and the both of you are very new, to me at least. You see, where I come from, there are no winged ones, no scaled ones, none with horns or mutations or wonderful new colors. So coming here, and seeing all of that, and then seeing uniqueness even among the unique, it's really exciting to know that it's even possible. I didn't mean to make you two uncomfortable." She laughed a bit then. "You must really care for each other. ^^ Best friends I'd bet."

When he sees her ears go back his go up and he blushes for the way he acted. Though he waits for her to speak before he say anything else. He nods his head when she says she's sorry while he continues to think that he was still half to blame. She was only interested in learning more, though he's not used to having others get so close to his best friend. Even if they only knew each other for a few days he still feels rather close to him. "I can tell by the way you kept asking us questions, though I never knew we were that interesting. Seeing as I'm used to being different and I think Yukio Beck is used to being different as well. Though I won't speak for him because I'm not one hundred percent sure what he thinks just yet. Though, I can also understand what it feels like to see someone that is different and wishing to know more about what makes them different. So I am also sorry for behaving the way I did." While he was talking his blush had vanished. Eyeing Yukio Beck, "I think I need to back off a bit with the protectiveness because he needs to learn to defend and protective himself. Seeing as I'm not always going to be there for him." Smiling at Berry while starting to blush again, "Yes, I really do care for and about him. He's my best friend, another Knight, also has wings, and unique as you put it. Those are four things that we have in common with each other the most."
Looking from one to the other he nods his head blushing a bit, "I know, after you came along I became less dependent on myself and more on you. Guess I better get it though my mind that I'm still a Knight and I should be the one protecting others, not the one needing the protection. That is unless I am in actual danger then I won't mind getting help and protection from you." Blushing even more he walks around Sleet and smiles at Berry, "I'm sorry as well, I really don't mind others looking at my tentacles though not many have asked to touch them. If I'm correct I really don't remember or think anyone has asked such a question. So I'm not used to being directly asked and I became weary." Closing his eyes he deeply inhales then exhales before opening his eyes again, "Now that my mind is clear I can think better now. I really have nothing to be weary or worried about because we are all friend here? Just the excitement of meeting someone new and your excitement for meeting both of us. Guess the excitement was just too much. Though none of us will harm each other so that also makes me feel better." Fluffing up his wings a bit he watches the snow that's still falling as well as watches Sleet fluff his wings a bit to show he's comfortable just like Yukio Beck is, "Anyone else loving playing in the snow? I mean we are older though with my mane being different I can use them to make pretty decent snow balls to throw. Anyone up for a snow ball fight? If not I'm sure someone else will come up with something better? Or even something filled with more fun then that?"

Berry nodded a bit as the two spoke. Bad timing of the excitement, but at least no permanent harm had been done it seemed. Then Sir Yukio mentioned a snowball fight, and Berry blinked, confused. "Snowball...?" she asked, "What's a snowball? I've never heard of that before." she said lightly. She knew what snow was, it was all around them still, on the ground, in the air, but she'd never heard of a snowball, she didn't think she'd ever seen one before either but that was hard to say since she didn't know what it was to begin with. She might have seen one and not known it.(Sorry sorry sorry for the late reply D: )

Nodding to Berry, "Yeah, a snowball. It's when someone takes snow and rolls it up. I'll show you how I make them with my mane and then show you what happens after wards." Walking a bit away he turns then starts walking back as his tentacles lower and start rolling the snow closest to them. Going slow enough as not to mess them up or go too fast that his mane can't keep up with him. So when he get back to the spot he was at he turns a bit so he can see both of them better from this new angle. His tentacles move back then fling forward tossing all of them directly at Sir Sleets face. Then he looks at Berry, "Normally one stands further away though I know Sleet won't mind. Though I can see him throwing a bunch right back at me when I'm not expecting it." Throwing his head up he laughs knowing full well that Sleet doesn't mind. He learned that from the last time he started a snowball fight with him.
For some reason he knew Sir Yukio Beck would do that once he heard him say about how he was going to show her what would happen afterwards. Shaking his head to get the snow off he joins in on the laughing because he should have ducked instead of just stood there. Smiling up at Sir Yukio Beck, "You are right, I'll have to get you back when you least expect it even if it's not today. Or maybe I'll get you back today, guess you'll just have to wait and see." Looking at Berry, "So what do you think? Do you want to have a snowball fight? If not then I am sure Sir Yukio Beck and I could think of something else fun to do." Walking around Sleet starts making something interesting and when he walks back he's hiding what ever it is then lifts it up to place it firmly on Yukio Becks forehead. "There, you have a snow horn, it's the best I could do though I could have took a bit more time to make it look better. I decided to test my snow shaping skills and I think it looks decent for a normal horn." Smiling at his work he then looks to Berry, "Want me to try making you anything out of snow? I'm good at making snow horns, bad at making snow wings, and worse at making snow angels."
(That's alright, it wasn't all that late, and sorry for taking a while as well. Well, more then a while... Muses just sort of died on me. Though they are back for now~!)

Berry had watched Sir Yukio when he made the snowball, curious about what it was, and how his mane of strange limbs could make it. She's yelped a bit and moved back, surprised when the thing had been thrown at Sir Sleet, and more curious when the other stallion made a snow-horn and stuck it on Sir Yukio's forehead. It was all so strange how they could do that with snow.
When Sir Sleet asked if she wanted to have a snowball fight she glanced at the snow and pawed at it with a hoof, trying to form the snow into something, but couldn't quite manage it. She only ended up moving the snow around on the ground without forming anything. "How do you make those?" she asked, glancing at Sir Sleet. He didn't have a mane of tentacles to help him, so how did he do it? It was hard enough to make a snowball for her, she couldn't imagine making wings of snow. Or a snow angel, whatever that was.

Tilting his head one way and then another he tries to think of a good way since Sir Yukio Beck has an advantage and he can't remember how he made them the last time. So putting his muzzle to the ground he pushes it around a bit and finds that doesn't work out as well as he thought it would. So taking his right, front hoof he steps on the one he tried making to try compressing it a bit before rolling it some more. Which seems to work much better so he keeps working on that one till it's nice and big. Tossing it up with his muzzle he then whips it with his tail hitting Sir Yukio Beck's snow horn off by accident. "Oops, sorry about that, I can fix that." Rushing over he carefully packs more snow around it to fix it before placing in back on Yukio Beck's forehead. "There, it looks just as good, if not a bit better." Then looking back at Berry he smiles while asking, "Was that helpful to you? Because I know it's a helpful way for me to make snowballs."
Blinking at Sleet, "Oh, alright then. I'm thinking maybe next time you should aim before doing that because that was a little too close for my comforter. Though I must say you accurately hit the snowball and the speed was pretty fast. Then again, you may have made it a bit too hard because it should have burst into the air when you whipped it with your tail. So maybe you should try that again?" Looking up at his horn he smiles brightly, "Thanks for fixing it, seeing as it is a gift until it gets too cold or melts. I'm going with it gets too cold because it's not melting anytime soon. And I do expect a snow horn till the day it starts getting too warm for snow. For no real reason other then I seriously thought you were going to hit me in the face with that snowball you made. Accidentally or other wise." Moving closer to him he playfully bumps him, "Maybe you should press them down a little less and then try again?" Nodding his head agreeing with himself sure that one of the next times should work better then the first time. Seeing as he learned about something not working the first time a long enough time ago, as well as learned it takes a few tries before you finally get it right.

Berry had watched, but when she tried to make a snowball again, she s till didn't succeed with the new skill. She didn't worry much about it, she noticed something and got an idea instead. "Hey, can I ask a favor of you two? It won't take very long, I promise." she said, trotting over to a sapling tree. It was still small, but the lowest snow-covered branches still cleared her head easily, and it was slender. If she could just get the two stallions under it...
